I had my screen replaced awhile back after dropping it and cracking it. Fast forward one yr later and after the abuse I put my phone through I had to change it again because the LED screen was bleeding. Good thing I’d purchased the $40 protection plan earlier and it saved me $170 bucks. Kehau provided excellent customer service.👍🏽👍🏽

Hopefully this time around my screen was put on correctly and the other 2 times I had not very good service. The girl actually found stuff in my speaker that the previous tech left specs of rubbish in there.

Walked in with a new phone. If you dont have a tempered glass protector, time to set it up! Farah showed me options and then and said come back in 30 min. As per instructions, 30 minutes later I was walking out with what I needed and no time spent looking through store inventory.

I wasn’t even sure if my phone could be repaired so I went in to check it out. Extremely professional service and knowledgeable. The price was about what I thought it would be and it was done in an hour.Highly recommend and I’ll be back.

Kehau was excellent today, brought my charging cable cause it wasn’t working, she test it out and said we will replace it since it’s under the lifetime warranty. Asked her about the block and she suggested the one they use in the store. I was sold got a new cable and a new block for my charging cable, I’m a happy camper.

I’ve been to tricked out one too many times, and the experience just gets better by the visit. The conversations are just ecstatic. Could never get enough.

It’s only 4 out of 5 because I believe no one’s perfect :)Farah was great! It was a little rough at first only because there was a slight misunderstanding, but it was very quickly resolved. She found the product I wanted, and recommended the better one.... So normally in this situation I start to get irritated because I know the sales person is just up selling me so they can make more money off the commission. However, her suggestion seemed genuine so I agreed BUT they didn’t have it in stock :( so I got the original, and she said I could come back and get the other one later as a replacement if this one breaks... pretty cool huh?!?Moving on... there is paperwork I have to fill out, and people start coming in, the phone starts to ring, and she is the only one out front. I have to say, she handles it pretty well. She greeted pretty much everyone who walked in and let them know she’d be with them when she could, she put the phone on hold, and then multitasked helping some of the customers and myself while I was doing paperwork... finally, one or two of her co-workers came from the back to help.(Not sure if they were on break or fixing phones, but if there is a way to call them up or something that would be cool, because it all happened in like 3 mins and some of them looked upset...)Lastly, the checking out part. Here comes the up sales pitches again...She tells me I “Qualify” for a discount on some of the items up front... haha I had to laugh, so I did. And I teased her about it. The fact that she accepted it, we joked about it, and she STILL never PRESSURED me to buy is amazing to me...I have to say that is my biggest pet peeve and the quickest way to get me to say no to products. Instead, she just offered me information (like the fact that a charging cord has a warranty, so when-because they all do, it dies you can get it replaced for free) and said it’s up to me in a total no pressure tone...**As a note, no one in Tricked Out has EVER made me feel uncomfortable for not buying something... that’s one of the main reasons I KEEP ON going back in there lolSo basically, it was a great experience, and I totally recommend going there!

I went to this location looking for a new case, I just got the new iPhone XS. They have a large selection of cases and lots of variety. The staff is really outgoing and friendly, they helped me with a case and screen protector. They also put one on the back of my phone because they explained the whole phone is made of glass. They have great deals and hooked me up with a lot of protection. I definitely recommend coming here for your phone accessory needs!
