This is only about the person working the cash register on the morning of 8/26/21. He needs to be replaced. He handled a customer so poorly…he was confrontational and loud. Despite the customer calmly just saying what his experience was in the past, the cashier rebuked him repeatedly. The customer didn’t once raise his voice. You don’t have to agree with someone, but as the face of the company, you DO need to be able to communicate respectfully and keep your attitude in check. Especially with other customers in the waiting room listening and feeling the tension only he was creating. VERY unprofessional

Came for oil change. Left with oil cap off. Followed up, letting employees know that this had happened. 2 days later, mysterious check engine light appears. It looks like one of my sensors isnt reading. One of the employees says its not their fault. I had no problems before. Lets keep in mind, oil was on my hood, inside my vents, and everywhere else. I did not have any oil whatsoever in my engine. I am wondering was this my fault as well.

The guys were very attentive to their customers...they treated everyone with exceptional care.

Terrible job diagnosing my car, end up telling me to just go find a dealership. Charged $300 for diagnostic fee. I will just stick with oil change in the future with places like this.

I dont trust this shop. They will change you for work you didnt ask them to do. Told me about a job they would do for $400, would take 2 hours. My friend did it for $20 in 10 mins. Also I see alot of people dont know how to change their oil🤣goodluck. These guys have always been expensive

I am very pleased with the service I received. I went in to get my AC fixed in my F150. It was carefully diagnosed by a technician named Robert, who explained what he felt the problem was. It was late so I had to return the next morning for repair. I was there at 8:10 AM and Robert was at the bay door waiting just as promised the day before. My truck was fixed and is now cooling like new. Robert even explained to me how to properly maintain my AC system in the future. I definitely recommend this shop!. And also I forgot, IT WAS AFFORDABLE! Quality and Affordable!, You cant beat that! One more thing Customer service was great! Great cold and hot FREE beverages as well! Thanks Precision!

I have been going here for about two years and today will be my last time. Not because of the service, but because I will no longer be living in Albany, GA after today. Ive visited two other mechanics since residing here and this is the one that felt right for me. Fixed my door after a botch DIY job and while they do offer recommendations for other fixes, they let me know which are priority and which I can be fine without for awhile. Something that goes a long way in these kind of times. Good place!

I was able to get a relatively quick oil change before heading out on a trip. Was disappointed with the service. My tire pressure light was on and even though they claimed that was part of the service rendered, nothing was done about it. Had to take care of it myself. They also failed to replace the valve cap on one of my tires

This location is very small but comfortable with free drinks while you wait. Service related to oil changes are quick as advertised and mechanics here are knowledgeable and helpful. I frequent this location a lot and use it as my first choice after the dealership for my genesis. They are full service as well and are honest with repairs concerning engine work, they dont try to sell services that are not needed.

Youre in and out in a timely fashion. If theyre doing these jobs this swiftly, these jobs should be done efficiently as well

Excellent service. The place was slammed, but they still worked me in, and did the work on my AC for the quoted price, that day. Everyone was very friendly, and kept in touch with me when I left while they were doing the work. Called me right away, when it was done, so I could pick it up. I will be back.

Took my Honda here for when my check engine light came on.... BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!!!! None of the technicians knew what they where doing I had an appointment in the a.m. and left just before they closed up shop and still my car was not fixed...came back under warranty still didnt fix my car long story short I no longer own a Honda had to buy a whole new vehicle. While I was waiting I overheard other customers complaining about how they came in for a oil change and had transmission fluid coming out of the windshield wiper dispenser....I CALL THIS PLACE LITTLE SHOP OF HORROR😱😨😱😨

Went in to have my AC recharged, but ended up have brakes and oil done as well because of the wonderful hospitality the expressed. They keep you updated thoroughly throughout the work they do and offer very good prices as well! Will be coming back for servicing at regularly!

