Go anywhere but here. Payed a lot of money upfront for the mattress just for the delivery dates to get pushed back 3 different weeks… Took off work on the day of the delivery, just for them not to deliver after receiving a message saying that it would be my delivery date, with a very broad 9am-9pm time.. Even called the store 3 different times, but no one answers or called me back after I left a message. At the very end of the day I received a text saying it would be delivered 4 days later. Never again.

Sales representative, Tyler, was wonderful. He was honest. He went above and beyond to find me a pillow. He then called me to tell me. I really appreciated his help. Five stars.

The staff here TRULY understand the meanings of competition and customer choice... We were able to make a great purchase here without a lot time wasted with good pricing over all. We stayed within our budget and got wgat we needed at the price we wanted and expected to pay!!

We went in to talk to someone about exchanging the mattress we purchased a few weeks ago, it was hurting my wife’s back. We met with Shelby, and she asked my wife several questions and explained to her which mattress she should try and why. After about 45 minutes of lying on 2 different ones, I think she found the one she likes. Shelby is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to the customer.

Brought my roommates to buy their first bed and had a wonderful experience! I bought a Purple 4 Hybrid king and paired it with the Temp- Ergo adjustable base. Shonda answered all my questions and was helpful and professional. Delivery was easy and my husband and son set up the bed with no problems. Sleeps great and I love the adjustable features.I also purchased pillows, sheets and a mattress pad. These items were never delivered. After 2 months I called the store and spoke with Linda. Even though I was upset about the items not arriving, she handled my issue and arranged to have new items hand delivered to my local store for me to pick up. I was grateful for the customer service and the professional attitude. I am happy with Mattress Firm and will shop here again in the future.

They customer service at this store is exceptional! While we did have to wait a long time for delivery of our back ordered mattress, we were advised up front that it might take awhile because of the current Covid situation and production at the factory. We were advised along the way that there was possibility of next week/next month delivery, but we were willing to wait because of our desire to have the mattress we wanted. We finally received it, and must say, well worth the wait! Thank you Rob for excellent customer service. That is something that is mostly lacking in today’s current sales, but he proved there IS still great customer service! It’s been a pleasure!

We purchased a new adjustable base set and mattresses from the Acworth location, and our salesman was extremely helpful and courteous and helped us make the best choice for us. However, this particular salesman has since moved to another location. The store manager at Acworth, Rob Hetzler, stepped in when we had several delivery delays due to the Covid situation, and then a malfunction in the adjustable base. I spoke to Rob on several occasions, and he always was friendly, courteous, professional, extremely concerned that we, as customers, were totally satisfied with our experience at his store. We ordered online and I asked specifically for a mattress that was in stock. I purchased one and delivery was scheduled within one week. On the day of delivery, the delivery driver called to ask for directions to our house. He was over an hour away from us and proceeded to tell us that we were not in his delivery area! We called our local Mattress Firm store and the best they could do was reschedule delivery for the next week. On delivery day, the driver called for directions. AGAIN, he was over an hour away and he told us we were not in his delivery area! We called our local store and the manager put directions to our house in delivery notes and rescheduled us again. AGAIN, even with notes giving directions, our mattress was put on the wrong delivery truck! A driver called us from over an hour away and then proceeded to tell us we aren’t on his route! We have since received a refund and we never received the mattress. I would not recommend Mattress Firm.

Rob was great. He explained all options with comfort as well as affordability. We tried out the beds everything was Covid safe which was very important to us as we hadn’t been shopping since March. It is now October. They had many options. I’m very satisfied and looking forward to sleeping better.

Customer service was excellent! All of our questions were answered timely and the clerk helping us was very friendly, without pressuring us for time or to make a quick decision but welcoming us to take our time and was open and honest about the prices. Ryan down at Mattress Firm in Acworth has by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The mark of a good sales man is not feeling like you’re being sold to and at no point did Ryan feel pushy or like he was leading us towards a product that wasn’t what we were asking for. He listened to the issues we were having with our current mattress and used that to help us find what we thought was the best for us. He did this all while juggling several customers at once and making it feel as though everyone was getting the attention they needed. I’ve never owned a quality bed. The only one I had was $200 from a thrift store. It’s been six months since Brandon guided me into my first bed purchase. He was incredible informative, helpful and honest. I wasn’t harassed or upsold, but given a really good experience. By the end of our session I had complete confidence in the bed I purchased, and after having it for half a year, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. There is a break in period though, don’t worry, the bed gets more comfy. :)
