Would NEVER use boost. They upgraded my sisters phone and when they did it took her off the old tower system. She bought a phone for almost $300 and it wouldnt work at her house. They informed her she was now in a dead zone because she could no longer use the same cell tower. Wouldnt take back phone. She cant sell it because they wont unlock it until you have a year of paid service! Dont waste your money!

Im terribly disappointed that since the Dish purchase and 5G upgrade that I am being abandoned. As soon as I finish paying off this new Motorola G Fast, I will be researching a different service provider.

Bad attitudes fron all 3 dudes in the store and also wanted to argue with me telling me I need to go with the new 5g plan when for 1 its not fully up and running and for 2 I already know people outside the city that dont have service unless they have Wi-Fi so please dont tell me Im wrong, they think they right... Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Dont go here very bad service

Hours of operation say 10am-7pm Saturdays, stopped over there at 10:55am, n store was closed... False advertising, N that looks bad for business!! Get it together Boost Mobile!!

Personnel friendly but although there were at least 5 parties waiting in line to be served and 3 employees standing around only 1 customer at a time was being waited on, making the wait around 15-20 minutes.

Had nothing in stock, told me to go to Walmart and good luck... Dont do a thing to help u with a warranty or insurance claim. These guys suck.

Helpful staff slightly pricey on phone cases but not to bad. They have really nice designs for most of the phone cases.

I got a phone and had problems from day one. Went back several times. They troubled shot the phone twices. The other 2 times I went they couldnt find a problem so they didnt help me. My phone has been weird. It will not let me call people sometimes. Some of my apps will not load at all even thou I have full service. I go to answer a call and a different app will come up. One time I went no one there onew how to do a refund! And every time I was there I was rushed out the door. Now I am stuck w a phone that does not work!

Went in cuz had a problem with my phone. The guy had it fixed within a few minutes. Kudos to the helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I bought a brand new phone and after 2 days it was freezing on me I took it back and they told me my apps were causing the freezing i uninstalled them and it still kept freezing and they told me if i wanted to return it and get a different one i would have to pay them $30 restock fee. I went to Walmart and they have a 15 day no questions asked return policy. I will never buy another phone or anything from them again. I will be buying my phones from Walmart from now on just to be sure im not buying a messed up phone and having to pay to return it.
