Rarely given to small talk surely... guy is Old World punctilious. He has sorted me out w all my old watches.. Efficient and a master in his field.
Quickly (less than 10 min) replaced my watch (quartz Miyota movement) battery for $12 (In March 2020).
Nice owner. I needed a battery change in my wrist watch. In and out of the store in 5 minutes. Parking is a little bit of a problem.
A little brusque perhaps but not rude! Replaced two batteries quickly and inexpensively
Fast, friendly, efficient and great prices for repair work, batteries and straps.
Friendly guy, replaced a battery and fixed another watch while I waited, much cheaper than I thought it would be!
Expert service in repairing my grandmas vintage watch. Its ticking just as good as when it first started 40+ years ago.
I had a watch wristband that needed some repair with laser. This store did it in less than a week and for cheaper than expected. The experience was efficient and professional.
Omg it was so fast. I walked in and he was working on another beautiful piece and i told him i need a new battery and he did it right there in front of me. Probably less than ten minutes. Its perfect. Thanks
I gave the repairman my grandfather clock to repair the chime. He instead decided to replace the working clock spring and took the original spring for himself. Now the clock stopped working as before (had to be wound every week instead of the original 3 weeks) and the chime still did not work correctly. The original spring was unique and could not be bought anywhere, and he decided to keep this spring and when I asked for it he said he threw it away. After another trip to his store the chime still did not work properly and the original time function does not work as well (I need to wind the clock every 10-14 days (unstable!) instead of the original three weeks). When I try to contact the man and tell him my problem he was very rude and told me not to bother him. He told me that if I wanted my money back I needed to give him my clock for him to keep!
The owner of this establishment was rude and dismissive. I brought him my watch for repair and he explained that he could fix it, but felt it would be too much effort and he didn’t want to. I guess this place is fine for battery changes and very simple jobs but I advise going elsewhere for anything more complicated.
The man who fixed my necklace was very nice. Also, the price to repair my necklace was very reasonable.
Awful place the guy putting the battery in my watch was very rude! He couldn’t get the back on the watch and then he told me that my watch was only worth 20.00 and it’s worth a lot more than that!
My watch battery was replaced in just a few minutes while I watched. It cost $10.
