Never had anyone get Im depth and help us on the level they did. So thank you cricket, for having employees worth a damn. Give them boys a raise. 🤝

Adrian store is one of the best stores we have been too. The guys here are polite, smart, prompt and respectful. Fun to talk to and always help us to the best of our ability. Caleb and juan are phenomenal!!

Terrible customer service. Wasn’t helpful with any of my questions, just laughed and said “I don’t know” to everything I asked. Boost was a lot more helpful customer service wise. Might just have to switch back now.

Caleb at cricket wireless in Adrian is an amazing rep. Very knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and quick at what he does! Juan was also very helpful and involved! Both of them are great with customers! Juan was helping another customer while I was with caleb! Fast, efficient, quality customer service, and a joy to be around! Noone ever has fun experiences in phone stores, we usually have to wait for 2-3 hours before we leave! Well definitely come back to this location!!

Switched from Verizon because our bill for 3 phones was almost $300 a month.We now have 4 phones and pay under $130 a month. So far we are pleased with the company and staff. The service is good for our rural area.

I have had the best experience at Cricket today. I recieved a new phone an had my old phone that i had for 10 years. But i was fortunate to have Juan who was patient an understanding. Such a great experience an employee to be valued.

Came in because I dont know how to use my phone. Not use to a phone that is not flip. I have deleted my Google play app. And I came in and the girl I dealt with was amazing. She answered all my questions and didnt rush or get mad. She even fixed my issue. You should come in and see ga by. You wont be disappointed. Plus the service is great as well!!!!

Juan was a very big help with switching unlock phones from Sprint. Sprint wasnt a big help and he talk with them and handle everything. I will highly recommend him for future help with anything.

My experience was great at the adrian store juan was agent that helped us everyone should ask for him when you go in there.

Bought a phone and was not happy with it. I was told i had 6 days to return it but never got a receipt so when i went up there they said they couldnt return it for me because there was a dent in the phone. Of course the blame is on me cuz my screen protector was cracked but its a screen protector not the actual phone. First of all they sold me a demo phone, second of all i asked for a copy of my receipt and they charged me for a speaker that cost $150. So now they wont take back the phone and i cant even try to take it back anywhere else. Called another cricket near by and they said that the phone i had dont even cost that much? Why they rang me up for a speaker is what im trying to figure out and instead of resolving the issue they told me if i didnt leave they were calling the cops on me. Some kind of fraud was committed here and i can do absolutely nothing about it.

I have used Cricket for the few years (5 to 6 now) and service has been great at so many of the stores.

Love how caring people that work here are. Always have questions and they always help. Go to them and you wont regret it

I came in the other day and asked help for my phone and some guy told me that it was not their job to do that.. So i decided to try again and this lovely girl helped me her name was Gabriel I think.. she helped me and went far beyond to show me how to do it myself. she also talked about the more lines you safe. tried to do an upgrade and add a line but the computer kept messing up.. So am coming back to try again.. You should deffitnely go to cricket... The girl definitely helped me more than anyone and she is so caring and thoughtful.. She makes having the service better,!! go and ask for Gabriel.. Promise you wonr regret it
