They did give me a good deal since my credit is bad. But they really dont care if u get stuck paying for a car that u cannot drive. Their customer service is pretty standard... everybody is just doing their job.

Joe and Jim who are the loan sharks are very inappropriate! We moved for an emergency last August and have paid every payment on time! We have been sworn at and threatened because we moved out of state! Our new state requires a Corp code to register our card.. it has been 8 months and JOSEPH refuses to get it! We gave up! I can’t keep driving an illegal car not to mention 2 suspended licenses! We asked him to come get the car and he screamed..see ya in court! Who does that? But here pay here is for people (such as us) who have screwed up and are trying to redeem themselves! LOAN SHARKS!

So I bought the car less than 4 months ago and it had a slight problem speeding up. I didn’t think anything of it because I never had this type of car before. Under warranty I got both fuel pumps fixed and my car is now extremely loud and the shop is saying it’s the cat. Which is not covered under warranty. I’m unsure right now how much it’s going to cost me but I am not pleased. My payments have been on time and consistent and I hope they can help me get my baby repaired ASAP even though they won’t look at it until august 11th🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

I bought a car here in 2017 and it was a pretty good experience. However I totaled the car, which had gap insurance, I didn’t owe anything. But for the last 3 years it’s been reported as a repossession on my credit. Every time I call I’m told to dispute it on Credit Karma and every time I dispute it, they mark it as a charge off. Even though I don’t owe anything. Super shady in my opinion and I plan to call the attorney generals office to file a complaint about it.

My experience with Jd byrider is not a pleasant one. The staff is unprofessional impossible to reach. Never get a straight answer from anyone there a lesson is sarcastic. Always want payment on time but never available to fix a vehicle always have it more than a time then they said they will.

If you have a problem or recurring problems, they use..Used products and keep ur car 2 weeks @ a time.They look for problems that are not covered under warranty so they get paid more money.Then wont even fix the warranty issues. This is the sadness one faces. Mind you the interest rate is high as Hell..Just described a car for 5 year loan with a 7,000 balance.

Bought this car a year ago I’ve been having a issue with a vibrating noise and brought it to them to look at first time they said oh it’s a transmission mount, so they put a transmission mount in it, and guess what it didn’t fix the issue, brought it in last month for the same issue the technician drove the car and with in a hour comes back and says I test drove the car and didn’t hear anything, well that’s a lie this place sells lemon cars and brush off issues that could be major, I’ll be talking to a general manager, either there gonna take the car back and remove it off my credit history or I’m gonna get a lawyer involved. Note on my paper work it says that this car has been returned under the lemon law. So probably the same issue I’m having is why it got returned. Would not recommend this place for car buying

Unfair unreasonable, loyal customer means nothing to theses people. Let the buyer beware, they are basically the RAC of car dealerships. You got a job you got $300 you got a car if it fits in your budget. Real dealerships allow you to be late 1 to 3 months, not these people. 1-3 days tops. Never again. Was at Byrider yesterday with my daughter and grandson to purchase a vehicle. Salesman Gerhard Schlueter approached us asked what we were looking for. Told him, he showed us a vehicle my grandson was interested in, it was a stick shift. He told us its going to be here awhile since not a lot of people drive stick anymore. Long story short, while my grandson was filling out an application, another man was there waiting approval on the very same vehicle my grandson was interested in. Gerhard should have let my grandson know that someone else was interested in the vehicle, knowing that was the only one my grandson was interested in. Just as my grandson was approved, he was told the Jeep he wanted was no longer available. That was down right unethical and unprofessional. We made a complaint, about their treatment of customers. Beware of this company.

Im Glad I Chose Byrider. They are really Professional and Thorough. They explained what I would need and what was required for this process. The review process for approval didnt take much time at all. Once approved, immediately chose vehicle of my choice, based on my financial status. Went for a test drive. Then proceeded to the closing process, signed the necessary documents and then before I knew I left Happy and feeling Good about my car buying experience with JDByrider.

