I am a female senior adult, and this is the first timeI have bought a phone without the help of my son.Adrienne was wonderful! She answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know about the phone and changes in my monthly statement. I dreaded going to buy a phone, but Adrienne’s customer service made it a wonderful experience!

Jenna helped me and she was super sweet. Could already tell she was a down to earth person. Overall amazing experience.

The rep was nice and helpful. Very friendly! However, there were two customers waiting, so I got no help on how to use the iPhone12, upgrading from an iPhone 8. While my info was being transferred, she started helping out another customer which I understood. Also, when I looked at my new charges, I have questions because she did not go over all of them with me. Overall, the experience was average but not exceptional! Lack of customer service due to lack of manpower seems to be the new norm. I could have done this online but I went in because this location and staff have always been very helpful.

I was dreading going with my elderly Father to change internet & LL from Windstream (the WORST) to Verizon.. Jeana our sales rep & her trainee were so courteous to my Dad .Most of all, she was very knowledgeable & took her time putting together the best priced plan available... Im so happy w service we received..

Russell Cellular was a breath of fresh air compared to the Verizon store next to the mall. My wife and I went in around 4:20 pm. We upgraded two phones, upgraded our plans, bought new cases, and screen protectors, plus one more accessory and was out of there in under an hour thanks to Jenna.Jenna was very knowledgeable of her job and the products offered by her Employer. She is a great assetTo her employer and the the company. Don’t know how much she makes an hour——But it’s most likely not enough. And last——- No she’s not kin to us, an we never met her before today 7/21/20.Will never go back to mall store again.Thanks again for the service you provided Jenna!!

I have had so many issues with the costumer service at the main store near the Albany Mall that I stopped going about 3 years ago. I would do everything online until by the grace of God I found this store!!! It’s been in the city for an extremely long time and it’s crazy that it took me this long. Dont ever go to the giant store across the highway. This is the place to go for any Verizon service. These guys (Bradley, et al) really know their stuff. Very nice folks and good at what they do. No pushy sales speak. They will even look over your plan and get you the best price they can. Plus, I almost never have to wait, or at least not long!
