I came in to upgrade my plan and it shouldnt take more them 5 minutes.Instead of upgrading the plan quickly the manager Kasie insisted i have to wait in the store and wait for the sales rep to call t-mobile and i had to stand in the store for 30 minutes and watch the guy wait for someone to answer the phone to get permission to upgrade my plan… what a joke… how come t mobile sales people can not do something as simple as upgrading someone plan? Everything needs permission and long wait on the phone… unprofessional and time consuming store… if people come to buy they can buy a 1000$ phone in a second but when it comes to something ales it can take hours

Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff! You can go to anyone of the representatives because theyre always so helpful with all of your questions and very patient as well. Its a very busy location usually and they have a great system in place to help manage the wait times. Its a great peace of mind knowing that they strictly enforce some CDC guidelines. The representatives are well trained and coached by an amazing management team! Gatta give Chanel cudos for assembling such a great team. Im just glad that THEYRE OPEN AGAIN! 🙌

Urian lead representative at the Pearlridge location provided outstanding customer service. I was having problems with my cell phone. He took the time 2 review everything, explained the problems. Gave options, decided it was time 2 upgrade. Less than an hour I had a new cell phone. Again, outstanding customer service from Urian.

Wow... just called to ask a question about billing and the person who answered had no greeting( thank you for calling t mobile) I had to ask if it was t-mobile. She just seemed unattached and preoccupied. She kept saying what was that? thats bad customer service. Not looking forward to this transition.

Although, the system was down the night my mom and I want to t-mobile. Uriane keep a positive attitude and great customer service while our time spent there. Not to mention the manager that helped us the next day was also very efficient and helped upgrade our plan in a timly manner. I will be coming back again soon became of their great service.

I went here to switch my SIM card from AT&T to Tmobile. We ran into an issue with an account number but a solution was eadily found. Im impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable communication.

One of the rudest customer services that I have ever encountered and I recommend going to the T-Mobile at Pearl Highlands. The staff made rude comments towards my mom and we won’t be returning.

Will not go back to the PR location again. My daughter and I both preordered the new S10 and, long story short, their customer service both over the phone and in person SUCKED. Felt like no one knew what they were doing and we ended up chasing down people to try to resolve things for ONE WEEK. Needless to say, we cancelled our preorders. Considering switching to another phone service because Im so angry right now.

Terrible service. White tall weird looking ugly guy with glasses and blue eyes and bearded switched my gf phone line with her dads when we were just trying to buy a new phone. Pestering and annoying us trying to buy a new line that night as well. We call customer service 2 hrs later we get her phone turned back on and her dads working finally.

Been to this t mobile 4 times and they still havent fixed my problem which they had caused!! Manager said he would call me back to follow up, he never did!! Terrible service!! Also takes them half an hour to an hour just to pay my bill there!! Never going back to this t mobile worst service Ive ever gotten from a phone company!!

Asked to set up auto pay .I didnt know my checking number so I pulled up my bank app on my phone.So the guy that was helping me out OLIV.took the phone out of my hand and was like its just to confirm.The whole time I was thinking why do u have to look how much is in my account to set up auto pay.Really sketchy feeling.
