Friendlier employees. Clean and organized store. My cashier was really friendly. I would rather pay a bit more and go to Target, easier to shop there.

I always have a great time at target. Every department has a great selection. My favorite is the dollar deals at the entrance. We get all of our bath toys there for reasonable prices, so were also able to load up and get a lot.The grocery selection is also nice. Im able to get things here that I may not come across at Publix.Theres almost always something in the baby clearance too.Never fails, I go in for just a couple things, and leave spending 100 or better. I for sure would recommend target for any shopping needs.Oh, the staff is always nice too. They do great to acknowledge customers upon entry and even throughout the store. The option of cashier or self check out is nice too.

The order was accurate, pulled timely, and the pick up was very organized. Loved the process and will likely use it again in the future.

Both times with online and in-store pick up have been super easy with excellent customer service.

One of the better Targets that I have been in across the US. It tends to be clean, well stocked and has friendly employees. Prices can be pretty high on some items, but thats to be expected. Over this whole mask mandate.The movie section used to be so much more awesome. If that had not been downsized, this could be a 5 star rating. Terrible movie selection.

Kelly was very helpful in my shopping experience today. She looked high & low for something so small and ultimately brought it out from the back. She’s the best!

During this pandemic, from the start, the Target store in Albany, GA has been using safety measures to keep themselves and the public safe. It is one of the few stores in our area I feel comfortable shopping at. The employees are going above and beyond and deserve hazard pay for their service during this terrible time in our country. They took this pandemic seriously from day 1 and they deserve to be rewarded for doing so. I normally love shopping at target, but I especially love shopping there now because they have gone above and beyond to keep our city going with their supplies.

I go to target at least twice a week.... so basically I love it there and I spend ALL of my money there as well. The staff is pretty dope as well... it’s gotten to the point where they no me and my mom by name😂.

I love Target and will always be a faithful customer, BUT I had a negative experience with the customer service employee at this location. I explained to him that I was returning my sons birthday gift due to him receiving a duplicate; he quickly processed the refund and said the money has been refunded to your credit card, but I wasnt the buyer. He refunded the money to the senders credit card!...he couldnt void the refund and give me a gift card, which was my initial request. Accidents happen, I know...I just wished he was listening a little bit better on the front end.

Worst Target I have ever shopped in. If you buy anything at this store make sure you save the receipt because without it you are stuck with the cheap merchandise you have purchased. I will NEVER go into this store again.

Love Target! With their variety of departments, clean and personable atmosphere, and clearance sections everywhere - it is like a little amusement park for me! I can almost always count on them having exactly what I need or something very comparable.

Target is great but one of their employees at the Albany, Ga store, Hillary, made our experience exceptional! She was very helpful, kind, and friendly! She was originally working at the Starbucks counter, saw that the registers were backed up, and came over to help out. She then returned to Starbucks where she was fantastic as well! The world needs more people like Hillary!

The employee had to walk to the back of the store to retrieve the online food order. The pick up area needs to be renovated to included refrigerated items so the employee doest need to walk to the back of the store for any food items

My wife just left this Target. Only cashier open told her she was closing. She asked manager if someone could check her out as she had our son in the buggy and did not want to leave him unattended as tried to self check out. Manager told her she could show her how to use self check out. My wife again asked if someone could check her out. Manager muttered something under her breath and walked off laughing. Not to mention empty shelves in the baby section and coffee section.

There is rarely a time where I go into Target and dont find what Im looking for. Its simply the go to spot. Its nice that they have a Starbucks inside but its tastes like the rest of them. Watered down coffee. The popcorn is good though. The staff here usually speaks and is friendly. The security guy just give mean looks and keep walking. Hes not so friendly. 😕 But all and all a good place to shop. I enjoy it.

Lots of good deals, but, in a confusing layout. I realize that stores are laid out in this fashion to have you spend more time in them in the hopes you will find more products you want. This store takes that policy to a new level. If you can find an employee they are very helpful however.

The only Target in our area, usually has what we need. Though its a smaller Target, they dont always get things larger Targets do and their inventory can be limited. Having a small Target is better than having no Target at all! The restrooms are always clean and most of the time, the staff is friendly.

Target is always clean and full of beautiful merchandise. The manager greeted us behind the registers. Pleasant and friendly.

Today, I stated to the guest service team member that he always makes his way to cash register when I check out and he bursted and said he works here and I can corporate if I like. Thats very unprofessional when you are in management. I wasnt even talking to him

Its Target, that means clean, well lit stores with the usual big box store items plus some added kitsch items. Doesnt get as packed as Walmart and the staff is much friendlier and more knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, this target has consistently disappointed. Their inventory is weak and the store is not organized in a consumer friendly manner. Prices are also higher than their competitors in town. The staff has been kind, but lacking in store knowledge my last 3 visits. For example, my last 2 visits have been for bridal or baby registry gifts. The online registrys were much more convenient than in store; however, not mobile friendly with needed info on the first screen of my large phone. After finding the area of the store i wanted, the clothing was not in size or product order and there was, maybe, one item per size (but in 3 different cases, only 1 of 3 sizes...none in the registrants desired size). At checkout the cashier was on her phone...that honestly didnt bother me but was not very professional, and she put it away as soon as i approached...and when i asked for a gift receipt for the sale, she printed one for the gift bag. I went to customer service where she helped print a gift receipt for the entire sale...she thinks...but recommended i just give the real receipt to the mama because she (the customer service rep) could not verify what was on the gift receipt. Wait, then what is the point of the gift receipt?Ugh. I do my best to shop at other stores in town. Customer service is important to me, but not offered at this Target. The store was clean...that was nice.

I absolutely hate this store i only went because my daughter had a gift card...red & khaki followed us around the store with empty baskets...smh security came outside after we did lol...👴👀👀 i have 2 pick a star to submit this but u really get an F!!
