My husband and I heard lots of good things about Woodstock Furniture, so we decided to go there to furnish our first home. Christina helped us as soon as we got to the store, and helped us tremendously. We could tell her what kind of furniture we were looking for and already thought of pieces to show us. She set up our delivery in a timely manner, too. Everything about our experience with Woodstock has been amazing. We will definitely go back here when we need new furniture and of course ask for Christina!

We thoroughly enjoy going to Woodstock Furniture (on Robin Road). We dont go very often but it is always the first place we go to when we want to get decor ideas or purchase something new. The team is always friendly, welcoming and never pushy. And the prices are not outlandish like some furniture stores.We just purchased a brand new sectional and recliner. Diane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all our questions and give us an idea of what styles were in stock and available. (We actually went home after our first visit with her, with the furniture specs to make sure the furniture would fit in our space.) Our first choice was in stock for both items and they are making delivery in one week!! Always a pleasure to go there, although the weekends can be quite busy because of their popularity. (A great problem to have!)

This has to be the BEST furniture shopping experience we’ve ever had! Mr. JR is a one of a kind man and you know by his actions that he is a true follower of Christ! He is so thankful people come and shop at his stores d makes everyone feel so welcome. We will definitely buy ALL furniture from him and if you get a chance you should come check it out for yourself!

Jeannette provided information regarding style, size, comfort, and quality to assist me in making a final choice. Jan from Woodstock was fantastic. I did everything over the phone with her and she always followed up with emails, calls and texts with updates. When the manufacturer had a shopping problem, she arranged for another company to go pick up my furniture and deliver it to me directly. She called to check that it arrived and that I was happy. I would highly recommend her. Service was absolutely above and beyond!

I have been shopping here for over 15 years. Jeanette has been a blessing and I can count on her to always help me with a smile on her face. Today she helped me get a bedroom put together over the phone! Never had to step foot in store!!

Did not have a good experience with this company. I ordered a coffee table from them to be delivered to me out of state as they were the only company I could find that said they could get the table in within weeks. When I ordered the table I was told that it would come into their store from the warehouse within 2-4 weeks to then be shipped from there to me. It was about 4 months before they got it in. At the time I ordered it they quoted me two prices for delivery. One was for threshold delivery, one was for white glove delivery (the more expensive of the two). I chose the threshold delivery. When they finally got the table in they tried charging me the price of the white glove delivery for the threshold delivery. Almost $100 more. They said that delivery fees are always subject to change closer to the delivery date but this was not communicated to me when I placed the order. They did change it back to the original quoted price though. Then the delivery company set up a date for delivery that it was not delivered on and then sent me a notice that my table had been delivered and signed for when it had not even left GA yet. It took weeks and several phone calls to get an answer on where it was and when it was going to be delivered. I was told there was an error in the system and the delivery accidentally got closed out. Then when it finally did get here it arrived damaged. At this point I just kept it because who knows how long it would take to get another one and they told me that not only would I have to pay the delivery fee to get another table delivered but could only get a partial refund. I was told they would contact customer service for me and its been a week. Still waiting on that.Edit:****Resolution pending**********Second Edit******I initially asked for a replacement table. They told me the table would not be in until mid October, which was fine. They never confirmed the order was placed for me. I checked back in and asked a couple of times via text for an update on if the order for the table could be confirmed but was ignored. So I called and asked for the partial refund I was also offered, instead. I received a 50% refund and am keeping the table. This was a satisfactory resolution that I am happy they offered.

We have had a very great experience in working with Cathy Nunn. We have been looking at a number of furniture stores/outlet for a specific dining set. We have had a number of detailed interchanges for availability, costs, taxes, & shipping. Cathy has been very prompt & cordial in providing information for us to make a informed purchase decision. Woodstock Furniture should be very proud of her Consultant capibilities & expertise.

