My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Palisade. Ive been researching the Palisade for about 2 years now. The lack of inventory and price increase had nothing to do with Hyundai of Albany, but as prices have increased due to lack of inventory, Hyundai of Albany provided me with the lowest price for my 2022 Palisade Limited. Ive been speaking to Withnell Hyundai in Salem, and Springfield Hyundai. Both dealerships would not budge on their market adjustment price. Hyundai Albany not only let me negotiate with them, they gave me a great price for the vehicle, AND not once did they make me uncomfortable about my options. Once I told our salesman, Ben, Were not interested in option upgrades, that was the end of that. The whole process was smooth; from Ben, to finance manager John (really good with kids). They were all fantastic.If youre wondering how much I saved by purchasing from Hyundai of Albany versus other dealership, I calculate it to be about 7,000 dollars in saving. Im very happy!!!!! Oh...Hyundai Palisade doesnt have a CD player....oh well.

After a nightmare experience with the Hyundai dealership in my city, I was willing to drive literally anywhere else to get assistance. Thats when I decided to make the drive to Albany. Trey was wonderful. Was VERY helpful and patient with me even though he wasnt making commission or a sale (the reason the other dealership refused to help me) and the WHOLE team of Hyundai of Albany were fantastic. We had been shopping on the internet to find a 2021 Hyundai Palisade. Hyundai of Albany had one that met our requirements but there were also several in Portland that did as well. We had filled out a contact us with the price screen on their website. Trey was awesome with low pressure texts and very helpful information so we went to Albany for a test drive. After the test drive with Trey we then told him we were going to go test drive a Highlander. There was no pressure or poor attitude when we told Trey what we were doing. We decided to get the Palisade and purchased it from Trey that day. Jon was also great and very efficient getting us the financing we wanted. All in all, a wonderful experience; a low pressure, friendly place to do business.

I tried calling 6 times to the parts dept. have to hang up because no one answers. I physically just went down. Guy on his phone.two others talking away. I’m done. I took my Hyundai Tucson to get a hitch installed, there was a delay, but they were gracious enough to give me a loaner vehicle.

Happy with vehicle, not with the two month wait for the Department Of Licensing (=DOL) to receive paperwork after my inquiry to the delay. Trade in of $1 for a 2006 civic is questionable but what is done is done.

Dax was great and we got exactly what we were looking for. They took care of us quickly and even paid for lunch. Top notch!

Friendly and efficient

I knew exactly what I wanted and they had it. They didnt play any games with the price, and they worked well with my credit union to make an easy process. They were the only dealer in the state with this model in this trim pack, they could have leveraged that and they didnt. I drove five hours to get there and Troy Broadwell made me feel secure in going that far. Troy, and the other staff, were welcoming and got me right into evaluating my 2020 Hyundai Kona electric. There was no pressure, and they made sure it was for me. Salesmen can seem shifty when they fake being genuine, but Troy was a genuinely nice guy who helped in every facet. I could not be more satisfied. I even had a Hyundai offer for a gift card, $50, that I sprung on them last second (an honest accident, I just found out about it) and was pleased to see the confirmation email come to me... even though I left with only the hope they would follow through on it. If you need to buy a car, give Troy a chance to help you, I think hell do his best to get you what you want. The rest of the staff, as best as I can tell, follow the same pattern of treating the buyer right. A+ experience!

I was browsing over the holiday weekend and spied a Hyundai Veloster for sale at a good price. This was the worest car buying experience I have ever had in my life, they say they detail the vehicle i bought there was still dog hair all over the place and dirt and grim all over it to. And I still have not got the second key from them, they keep telling me they will bring it over to my house and then call me and say tomorrow the key is at a different lot over in Corvallis, I have been delling with them for 3 full dsys now, worest car deal i have ever made and im 68 and should have known from the start just by the way they all acted.

Had an appointment, salesperson wasnt there, car wasnt there. They apologized and tried to make it right. Apparently an unusual occurrence.
