The manager ayanna was super helpful with solving my billing issues. she also helped me bundle my tv service with an unlimited plan to save me TONS of money!! Definitely go to this location for a great customer service.

I use the bus to get around. Needed to pay my bill and didnt want to change to another bus. Went to Pearlridge cause they close later. Got great service and a friendly smile. Over all everything was done within 10 minutes.

I had an awesome experience working with DeShawn at the AT&T Kiosk at Pearlridge Center. I am “medium level” cell phone user so “a bit slow in understanding cell phone jargon. DeShawn treated me like his mom (who Raised him well!). He was clear in explaining the new I Phone XS and followed with a demo. He was very patient, answered my questions, allowed me to repeat back to him my understanding. Wow!!
