They showed up to my neighbors today and threatened to continue to go to their house and harrass her when she informed them the person doesnt live there. Contacting lawyers for the threats and the harassment. Taras rude behind also threatening harassment needs fired.

Shop is clean and organized. Staff was incredibly nice and professional.

This is the MOST polite, customer friendly Rent a Center that I have even dealt with. Todd and Angie always makes sure you are happy with your purchases. They treat you like a customer instead of an account, unlike most other locations! We moved from the area, but refuse to deal with another store! We will only rent from this location! I ran into a jam one week and couldnt pay. They came out and picked everthing up for one week. Went back in to get things back and our tv went from 10 months to 20 months. I will never go back to Rent A Center ever again

Manager even made worker uncomfortable, rented from them for 8 years and was late 1 day, she was yelling at worker to get my money, returned everything and never went back

Ok so I was leasing a couch from there and they kept knocking on my door at 6 pm they will twist and turn my door handle sometimes they will just sit in front of my house they add ridiculous late fees even when its paid off currently owe 700 in late fees so yeah thanks rent a center might lease a lamp from you to see how much my late fee will add up to 👍👍👍👍💸💸💸💸
