Cant even get anyone to answer the phone.Was gong to change service providers, but Im second guessing that now, its like none of these cell phone companies care about the customers anymore, they just want your money but provide no services, bare minimum at best. Change my mind...

Nasty nasty attitudes, then Julia tells me theres activation fees on new line plus.. with a free phone, so I ask how much for a screen protector she then says ill waive the activation fee if you get the screen protector but I cant waive it if you dont.. and I read the poster outside which states metro is waiving activation fees.. so she lies to try to get me to buy more things, never never again.. will I go to this location, and I proceed to call my friend that work at a metro in Tampa fl, and she say you can go to that store.. smh, never again .

Had an absolutely terrible experience at this store, with an employee named Michael. I went in looking to upgrade my phone and was informed that I would receive a free tablet with the upgrade. Michael made it seem like the tablet was included in the price, but when I went to go pay for it, the total came out to be $95 greater than what it should have been. When I asked him why, at this point he explains to me that there is a $50 charge for the tablet upfront and that I would receive a gift card worth the same amount in about a week. The phone I wanted was around $180, plus the $16 upgrade fee. The total should have been around $200, factor in the tablet should have been $250 so why was the total charge $295? I later find out theres an $80 charge upfront for the tablet for a $50 rebate later on. So this is multiple things hes lied to me about at this point. I tell him okay, I have a limited amount of money I can spend today so lets take the tablet off. He says that he cant do that. I asked him maybe five times and he kept insisting there was nothing he could do, they already processed the transaction. At some point I start crying because Im so frustrated, I dont have an extra $100 to just drop on a tablet I didnt want in the first place. So what does he do? Try to get me to open a new line so I can get a cheaper phone. I said thats fine because I just didnt know what else to do and I wanted the situation to be over with. He calls somebody and well what do you know? Apparently he cant open a new line for me either. I tell him that Im going to call my mom and ask her for help. What happened next is absolutely unbelievable. Michael calls my mom from his phone to ask her for $50. He tells her she has to pay $50 for some reason or the other and tries to get her to give him the money over the phone. My mom of course calls me to tell me this, then suggests I go to the corporate store and ask somebody there for help. I agree, and as Im about to leave, Michael comes up to me while Im sitting in my car and tells me he spoke to his boss and she said I could do a payment plan. I had already told him before I didnt want to get into a payment plan but he just couldnt let it go. I tell him Ill be back and then I go drive to the corporate store where Im able to speak with the area manager Alex. She tells me that he cant force me to buy the tablet and that hes absolutely able to just cancel it and only sell me the phone. I was dealing with him for several hours, trying to get him to cancel the tablet, and he refused. I go back to the store and tell him I spoke with Alex and all of a sudden hes Mr. Helpful. He makes a couple calls and within a few minutes the tablet charge was removed and I was able to just purchase the phone. Then he had the audacity to ask me to leave a nice review for the store. How absolutely ridiculous that I had to spend my whole day dealing with this man, because he was dead set on selling me a tablet that I didnt want. Not even after I started crying in front of him did he let up. I cant believe this man is an employee at this store. Ive never written a bad review in my life, but never have I dealt with someone so unprofessional and so...shady. If you can do your business at any other store I would seriously recommend it

I am a new customer to metro and have a galaxy a20 phone but can only use it on wifi as no or very little signals at my home, I need to go 2 blocks east from my home to have a useable signal.I have 2 towers near my home but they are Verizon and t mobile tower is 3 miles to my east. I would not have gone with t mobile had I known this info beforehand. I was told if I unlock my a20 it would work better but the folks at metro said they dont know abt that nor have info abt how. So I guess I am stuck with a wifi phone only. I got the phone because I have heart trouble so I could call 911 if need be, but if I am out side I have no signal to the tower it will not do much good.my old track phone worked great but not t mobile, I thought all towers worked together guess thats not the case.Sw

The staff is great and helpful, and the girls there like my dog, not a hugh selection of equipment but it is a newer store and it is growing, also if they have some there they have tried it and are honest about how well it works. Good place. And there is a good restaurant across the street and another a little farther south. Also one of the best blues bars in the Tampa area just south of it Rhythm and Brews.

The manager, a person who should be teaching the employees how to treat the customer was the worst Ive ever met. First off she let business fly right out the store because she paid no mind nor gave the customer no assurance she would be with her to help her. Then gave her my situation and showed no interest nor did she care. She gave the look of, it sucks to be you. After I paid alot of money for phones and accessories and been a loyal customer for years. That manager should no longer manage.

The store I went to,,, to pay my bill had no suggestions on what to do with with my phone and told me that they are no longer going to be carrying it and had no idea what to tell me about my problem with it. Other than by another new phone. I sure do miss the two young woman.it just seemed as they always had the answer, or would take the time to help figure out what to do.

I went to pay my phone bill at the metro PCs store and I met a young man by the name Nathan.. honestly he was a nice, patient, and a very helpful employee..he answered all my questions and was very polite and respectful..Im very impressed and glad that your have employees like him.. thanks..

Brenda was extremely rude, they tried to charge me 300 dollars more than they should. Her and the manager were joking they would take the extra money and pocket it. Manager was also extremely rude and did not want to help. I am going to port my 4 numbers to a different carrier. Never use MetroPCS
