I would give zero stars if I could. The first refrigerator they gave me had no shelves so they had to bring another one that costs twice as much. It never worked properly. I paid extra every week for maintenance but every time they were supposed to come fix it no one showed up and no one would return my call. It finally quit working all together and I had to throw out all my food. The only way I could get a call back was to miss my next payment. The manager would still not get on the phone. I paid them $800 and their only solution is to come get the broken refrigerator and leave me with nothing.

If I could give no stars I definitely would!! Be careful if they come to your house and put furniture together. They put the plastic leg on completely wrong on my sectional and my son fell and cut his knee on it! Called them to let them know and JD said they were not at fault and claimed I should have been watching my 10 month old 😅 needless to say I definitely got that situation taking care of but will NEVER EVER use them again. Farmers Furniture is wayyyyyy better!

I am pleased to say all of my experiences here at this store have been great. I purchased a nice home Laptop computer. I bought a tablet also. Next will be a nice furniture set. If you need a great payment plan they will work with you. The manager Danny is extremely knowledgeable and i appreciate his willingness to answer all of our questions.

Horrible customer service even during a pandemic. They have no class and no effort to treat people like human beings. Countless times considered the property theirs when we were only a few days late on payments. Always threatening to repossess the property after the payments typically are on time.

Would not recommend this Location to anyone...Very rude people completely and utterly deplorable in character. Also this place will rip you off when it comes to your money so be very careful and will refuse to refund and or store credit if you over pay due to their blatant lies. Glad I am not the only one who thinks this location is Unprofessional and Rude..!!

Everything was great until I asked them to pick up the washer and dryer I was leasing. Now everything is a hassle. We had a pick up agreement they didnt follow through on and I let them reschedule. Then they start calling for payment when I already have a pick up request. The reschedule was for last night and again they dont show up but call at 8pm wanting to know why I havent made a payment. They dont seem to communicate well at all!!! Now Im spending my weekend waiting on a pick up with no scheduled time!! Im a patient person but this is ridiculous!!

This store is unprofessional I paid $250 down for a refrigerator and have made my payments on time for it. I also got a sectional safe from them at the same time. They were delivered by two guys that were late arriving and not in the condition to carry them in my house. After they left we noticed that the middle piece was broke a piece of wood in the back was broke and had a staple sticking out of the back which one of our children cut themselves on. After about a mouth of trying to get someone out to fix it I stopped paying on it they sent a guy out and he looked and said he did not have time to fix it he had big jobs he was doing he said. They said they did not have anyone who could fix it we finally got them to come pick it up and got a sofa and love seat from them. Which was no delivered when they said it would be. After they left we noticed it was broke also we made payments it it also. We did not get the full amount of what we paid on the other sofa applied on the new one.The ice maker on the fridge is broken and has been from day one. I spoke with Jacob he said JD wanted to know if I could find the part as they do not make that model any longer and he would pay me back for it. I said no I do not get paid by Rent A Center and I am not going to do his job for him. I can not believe this is how this company is ran. It seems like it can pray on people with little to no credit and treat them badly. I wish I had not already given them so much of my money. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This store is amazing ive been to canton store no way there rude i went to bells ferry JD,Jacob,Danny have had my back and help me so much even in my hardest times some people knock them but ive been there 2 years and there amazing .. wish i knew how thank them . Yes some things are priced high but if like me i cant just run out buy stuff i have make payments .all in all i wouldnt go anywhere but here

John was super nice. Its a little expensive but you pay it over time, so Im not surprised it was a little morr than the store. If you dont have the intention to pay on time or get it paid off quickly this isnt the place for you. I got a mattress, tv, and a washer and dryer set. I pay ahead of time and double to make sure I pay it off quickly. Dont get something here if your payments will be late.

Update: 7/13/2019Im still waiting on my dryer back from when they said they would fix it (second set) from over a month ago. Paying about 150 a month for a non matching washer and dryer set not even the same brand nor worth that much.I have reported to the Better Business Bureau and will notify local news stations next about how they handle their customers. All I want is my working washer and dryer set that I am paying for. It is not okay to expect me to pay that amount for a bottom of the line dryer. Since January, we had a working matching set for less than a week.They are blowing up my phone, my references phones, and I am waiting for them to show up at my house. Give me what I signed for and was promised and you will get your money on time. Simple as that.They have made promises stating that they are going to waive the payments and so on and so forth from previous.... But it doesnt change the fact that we are in the same boat, expected to still pay for equipment that is not even up to standards and not worth the same amount as my set I signed for. Like I said, news stations are next, then an attorney. Everyone at that store may want to update their resumes because they are in for a ride.-------------------------------------------------------------If I could rate this company a zero, I would. I went in to purchase a washer and dryer set the first week of January. The sets available were not too bad but I asked if they were all used and if they sold any new sets. I was informed that Rent-A-Center does not sell new items (I was not really educated on this company so I trusted what the employee told me).Since day one my dryer did not work up to par and I notified them the first week in in February (I waited this long because I wanted to make sure that it was not just me not knowing how to operate a more up to date dryer than what I had before. So I adjusted load sizes, times, and level of heat and it still did not work properly). I was drying one load more than four times to get them dry. I arranged for them to come out and bring a loaner and mine to get fixed. The date I had scheduled they never showed up. I called them and they forgot about me. I rescheduled for the next day. No one showed up again. I rescheduled for a third day being promised that someone would be there and guess what....NO ONE SHOWED UP! I was fed up and I called and gave them one last shot and finally after almost 10 days of them not showing up, they did and said they will get mine fixed and brought back out.Wondering where my dryer was and if it was fixed, I stopped in the store around the 20th of March. I was told that they had to order a part and they did not have anyone working in the store that was certified to fix the dryer so it would be still a few more days. Not sure about anyone else, but it does not take 40 days to get one part in and replaced on a dryer, but anyway. I asked to speak to a manager and I asked them if they could just take these back and I look at another set. I am over it. The manager said, well I have the NEW SET right over here.WAIT A MINUTE! A NEW SET??? Rent-A-Center sells new things??The manager said, All the time.The original person who told me this was standing by him and I told the manager he said you guys dont sell new things and that it is all used. The manager rolled his eyes in a my employee is incompetent and everyone knows it type of way....Well today is April 4th and I have not heard about my dryer that is probably sitting in the back of their building not being fixed. So yes, if I could give them a zero I would.

I posted a negative review on the Better Business Bureau website and I’ll read this in his website now they leave me messages on my phone saying that they’re no longer excepting payments for my washer and schedule to pick it up I cannot wait until they called me again because they will be talking to my lawyer

They are the rudest group of people I have ever meant. They dont believe in customer service and when it comes down to it they dont care either. Once I pay off my agreements I will never deal with rent a center again.
