Rosalyn was PHENOMENAL. She recovered years and years of photos and memories when I thought all was lost! More than exceeded my expectations! Out of our state, no phone, no problem! She went above and beyond for us! Thank you so so so so much, Rosalyn!

On Sunday, I walked into the store and asked the sales rep for an appointment 30 minutes later. He did. I was tight on time hence why i made an appointment. I walked in 29 minutes later and the manager who was going to help me was working with another customer. He didnt give me to another rep and asked to wait. After 25 minutes, I left the store. I have now driving to another store for help. Dont bother making an appointment at the Zephyrhills.
I came here to upgrade my phone (my first time here since sprint and t mobile merged) and the guys there, i think their names were Mo and Kevin, were super helpful and it didn’t take long at all they also talked to me about accessories but weren’t pushy which I appreciate

Up until now, I had nothing to say but good things about this store. Now, I hope they close! I’ve reported them to corporate along with the managers name. I brought my receipt, I paid cash for my bill, they then autopayed my next months bill over 2 weeks early. Almost $500 just gone. Every other store said they can refund my cash paid, but this one couldn’t bother to have the decency to do it. That manager isn’t going to buy my groceries or give me gas to get to work, so why did they think it was okay to take my next bill early? I’m cancelling service and I can’t wait. I’ll happily pay a little extra and take my business elsewhere. Any other carrier would be better than this, and has better employees who actually want to help and understand that people plan out their bills. I guarantee if the rolls were reversed he would want someone to help him out instead of just being a jerk and not wanting to do the work. Sprint customer care and multiple other stores said it can be done, yet he wouldn’t do it. Lovely manager, huh?
When there to buy some ear buds. Would only take about 2 minutes. They kept letting people that got there after me in front of me and taking up to about an hour per group. I left after 45 minutes of waiting. Awful service

This store lied to us when we opened our new plan because we were told that we could just call and cancel our old plan. when we called to do so we were given the run around. Long story short phones were not canceled after we were told they were.when I called regarding these issues tonight the supposed supervisor took over the call only kept repeating There is nothing we can do. There is nothing we can do talking over me when i was trying to explain why I had called and then hung up on me. We have until NOV 2020 until our new plan is up AND WE ARE COUNTING THE DAYS. WE WILL BE LEAVING SPRINT FOR GOOD THEN. What happened sprint you use to have good customer service. We left Verizon for poor customer service we will be leaving you too. This mad me give a star they deserve zero stars.

Antonio at the Sprint store in zephyrhills FL is an amazing example of what customer service is suposed to be like. I highly recommend going in and talking to him, he made the switch from version to Sprint so simple and stress free for my friend, and helped me to upgrade from my galaxy s8 plus to a note 8 with ease. Antonio and the team at that Sprint store are the reason im so happy with my Sprint service. Go in today and talk with Antonio and tell him Matt sent you had the man!!!!!

Did not even acknowledge me when I walked in; music player really loud and the rep was just standing and gabbing with someone, I think there may have been chemistry between them. All I needed was a sim card.
I cannot stand sprint for a lot of reasons the employees here are awesome and help best they can. Bottom line is sprint sucks.