My stepdaughter is attending school in Albany. She called and told us her car wouldnt start. We live 60 miles away so it would be hard to take off of work to go check on the car. I checked the google ratings for Precision Tune and was impressed. We had her car towed to the shop on a Saturday. They were kind enough to store the car until it could be repaired on Monday. Once the problem was determined, they were kind enough to go to the auto parts store to retrieve a new battery that was under warranty and replace the alternator. Jay, Anita, and Jeremy made this process very easy. They all went above and beyond what I would have thought. I will definitely recommend this repair facility to anyone and will be a repeat customer. You guys made my life so much easier.

The worse oil change I have ever received. I told the lady up front (who was definitely the biggest problem) that I wanted the oil change for 34.90. She asked if I wanted synthetic oil and I told her that I did. She failed to mention that that would bring my total to $80.00. I was told there was nothing they could do because they had already used the products. This is also a place with one of those signs guys out front offering an oil change for 21.99. This is NOT the case. I will give Jay - the manager - some credit as he was apologetic and professional. However, the girl up front was the worst service Ive ever received. Not apologetic, rude, and very short with me. Do not use this place!!!

Manager said oil leaks are completley fine... that all the cars up there have oil leaks and they dont have to fix them. The MANAGER said this. Your all being fooled. Take your car somewhere else. Bet it has an oil leak.

This precision tune was very nice and very helpful.they didnt try to trick me into buying things that I didnt need I came in and got what I needed and he was honest about what I might need in the future. A very refreshing change from they precision tune in Valdosta I went to who tried to screw me in a very bad way.

If you just go for an oil change all the time, the manager/owner get upset. When they give you recommendations but you choose to go somewhere else to get the work done, they get upset. Everytime I went for an oil change & they gave me recommendations, I told them it had been done already. He said well, i see that but we didnt do it bc its not in the system. Right! Ik that. So they got in a huddle looking at me crazy. I never went back. The prices are too high. People have choices. Perform the service the customer ask for & be ok with that.

I got my oil changed there last week. The mechanics were very friendly as was the girl at the front desk. I got my oil changed for 21.99 plus tax ( as advertised!). The wait was much longer than I expected but I left satisfied.

Previously I had been unsatisfied with the appearance of the inside of my vehicle (oil spots, changed radio). I was surprised that higher management actually responded to my complaint. The district manager, Mr. James, was very pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned with my unhappiness. He made up for the previous service and is professionalism makes me want to continue business with them.

Gave a one because I cant give any less...they dont do what they say they do and leave you with a false comfort! They dont check your tires and half do their job. I called them after having to pay over 800 dollars to fix a car for things that they should have caught and they dont care. Put me on hold three times! The third time, I hung up. If my issue isnt important than neither is your business to me and my family. Ive been using them for over 16 years and Ill NEVER go there again!

This company didn’t change our brakes when we paid for them too. We brought our on breaks and took our vehicle to them to change the brakes. The brakes were never done. they pretended to put on brakes, but didn’t.

I took my daughters car to the Precision Tune on Dawson Road in Albany, GA. This was the worst oil change experience and customer service that I have ever received!! As my daughter was driving her car after a routine oil change, the oil light came on and the car began smoking. She immediately stopped the car and as it turns out, the oil plug had fell out and there was no oil left in the car. I wasnt sure if there had been any damage done because of this so I called the service center to make them aware of the situation. They immediately began denying that there was any wrong doing on their part and were very rude! I had the car towed in so that they could rectify the situation but was again greeted with the most unprofessional service and inappropriate behavior by the service MANAGER! After a very inappropriate comment that he made to my daughter, I demanded the corporate telephone number and he continually refused to provide it. I tried making contact with corporate and was directed to a recording that said the office was closed due to inclement weather. I still have no resolution for the blatant incompetence and rudeness that I was subjected to! I will never visit this place again!

Terrible. I went to get my oil changed. They said that there was an oil leak and I went to get it fixed. I waited over 5 hours for them to fix it. They overcharged me on fixing the oil leak and then told me that there was another problem which I think they caused because before I took it in it wasnt rattling. They are shabby. Dont recommend them at all.
