I traded in my car and purchased a used vehicle there. After negotiating the price I came in to sign paperwork and pick up my new car. Unbeknownst to me that the quote that was given to me included a $1800 extended warranty that was never discussed or offered to me. They put in the warranty to make money for the dealer. I was in a hurry when signing the paperwork and failed to notice this warranty charge till the next day. That was my fault. I went back to dealer to discuss this warranty and why wasn’t I given paperwork regarding the warranty? Shocking, the salesman lied and said that he gave it to me. I wanted a copy of warranty and he brought out a photo copy of the warranty but it didn’t have my signature anywhere on it!!I will never set foot in that place again !!! A bunch con artists work there!!!
I called last Saturday for lug nuts and sure enough they had them..When I got there the gentleman had the lug nuts and the bill all made out..I cant believe napa didnt have themAnd AutoZone said we have them when I got there oh we dont have those...Just save your time and money and go to Nissan and get the right parts..

After being charged a large diagnostic fee to tell me something wasn’t working - which I could have told you for free - I was told that the part and assembly was not covered under warranty. Which is odd because I am paying over $2200 for the gold preferred warranty which proudly states that it covers EVERYTHING (including the issue I am having). So, after 3 vehicles at this place and routinely getting service there, I will never ever be back. To make matters worse, my car was ALL scratched up when it was delivered to me. I couldn’t tell at the time because it was dark but noticed it the next day. They tried to fix it, but let’s be honest, the scratches are still there. They’re everywhere. Roof, door, trunk. It’s such an embarrassment. Don’t even bother trying to talk to them, or to Nissan corporate. That is a road that leads to NOWHERE!
They will recommend work based on your vehicle history they have on file...not what they physically see needs work...of all dealers Ive had experience with they are by far the most negligent...tried to sell me brakes when I had just had them done a week before...when I called them out on it they made a million excuses of how they were just looking out for me...scammers
