So this store saved my tush this Christmas. I had ordered a couch and loveseat set in late October from one of the big National chains, but the earliest delivery date they had was Dec 22nd. I had guests coming for Christmas on the 23rd, and I had given away my old sectional. Well, on the 21st, the big chain store calls to tell me that they wouldnt be able to deliver until mid-Feb. Seriously WT-actual-F?!?! You gonna wait to call me the DAY BEFORE EXPECTED DELIVERY?? Anyway, after searching all the OTHER big-box chains without luck, I took a chance to go into D & M. They had a sectional that was BETTER than the stuff I had ordered (and cancelled, of course) AND they delivered it the next day, installed it, and made sure that everything worked as it was supposed to. The guy who did it (and Im ashamed I dont remember his name) could not have been friendlier! Id GLADLY go back there and I would recommend them to anyone HIGHLY!

Good customer service! Very detailed in explaining the product. Delivery in a timely manner. I walked in 10 minutes before the store closed and was delivered my product 30 minutes later. In my honest opinion this is a customer friendly family owned business.

I purchased a desk from this company and the sales person told me that if it didnt work out I could pay to return the desk. When I called to return the desk the owner says sorry lady thats not how we Operate. Its yours now dont call us back. They Left oil all over my driveway. Very sad company

Had a great experience here. After searching for a media console over the weekend and not finding anything, we stopped here. The gentleman up front was very helpful and showed us what they had on the floor. There was one piece we liked, but wasnt quite what we were looking for. The gentleman listened to our feedback and opened a catalog right to exactly what we wanted. We purchased it immediately and made it a very fast, painless experience compared to our previous shopping at other stores.

Awful...they use a company called Snap Finance and do NOT disclose to you that after the 100 days you will owe double what you paid...even with money put down. DO NOT FINANCE with this company. They also have NO return policy. Extremely disappointed in this company and their lack of communication from purchase to finance and taking NO responsibility for issues because they claim they are a separate entity! Pretty sure we will NEVER purchase from this company again. Go the extra mile down the street and deal with Woodstock Furniture Outlet. Way more professional!

Love to sit / see and pick up right away. And dont wait 2-3 months. We bought a gorgeous book case here 30% cheaper than elsewhere. Their delivery is paid and quite expensive. Therefore, they took them themselves. Very nice sellers.
