Kelly is great to work with, however it took four trips to get things right, but she did.Customer service from other employees could be better as they said they would not change contacts to new phone because its not their job to do so. But when u r older and changing to a different company/phone you need Customer service! Thanks Kelly
The employees lied to me when I was looking to get a new carrier. They talked about a 2 year contract with a reduced cost of a brand new phone. Yet when I looked through the contact they were trying to scam me into a 2 year phone rent to own agreement which would have cost me almost 50 dollars a month on top of the agreed contract.In basic terms they tried to pull a bait and switch. Horrible practice, take your business else where.
I highly recommend this place of business.My initial visit was to inquire about switching from two different carriers and porting a number over. I worked with Chad who was very helpful, answered all my questions and sent me an estimate via email. When I went back a few days later, I used that cost estimate and started new service. Brendan was able to use the estimate to help set me up in a timely fashion. He answered more questions during the process and made the experience pleasant.

Went in yesterday to purchase a new phone the girl who waited on us was impolite,unprofessional and it wasnt to just me. Another customer was in there and the lady was sarcastic with her as well. But when the lady had enough and talked to her the same the employee made up an excuse. Seriously if you dont like your job others will be happy to be there. Will not go back
Customer service is horrible. They do not know what they are doing. There was an issue with my new phone set up and rather than trying to help resolve it, they sent me away without any assistance. Call the Sprint customer service number is what they said.After calling the customer service line at Sprint, I was told this was a simple fix. The store just didnt want to do it.Not impressed at all. Store is worthless and shouldnt even be operating.Do not waste your time going in there. Make the drive elsewhere.

If you want to waste your time go to this store. Got nothing done in 5 hours, then was told that I needed to take my new phone and get it fixed. The District manager (Brian Purdy)was there and the problem was not resolved. And look out for Chad he has a chip on his shoulder. He is a young man that does not understand that the customer is always right and when the customer leave and his phone is still not fixed, well he will learn that that is not good customer service.
Staff seems consistently overwhelmed. More training maybe?

Store hours in Adrian, Michigan indicated that the location would be closing at 7:00pm today. I arrived at 6:18pm, tried to enter the store and found that they had already locked the door. After pulling on the door handle a couple of times and knocking on the window the two sales representatives that were inside with one customer continued to ignore me. Not only is this an example of poor customer service but is also really disrespectful in my opinion. I’m not impressed whatsoever and will most likely be cancelling my services and returning my device.

Came to this store twice looking to switch from Verizon. Both times only one other customer in the store......I was not welcomed nor acknowledge of being in the store. I guess this is the reason why Sprint cant beat Verizon. I will gladly pay more to be acknowledged than ignored! Hey Sprint, can you HEAR THAT!
The staff at the local store is extremely friendly & knowledgeable. However the steps Sprint makes them go through to do anything takes forever and wait times are commonly over an hour.Sprint service is absolutely horrible, every other cell provider has great service or signal, Im standing with my buddies that all have a signal except those of us with Sprint. Yes right here in town.Sprits customer service is ten fold worse than the signal problems. We have set up Auto Pay once when we signed up with Sprint to get the auto pay discount. Yet 2 weeks later they send a text that they canceled it (yes with more that enough in the account to cover the bill) even though the bill was not even due for 2 more weeks.So we enroll auto pay again. Out of the 4 months weve had Sprint, auto pay has worked once, after 2 weeks we get the same text that Sprint kicked out auto pay and we do not get the auto pay discount and customer service cant explain why it keeps being removed. Theyre answer is always the same, we are not the only ones that this happens to, and all they can do is set it up again, only to have it kicked out 2 weeks later.Then logging into our account has been a ongoing nightmare, every time we log in we are forced to use the long, drawn out password recovery. Even right after signing out then attempting to log in again.In 4 months we have wasted several hours working with Sprint to figure out what is going on and correcting these issues only to have it come up again and again. This is after theyve assured us the glitch has been fixed.We will be going back to Verizon because not only is it the same monthly cost (after all the extra add ons and taxes they add on the bill) but in 5 years we never had one issue and the service is great, we had a signal everywhere and data speed was amazing.The only reason we switched was to save a little bit of money. It turns out the savings were not there and we have to waste time setting up our account repeatedly with customer service reps saying they dont know what keeps happening, but we are not the only customers that have this issue.Bad data & cellular signal, horrible customer service wait times, cant keep account information straight and consistant, absolutely no savings in money, just wasting our time on the phone to fix the same problems over and over again.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SPRINT CELLULAR SERVICE!
Terrible customer service and towers are always down which interrupt the service in areas they claim to cover... in store the people are over friendly and very easy to talk to but they are just selling you junk... stick to boost
Still having difficulty getting my sprint phones unlocked so I can switch to Verizon. I paid off my devices 10 days ago and Sprint still has not unlocked my phone. The employees never told me I had to contact Sprint to get them unlocked and then the store manager was extremely rude and condescending to me when I went back in. I would absolutely never ever recommend sprint cell phone service or the Adrian sprint store. Just absolutely terrible customer service.

I would be careful here. We were sold (we are leasing) 2 phones back in November. The idea for us was we needed plans that were cheaper than what we were paying and the ability to add a 3rd phone in the next few months. So we got the 50% off because we were switching from another company and we would get one phone for free under another special offer but we wouldnt see that credit until our 4th bill. Which we were told that bill would be next to nothing. Then we would be at poor regular bill from that point forward. So, here we are in the 4th month and no change to our bill. I went in and asked why we didnt see the change and was told that they were sorry those two deals cant go together. We could pay more money for unlimited data, but there was nothing that would be cheaper and they couldnt do anything. So, just be aware as they make more and more great offers. They arent what they seem.

Overpriced and rude, asked simple questions over the phone and they tell me to just come in also tried buying a phone outright and they made it way more complicated than it had to be. Dont come here unless you have too
Depending on what time you go you might wait awhile. They did stay open to activate my after store hours because of the wait. Other than having to wait I had good service.
The people helping us stayed two hours after the store closed so that we could get our phones set up.

Ive had no service for months yet all they say when you go in there as that its fine and then Ive also went in there for my phone not working properly and it only being a year old and the sales guys constantly refer to me as girl while in there trying to get a different phone so I couldnt stand it anymore and had to leave and bought a phone online instead of in store. He kept saying I dont know girl or saying your too rough with your phone girl stop breaking them and honor a contract you must not know how too, cant honor a contract when the phone gets hot and overheats when Im not using it, also not a scratch or crack on it so how am I rough with it. Factory reset didnt help but instead of helping me get a new phone he chose to tell me how to treat my old one that wasnt working. Never been treated more stupid in my life. Im a grown adult not girl since I have a full time job and pay to live like everyone else. Bad customer service is referring to a grown adult as girl and I am so insulted by this place. 25 years old being treated as a child is beyond uncalled for.
Have always had great customer service, sometimes theres a wait but thats expected. Have had problems with my phone and they either fix it or order a new one free of charge.
