The delivery guys from The Furniture Pond were awesome. They were very friendly and very careful with moving the furniture into our new home. They also made sure each piece was in the exact place we wanted it. I would highly recommend the store and their delivery service to anyone looking to purchase furniture. It was a 5 Star delivery.

I purchased a dining room table from furniture pond, experienced some issues with my table a couple of months after. Not only did they give helpful advice to fix the table on my own, but once it was clear the table couldn’t be fixed, they offered me a brand new one! George and his wife were incredibly helpful. But heres a helpful tip: If the store doesnt carry something youre looking for, Furniture Pond has countless catalogs you can order from. Thats what I did. George and his wife made the process very seamless for me. George also assembled the dining room set I ordered. Im a very happy customer and will be back!

This store will not refund if your furniture doesn’t hold up only had the sofa and chair for 4 mouths or so and manufacture doesn’t honor things in the way that’s indicated. This store also is a final purchase without returns. Did not receive anything in writing that this is how they are setup. Be mindful if you are going to purchase. Sometimes you just can’t give support to certain black own business never again. Things happens to those that are not truthful.

They have been very helpful during these difficult times, Derrick helped answer all of my questions and was always available. Went in the store today for the first time met with George. He was very helpful and took the time to help my wife and I find the perfect bed for our daughter. He even told us that what wasn’t in stock he can order without a problem. I have to say our overall experience was a good one. And I will definitely do business with him again. George was very nice and helpful, they were able to get us a great deal for the bedroom set we got. Lots of great selection as well, they don’t have everything in store but they do have very extensive catalogs from various suppliers. We will definitely be coming back for our next purchase!