Purchased a sofa and recliner less than a year ago with this company. Have been purchasing furniture with for over 15 years. The motor went out on the sofa on one side. Took a week before they could send a repair person out. Guy comes in says the motor is burned out we dont carry those you need to call back into the office. Called back in left a couple of messages before they returned the call. To be told they had to wait to talk to the repair person before they could help us. Next day called again left messages as they were out to lunch at 11am. Received a call later in the day after a second message was left. Result of that call we dont carry replacement parts/motors we will have to contact the manufacture and get back with you. Next day after leaving another message we get a call back that said they would have to order the motor and would call us when they got back in touch with the manufacture. Called back to advise us there was no known ETA on when they would get a motor as the manufacture did not know when they would ship it. It would seem like you would receive better customer service when you have purchased two bedroom suite, 3 living room suits, dinning room set, and several tables, and mattress there. But no that is not what you get, you get told we will let you now if it ever comes in. For a company that says they stand behind their products and will replace or repair within the warranty, they are not doing much of that. Seems more like they are waiting until the 1yr warranty is out to be able to say sorry not under warranty.

Found the perfect bedroom set for my daughter who is moving but by the time I placed the order some of the pieces were sold out. Due to the lack of materials, workers, and shipping issues, I was pretty sure we were out of luck and out of time. However, Amber and Jared were able to secure the pieces through diligent work, creative thinking and resourcefulness. Excellent customer service and support. We went to Woodstock Outlet in February to buy a new couch and Ellie Regus helped us find just what we wanted. She was attentive but also gave us time to browse and try out some styles. Great experience with woodstock outlet! The product was as described and quality piece. But that was only part of the experience. Christina went above and beyond to make sure I knew when this item was back in stock and made things ready so all I had to do was stop by and pay then pick up at the warehouse. Working with Ellie was a complete JOY! She quickly located a sofa and chairs that I described wanting. She was knowledgeable, creative, and just fun to work with. I will be back to work with her again the next time I need new furniture.Now, listening to the loud, obnoxious announcements over the speaker system was LESS than joyful; it was down right annoying. I literally couldnt hear Ellie when those announcements came on (an Ellie isnt a soft spoken woman, so its NOT her). Please consider moving to an earbud system or something else to communicate with staff. And, are you REALLY getting people to buy the $99 piece thats water damaged and outside the store by announcing that over the loud speaker? I came to shop, not feel like Im at a college football game.Thanks!

I had been looking for a mid century modern sofa for my new apartment. I kept going to the website for Woodstock Furniture Outlet. I submitted questions I had online to the website. My questions were answered promptly by Christina. I work during the night and sleep during the day. Christina was such a big help, I know I would not have my perfect sofa without all her hard work. I went Monday to sign paperwork, my new furniture was scheduled to be delivered between 2:30 and 6:30 on Wednesday. They arrived at 2:25. The guys were very polite and down to business. I will definitely purchase from Woodstock Furniture Outlet in the future.

We bought a bedroom set at this location and Scott helped us out. He was very helpful and not pushy or aggressive at all which, after shopping around, was very refreshing. We opted to wait to buy it since we wanted to continue shopping around. When we returned to buy it we asked for Scott since he was very helpful. We just recently received our furniture and we love it. We can’t say enough about the quality of the furniture, the price, and the great service. Definitely recommend this store.

It was great! Jack Eskander was my salesman and he was very helpful, I told him my struggles with getting a sectional to fit in my small house and he showed me one that he thought would work, he was right. I then came back to show my husband the couch I choose and spoke with Jack again, hes polite and again very helpful, I was wanting a new kitchen table and chairs and I had something in mind so he walked me around to all the ones he thought was what I wanted and we then found our kitchen table and chairs. Due to everything going on he explained to me that the couch I picked had to be built, he kept me posted on what the time frame would be. They delivered it and that was a pleasant experience as well, 2 guys came on time and were very nice and hard working, they had a struggle with getting it in because I had added a deck which made it hard but they hung in there and I am now enjoying my beautiful furniture. We love our Acworth Woodstock Outlet, everything from furniture to mattresses are of the highest quality. My other online purchases from other businesses felt like I was talking to someone reading a script from the monitor…..hit them with a question and you knock them off their rhythm, and it usually ends up with your question not being answered. Elgin sold me my couch, love seat and dinette set. Was great when we were buying it. The second we left and had to call back sounded like a different person. He only cares about you if you’re in front of him spending money. Typical sleezy salesperson. I live in Arkansas and needed a dresser for our new home fairly quickly before I give birth to our baby boy in September (couldn’t wait 6 months on the manufacturer like other companies told me at this time during Covid!) Not only did they have it in stock and could ship it to me within 4-8 weeks like the online estimate said, but they answered all of my questions via text message (as I’m too busy with clients to talk on the phone!) and had an easy way to pay online. Can’t wait to receive the dresser and welcome our new baby!

