This stores proprietor is a con artist in his own right. Please dont fall into his trap on your own with his statements. He is arrogant, belligerent, and foolish. He has no concept how to interact with customers. Because of this individual, I will not purchase or order any ZAGG products.This is the first time Ive ever witnessed such poor customer service.For him, his service, and his shop, I give him a minus 1000 rating.

I got a screen protector on Friday and it cracked Saturday. The glass he gave me wasn’t in a box and he have a pile of cheap glass protectors. Charging $10 you and Zagg company charge $7.99 shipping and handling. Originally I paid $59.00 from Verizon. I have never dropped my phone one time and screen protector cracked. Zagg says I have to pay $7.99 for another one. Zagg says it under warranty but it no way it costs $7.99 to ship a light box like what they send. It’s no where to pick one up for free without paying shipping chargers. The places called zagg locations like I said you get there and they want $10 and the quality of glass protectors is garbage. Think before you leap… it’s all a fraud in con game. Buyer Beware…Why we can buy it in stores but no location gives us our warranty for free🤷‍♀️

The man running this place is rude and aggressive. When he tried to replace my screen protector he misaligned it 3 times and the protector would not stick. He then tried to charge me a second time and accused me of peeling up the sides when I asked for a new protector. I called Zagg customer service who heard the way he talked to me and they were appalled. They then sent me a new screen protector and filed a report against him. When I walked away I also noticed that he damaged the actual screen itself on my phone. I have another call into their headquarters to try and remedy the situation. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

THIS GUY IS A JOKE!!! I stopped in for a warranty replacement screen last week and he did not have the invisishield for my Galaxy S10e in stock. I called him a week later before traveling to the mall to see if he had the glass in stock. He said YES i have it, come down. I get to the kiosk and he was stumbling over his words telling me he actually does NOT have the screen. Instead he tried to upcharge me and sell me a screen with the visionguard feature.. just as he did the week before.ZAGG HAS ONLY A FEW LOCATIONS IN NY!IF THIS GUY DOESNT KEEP HIS PRODUCTS IN STOCK, WHY WASTE PEOPLES TIME BY TELLING THEM HE HAS IT?!

This place is a rip off. I put a Zagg screen protector from Best Buy on my phone. I dropped the phone down and the protector protected my phone.The protector was cracked though. I kept it on for few more months and then changed it in this Zagg store in cross gates mall. The guy there charged me $14.99 although I have warranty. I was okay with paying $14.99.The problem is the protector did not hold itself for a week. It started chipping and falling apart. I went back again he changed it for $14.99 again. Now the new protector is chipping as well. I havent dropped my phone or a very rough user.The one I put on from Best Buy held together well despite having an incident. It did not chip. The ones you will buy from this Zagg store in the mall are junk

Great and friendly service! Bought Zagg glass screen protector for my new Galaxy 9S+ at Verizon store. Verizon employees went thru 2 new protectors In could not install them without a massive amount of bubbles. Verizon gave me a new one and suggested I take it here. Gentleman install that I my new phone in a timely and professional manner. Not one bubble, total quality installation. I highly recommend.

After Verizon did a terrible job putting on my Zagg tempered glass screen shield on my brand new phone I went to this kiosk in Crossgates to replace it. I have had wonderful experiences with this shield on other phones. The gentleman did such an amazing job I went directly to Verizon to show them and suggest they hire this man to train their employees to do this correctly. They did credit what I spent.Tonight, after a year of the phone getting tossled in my purse, dropped, etc. I went back to this kiosk. Totally worth the money to have him install it on my phone. Yes, I could have ordered a replacement straight from Zagg for slightly less money, but would have had to look for someone to put it on for me. This was reasonable, easy and well done. I would recommend this Zagg kiosk in Crossgates to anyone.

I needed a replacement screen protector for my Galaxy S9+ and learned that I could get it at an on-site franchisee instead of ordering one through Zaggs website (and waiting 5-7 business days). Went to the Zagg store in the Crossgates Mall and the gentleman removed my damaged screen protector and installed the new one - all within 5 minutes and with NO bubbles in the new one! And for only a few dollars more than it wouldve cost to order through the website.Excellent service at a great price. I HIGHLY recommend this location!
