I had the privilege to have Ano and her team facilitate me today September 27,2021Ano went above and beyond. Really setting the bar high!I would highly recommend this store and their personal. Its always nice to feel like a business cares a out you.Dear cricket, its my understanding that Ano is management. She is an asset to your organization. Thank you for employing her.

Ano was great from greeting my kids and I at the door to helping us out with choosing the right phones for my kids! Ano knew exactly what she was doing! Great customer service and such a great vibe when you walk into the store, it’s clean organized everything

Kaylee was great. She is able to handle several people at the same time. She charms everyone who walks into the store. She is patience and does not get frazzled under pressure

My phone has been having problems since coming out to Hawaii hopefully it doesnt stay that way.

Person helping me seemed new. After explaining what I needed to do I almost got the wrong info and almost was charged for something that I didnt want. Fortunately I asked questions and found out that it wasnt what I wanted. when I called earlier they said that I could not use the phone in the Philippines but when I got there they said I could for an extra charge. it turned out that I can call the Philippines from my phone but I could not use the phone in the Philippines to call Hawaii!

Closed when I got there door locked lights off but open sign on and the hours online said open til 7pm I waited and called the store a few times and no response.

These folks were helpful.
