Target Optical is the best. The staff is always friendly. I feel like my tech knows me. We talk about family and she asked me how I have been feeling these days.

This Targets bakery is horrendous. They are rude, condescending and out right disrespectful. Did you know you can order icing from Targets bakery? Well this target will try to tell you otherwise, because the are to lazy to scoop it in to a container. Called another super target just to make sure I wasn’t the crazy one, and sure enough they were more than helpful. I had to call this target back 4 times before a manger finally came to the phone and still proceeded to combat me about getting this icing.Called again a few weeks later for more icing (Today) and the associate proceeds to tell me they only have one bucket of icing so they’re aren’t selling it. She was too eager to tell me that, I’m not buying it. Called the other store again and AGAIN they were more than willing to help.They need an attitude adjustment at that bakery. And the cakes are hideous.

Wish I could leave zero stars I came in today around 2:30 and was going to buy some pizzas from the cafe area and no one not a single soul was there. Until I saw the worker coming in from outside, nasty and he did not wash his hands. Gladly I caught his name, Cameron. Target tdo better with your workers! It took 20 min of me waiting there. What was the cafe worker doing outside! Embarrassing.

Bought a pair of glasses that came apart in a week. Customer service desk couldnt look up THEIR OWN INVENTORY online or in their own system. So without a receipt, they refused to refund me, exchange it, provide store credit or even a simple solution to make this right. Such a simple process and I was told that I have to now go find the product MYSELF online. So if YOU cant find it and you work for the company, how do you expect me to find it? What should have been a simple process that ANY retailer can do turned into a nuisance. I just left the glasses there and thanked them.

This was a spacious and clean Target. I went an hour before closing, but everything I wanted was fully stocked.

If you are seeking baby items the department layout is not the best. The baby clothing options are very limited compared to other Target stores.

Always clean and fully stocked. One of my favorite places to just walk around and see new products and check out their clearance items.

Quick and friendly pick up service

This is by far one of the best Targets (outside a few in FL) they are always happy to help and they know where items can be found. I feel welcome when Im inside, they are quick on the pick-up and drive-up! I have ordered from shipt and it seems like they always have my items here!

I went in to purchase some washing garment bags for one of my business clients because I told him about the ones that I had already purchased and then purchased my for my husband to keep his socks in order when washing. I couldnt find them, so I asked a young man and a young lady and they were real sure. Then I went to the front of the store and saw Lara R. being so amazing managing the self checkout, and she told me exactly where they should be, but when we found out they were out of stock she immediate helped me order online and have them shipped to my home address. AWESOME! Laura R. is an amazing employee and she is so phenomenal at multi-tasking. She was helping folks get checked-out, directing folks to departments and helping me order my garment bags online. She is truly a ROCK STAR!!!!!!!!! It is a blessing to have her in the store because she is a GEM. She has a great personality, she is professional, she is just all out customer service oriented, and such a sweet lady. Please promote her because she makes Super Target in Acworth, Georgia a better place to shop.

I love this location and need to give a shout out to their wonderful employees! I left my wallet in a cart in the parking lot, someone found it and they kept it safe for me. This is where I normally shop but I’ve noticed some of the food products have tears in them exposing the food. I also went by today and went in the chip aisle and saw a bottom shelf that looks like it’s never been cleaned. I’ll try to post a picture for reference. This is a gross-ry store.

The order and pickup process was so easy. The customer service employee was extremely nice and helpful. As I had other shopping to do each employee working in the store greeted me and made me feel like I mattered. I will definitely shop here more often!

Conveniently located for a day full of almost any other area errands, this Target has ample parking even during peak hours. The store is always clean and the staff friendly. The addition of staff in various departments means you are never pressed for finding the assistance you need. Eight self--check registers are welcome for those quick in and out trips (though how many of us ever get out of Target with only the 2 or 3 items we came in for?). :)

I love love love Target!! They have everything I need and the staff is always so friendly. I love that the clearance is now 10% off with the red card. I’m always anxious to see what bargains Target is offering weekly, sometimes daily!

I like Target. I was very unhappy to learn that I while in lone I had to scan each item in order to get the discount. I spent $347 so I was extremely embarrassed and frustrated holding the line up then had to cancelled my order then get back in the line to have the cashier erring my order. I was so unhappy to learn that after two hour being there I hardly saved anything! I am a bargain shopper but I was not very happy today because I felt as if some of my items did not get scanned in order to get the discount.

Im not the most frequent shopper at Target however not because I dont like the merchandise. More over the contrary, I typically am very conservative and frugal but with shopping at Target a consumer doesnt fare the best as is more expensive than some other places.

Im not sure what to think of the Christmas help theyve hired or the job they are doing with the store. It seems like once something is out of stock, it is never reordered. Ive gone there 3x hoping theyve gotten more items in and every time Ive been disappointed. The people working have been less than pleasant and very dismissive. I dislike this store to the point that I will drive to the woodstock one before wasting my time in this one.

Every visit lately has been a productive and economical way to buy our regular grocery items. Each time a gift purchase or card was needed today I met that item on my list at Target.

Most stores have a g variety of items, especially the Super Targets. The prices are reasonable and you guys are really good at having multiple registers open and or all the self-scan registers so that your customers can get thru the lines quickly. Friendly staff

I shop my groceries there every 2 weeks so far my visits were very good, grocery team and market every ones except for the cashiers... I notice some prices were different when they ring it up! Never said anything nothing crazy... But this time when I asked the cashier to do 2 different transaction she literally said I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS! she called her gslt (the check lines leader) she was having actitud with me too!I asked about the store manager and the cashier told me ! I don’t know and I don’t care if he is here I only look at my schedule!This was getting out of control and my husband and kid were there! So I decided not to be the crazy one! This Target is pretty big, so it has more of whatever youre looking for to offer than Ive seen at other locations that I visit. Its a little out of the way for my blood--I happened to be in the neighborhood, but this location would defini be worth the drive!!

What did I like a few of the staff who are actually friendly I visited this location October the 1st 2015 took a few things from the shelves to see what suited my needs was approached by an employee and he said hey you expect us clean up that mess? After I already spent like $40 and was planning on buying something else and of course I was gonna put everything back, but after I was approached in this manner I dont think Ill ever go back to this location I was in the front of the store near the registers it was at night I hope a manager reads this because that is no way to approach a customer at all but with the already low reviews I guess management doesnt really care either

The Acworth Target is a good Target, well staffed with helpful folks.

While in there, there was a tornado warning and the employees were very professional. They herded us all into the stockroom and kept us there until the warning was lifted. They handed out water and some cookies we were there about 45 minutes they were very courteous

Helpful young lady, at the fitting room, helped my daughter; She was very polite, in a very good mood (ya know, to be at work, lol)! The lady at self checkout was very helpful and polite.
