No good cant even find a drive shaft problem. took my truck there twice told me my tires needs balancing twice.sent me to south east tire company. Took my truck to a sharp eyed mechanic in douglas ga.found out my drive shaft was bent . So thats why I give them one star. All this experience they say they have. Yeah rite .I was paying them for nothing

Good for heavy duty truck parts. I visited while they busy. Wait time cost them a star.

Locking jaw not locking so Transpower spent 3 hours taking apart 5th wheel, not finding anything wrong, putting it back together, and saying that it works fine. I go and try to hook on a trailer and the jaws still dont lock. I talk with dispatch and they mention that there is an air pressure adjusting screw on the locking jaw air operated release cylinder. I turn it and it releases the built up pressure inside the cylinder allowing the locking jaws to finally lock.Transpower decided to spend the hours to dismantle the entire 5th wheel when all it was was a simple turn of a screw.

Communication is not good!! I took my truck in and it took a week and a half to diagnose a bad injector and another week and a half to fix it. When I call to check no one can give me an update on the repairs being done. When I go by the shop to check I get ignored as if Im nor there.

They close on weekends and weekdays close around 5. They have no room to park your trailer on lot. They got my truck in next day but were unable to diagnose problem. I had issues with eletronics (brain box).

Ladies don’t take your diesel to this place !!! I did and was almost 400.00 lighter and my truck was still not repaired . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND R&S DIESEL IN ALBANY . This happened a couple years ago and I just heard someone unhappy again with them . I thought I should save someone else from cheated.