We came to Woodstock furniture outlet to get a recliner love seat for my dad. Ellie was so helpful, understanding, and not pushy what so ever!! She was so patient and gave us our space while we walked around looking for what we wanted. She told us about how the management has taken care of their employees throughout the pandemic and how she loves working there. This would be the only place I would get furniture at if I lived in the area! The prices are low and they the clearance section is nice too. Everything is very high quality with name brands.

Working with Tyler was a pleasure. These days great customer service is a lost art. So when I can compliment someone I do. He really listened to what I was looking for and didn’t just try and sale me on something I didn’t want. It was not easy finding what I wanted but after a while I found something and because of his great customer service I will be back!

I went inside to purchase some furniture as I just bought a new house, but I couldn’t get a single employee to acknowledge me. I made eye contact with almost every single employee not one even spoke to me or acted like I was there. I guess they didn’t think I had money to spend unfortunately I went in today prepared to furnish my whole home. I had heard good things about this place but I am absolutely disappointed and would not recommend it to anybody else. I also went and addressed this at their front desk before leaving. As I even attempted to speak directly to several employees and got nothing.

The sales associate and all the employees at the hwy 92 store were amazing. However we had to pick up our furniture at the distribution center on. Old Alabama rd.What a drastic change in customer service. We were the only ones there to pick up orders. No one was in the office to help us. When they did show up Dalton informed us it would be a few min. After 25 min we asked Dalton how much longer and was informed it would be a while. He didn’t care that we had other obligations and told us to call the store if we wanted to cancel. It’s a shame after such a wonderful experience at the store we came away with a negitive about this company.

We bought furniture for our new house. Woodstock has personal consultants that help you with your selections. We called and made an appointment to meet with our consultant, Cathy Nunn. We met on a Wednesday when the store is closed to the public for consultations. This can be done on other days but it was quiet and not crowded - we could focus on our purchases. Once Cathy established what we were looking for she showed us options and would answer any questions. She was extremely knowledgeable. We spent at least 3 hours that day.Woodstock Furniture Outlet has reasonable prices and the furniture was quality built. Because of the great customer service, huge selection and reasonable prices I would recommend the company and Cathy Nunn to anyone.

Great experience with Woodstock Furniture! Megan responded to my online inquiry right away in a very friendly and professional manner, answering all my questions. Then when I went to the Woodstock location to pick up the rug I wanted, all the employees were friendly and helpful, the loading process was effortless, and the price was GREAT - way below the prices I saw from online vendors. The store is enormous. The product they offer is very beautiful and seemingly nice quality... with price tags that reflect that quality. My only concern is I walked by a bunch of employees and nobody even said hello until I was walking towards the exit. It may just be an off day for them so Ill give them another try when I have time.

Maria and Victoria were extraordinarily helpful with my comparison shopping, and offered up the same bundled deal and discounts as if Id purchased the mattress online. The purchase process took three clicks from my phone, and I was able to pick up from their distribution center the same day. Every step of the process here was so great, and its all due to the wonderful staff at the store and warehouse. Woodstock Furniture & Mattress is absolutely fantastic, and Ill definitely be doing my furniture shopping here in the future.

Huge store with plenty of options for different rooms from furniture and mattresses for bedrooms to sofa and sectionals for living/family rooms to decorative pieces such as clocks and mirrors as well as kitchen items .. pricing seems to be fair but needs more data points for comparison purposes

Customer service is exceptional. Cassandra answered all of my questions and stayed in touch while we had to exchange our table due to issues with chipping and discoloration. She made our experience better while we had some frustrations with the furniture. Very patient, pleasant and communicative.

Fabulous- Our sales person, Jan Parrish, made sure we were taken care of. Even though the store was extremely busy. The parking lot and over flow lot was were full. She took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and looked up 8 different items to see if they were in stock. Amazingly all items were in stocks, all we had to do was choose. We were able to pick up our desk and chair just down the street at the warehouse. I will be definitely be back.
