I took my car in for a quick check up and I gotta say. I love this place. Everyone was respectful and keeping the six feet distance as much as they could. The service itself was on point. The manager Sam and the mechanic were very knowledgeable and was showing me stuff to watch out for that often go wrong with my car. I have been to a couple dealerships trying to get some stuff done and never knew which one to go back to. Not after today. I will be bring my car back here every time. Thank you guys again!!
They were great to get my car in to the shop. I needed my transmission cooling line replaced. They got me in and fixed it right away. Very nice people.

Baily in the parts department is AMAZING!!I lost my only key for my car while shopping yesterday. I went into my local Corvallis GMC dealer who told me they couldnt cut me a new key due to an error code when they imputed the VIN # for my car. So they would have to put in a ticket with GM and wait for a response. After stressing about leaving my car parked overnight in a parking lot in town, I decided to call Lassen Chevrolet to see if they could help. I explained my situation to Baily and she checked and said she had the code and could cut me a new key. I raced over to Albany hoping to get there before they closed, she cut the key and i was able to drive my car home.Fast forward to this morning, i received a call from that Corvallis dealership, who had received a response from GM. The response was they couldnt figure it out either and the only fix would be to have a new ignition installed in my car!!!! Needless to say i informed the person calling that Lassen had been able to get the code and cut me a new key and i would not be having a new ignition installed at their dealership!!!Thank you Lassen Chevrolet for great customer service and not trying to put more money in your pocket by screwing customers. From here on out my business will be at Lassen.

Called service department to ask about transmission repair. Receptionist said all service advisors were busy with other customers but someone would return my call. She took down info for an advisor and i waited for a return call.3 days later and still no call back. Fortunately Capital Chevrolet in Salem Oregon was able to take my call, answer my questions and schedule an appointment.

We bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado from Lassen in March of 19. All was well, great service when having oil changed. In December 19 the truck died. In Salem. We live in Lebanon and found out then that we did not have a tow package thru insurance. So, in order to not have a $400 towing bill, we had it towed to Capitol Chevy.The engine control module had gone out. Capitol sent us away with a brand new Silverado as a loaner and did the work.Skip to today. Check engine light comes on. Talk to the folks at Lassen and are told to take it to Capitol, since they replaced ECM.This truck is under GM warranty. Even upgraded to the 10year warranty. But because another Chevy dealer did the ECM, all engine work must be done at the other dealer (not Lassen, the folks who sold us the damned thing).Obviously, I am displeased. I will take the truck to Capitol for everything now.Had Lassen forewarned us regarding future engine service when we contacted them in December when the ECM went out, I would be ok. They did not.Lassen had lost my business.
