TERRIBLE!!! THEY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN HONESTLY SMMFH! FRIENDLY ENOUGH TO GET YOU TO BUY THEIR JUNK BUT WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD OR CONTRACTS! THEY NEVER FIXED WHAT THEY WAS SUPPOSED TO AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF 4 DIFFERENT TIMES & LEFT IT OVER A WEEK EACH TIME MY CAR NEVER GOT TOUCHED! BUT YOU BETTER PAY THEM ON TIME OR WILL RECEIVE A LATE FEE SMH... SO THEN I PAID MY CAR OFF WAY OVER A MONTH AGO HAVE CALLED & ASKED ABOUT THE TITLE REPEATEDLY WAS TOLD OVER & OVER IT WAS COMING IN THE MAIL COME TO FIND OUT I HAD TO CALL THE TAG OFFICE CUZ I WAS TIRED OF BEING LIED TO & THEYVE NEVER EVEN SENT IT OFF 😑. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DONT EVEN STOP BY THERE!

Were supposed to purchase our tag said it would come in mail cost us getting a ticket because our drive out registration went out and they never files for our tag. Tag office says they have nothing but problems out of them.

I Bought a Volks Wagon Jetta from Tricordo Hall for my daughter and she loves it got it at a great price and the staff are awesome and Great Customer Service.

Dont buy from these shady folks there phone gets cut off because they dont pay the bill title office says they are always late turning in your title did not file for our tag so it got expired making us pay for our own tag. Lied saying tag would come to the house.

Do not buy car or truck from this man.. I only drove truck one time and it broke down. Its been 2 months and still not fixed. But he still wants you to pay. My boyfriend put 2600 in payment and can not even drive it.. Take your business elsewhere..!!

These people are ridiculous with pricing. They ask you to put more down on a used car than a brand named car lot like Ford will ask you for a new vehicle. Id rather by brand new and be upside down in interest and payments. Than buy used and not sure how long it will run. Wow🤔really

He sells Bs car worked for 2 weeks I told him and he was like he would fix it but I gotta pay until its fixed

Very rude, employees have smart remarks ready when asking when they would be available to process my reservation... On top of rudeness they kept me waiting almost an hour saying they have other people who came first when literally no other customers come in the whole time. All that I saw being done this hour is the 3 people sitting around gossiping & chain smoking.

Would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Pure Gibson Auto Sales!