My experience getting my car was great. Jimmy was very helpful and I haven’t had any Major issues with my car thus far. However, last month I made a few payments ahead of time so that I wouldn’t have any payment due until May but I’m still being charged every two weeks. I have tried several times to reach someone but never seem to have any success. The CNAC website showed my next payment was due 5/15/20 but again today I looked and was charged. Now it shows my next payment is due 5/29/20. What’s the point of paying ahead if I’m still being charged?

Filled out application got pre approval worked with John on application great guy very professional which is why the one star if not for him I’d have given negative stars. but when it came to the financial guys part basically told me we don’t take trades specially ones that have balances but in general not at all I mean come on how can that be there is a huge thing about the trade in the pre approval application and if that’s not the case then perhaps that should be fixed or some kind of disclaimer should be listed as to stipulation on trades ect....plus I feel like even though you guys blatantly advertise you can help anyone no matter what the situation you will and can that’s simply just false false and lies with exception of John worst experience ever.

They’re great until the car starts to break down and you give it back. Then even though you don’t have the car anymore, they will still take money from you. If you plan on getting a car from them, don’t give your bank account information because you may end up giving the car back and they will start stealing your money. I’d give no stars but I can’t.

I brought a van from them and thought i was getting a deal but after looking under the car i saw that the fram of the car is rusting out. When the rear calibe2r started rubbing and i called to see if they could do something about it they said it wasnt covered on warranty although i got the car from them and i was afraid to pry its away due to possibly breaking it. Then when i hear a grinding noise from my rear wheel i realized my back breaks was never done befor getting the car which i had since october and 4,000 miles ago they said that wasnt part of the warranty either. So recently my check engine light came on and i hooked it up to the computer for it to say my 4th cylinder is misfiring i called them to ask was that covered and guess what?? it wasnt for the 3rd time so i called and asked to speak to a supervisor and i got his voicemail and left a detailed message asking to get a call. Back and so after a whole day goes by and i dont receive a call back i spoke with the sales rep that sold me the car and he acted clueless but then ibcall back the next day and had to leave another message for the supervisor and still havent heard anything back yet but when that friday come around and its time for your payment they take the time out to call u and ask for their money i pay all my payments on time and cant get the help i was promised from these people ......honestly i wouldnt recommend my relatives to get anything but everyone is different i wish i would have went to depaula Chevrolet and paid the extra cash for one of their vehicles cuz for 360 per month u can get a reliable car and service when needed....they was good at getting me in a car but thats the only thing that i personally feel was satisfying..... Check ur warrenty coverages andthe shape of the car befor signing

Bought my van a little more than 2 years ago. Service has been great, only needed minimal things done and I was able to make payments on a major brake job. Their prices are more than fair. Customer service is beyond expectations. It will be very difficult to buy anywhere else because I dont think any of these things will compare!

Just wasted much valuable time with a friend who was told she was approved with what she had then came up with need more cash down. All this after weeks of saying yes that’s fine. Shame on you. As a company that charges 150% over book be lucky you sell anything.

My girlfriend and I bought our first car from a dealer here. First time buyers denied everywhere else but approved here. The staff is amazing very helpful gehard Jeff Jim all of them were great to work with got us what we wanted and out with our car the next day. The car is absolutely amazing we love it. Car is 4 days after purchase and is leaking oil from the oil cooler. This was noticed on test drive before purchase and they said they had fixed it when we picked it up the next day. Contacting them on Saturday was hell. Jim one of the sales guys transferred me where I was sent to voicemail then would not answer again after that. Currently have an appointment on Friday to get this dealt with. Buyer beware

They dont work with there customers and when we were not informed they didnt get a payment they literally did nothing to get in contact with us at all. But strait threatened us with repossession. Cant wait to pay this lemon car off. So that we dont have to deal with any of the scum that works at this horrid place.
