In Summary: Warranty covers nothing, they use cheap parts from amazon and overcharge you, and customer service is non existent. Full Story: When I walked in another customer was already fighting with them about her phone. Which should have been a warning sign. I needed my Iphone 12 camera lens replaced. They first replaced it with a tiny crack in it, I noticed right away, showed the guy, he tried telling me it didnt matter, it didnt effect the vision on the lens.. but I was worried about it re-cracking. He finally agreed to fix it, and I left happy. 12 days later, it cracked. I didnt do anything to it at all. Happy that I was still under the 30-day warranty, I called. He says, ohh the warranty doesnt cover cracks or water damage. What??? lol. So what exactly does this warranty cover? Nothing :). He looks a new lens up and says ah I get get this for you in 2 days (thats when I realized hes getting his cheap parts via amazon prime). So I was charged $75 and he paid $9 for a cheap DIY lens. Labor I understand but its the CHEAP parts and the FAKE WARRANTY that you have to watch out for. Absolutely never going back here, dont let these guys screw you like they did me.

Always my go to for screen repairs. Sadly Im one of those people that has broken multiple screens and often. Reasonably priced and always fast. Whether its an android or an apple they always seem to be stocked and ready to provide top notch service.They are locally owned and definitely in these times I prefer to shop the smaller local shops.

The person in the shop seemed pretty nice and mostly knowledgeable. It seems that I have a device that is out of service, so the part I needed wasnt available anymore. The issue I had was I found this out by calling another place that told me that. This place said they were going to look for it from their vendors and then never called me back.

I driving from Clermont FL 1hr and 30min for buy a uulocked note 8 in this place that say in the post 249.00, before that I text with them and I ask them for fees, etc and they say 249.00 + taxes only. Now they say to me the final price is 305.95 I show them pictures with the prices and he say thats the new guy posting that. Be careful misleading ads on this store. Same storie with the s9 +

If you ever have an issue with an electronic (Apple or PC) - come to this shop and this shop only! Mido and Mo treat customers with kindness and have cheerful attitudes despite the stress of broken electronic devices. The prices they charge for the work they do are super reasonable. They are exceptionally efficient and will make you feel like youre their first priority. Mo once stayed 30 minutes after close to restore my laptop to working condition. Even though this is a 40-minute drive for me, I will never go to another repair shop again.

Ran my iphone 11 over with a 60,000 lbs front end loader. Thought it was unrepairable. They fixed it for really cheap only took 45 minutes and now I have pretty much a brand new phone. This place is amazing when it comes to phones

Small town business so during this pandemic I will only support local. I walked in today with a Note 9 that needed a lot of work done to the screen. The owner was absolutely incredible in terms of help, price and explaining what was going to happen. He told me about an hour to fix the phone. 30 minutes later I had it back, better then when I first purchased it. Absolutely incredible customer service, very fair pricing and turn around time was unheard of. While I was waiting he went above and beyond for the customer ahead of me. He did everything he could for them just as he did for me. 100% recommend him for ALL your phone, tablet and computer needs. Very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Thank you so much. Ill be in to get more cards to hand out.

The whole place is very shady. It’s very over priced. And I took one thing to sell and they tried to pull one over on me hoping I didn’t get the time to notice. They run a wish shop as well so a lot of customers come up complaining that they didn’t get the right item. Honestly don’t leave your phone there, they might just strip it for parts and sell

Took my laptop to get fixed, was told it was not my hard drive but my software. Paid $133 as soon as I got home my computer was worse than before. Took it back the next day, was told it was my fault it wasn’t working. Also, they stated it was “hard drive” and was charged another $54. Wish they would’ve fixed it the first time, and had me driving back and forth. Do not recommend.

They were both super friendly, and they were able to get my back screen fixed for $50, but in the process they heat fried parts of my LCD screen. Now there are permanent speckles on my screen. Not a huge deal for me, because I only got it fixed for trade in.

Pretty terrible got my iPhone 11 screen repaired here, didnt even put the correct screen on my phone, put an XR. I paid almost 180 for a faulty screen, I was better off going to apple. Camera quality is not the same with the wrong screen. Fast forward 2 weeks later, certain keys on my keyboard will not work. Can not turn off my phone without the guided screen button. Sending voice messages because my screen is acting stupid. Worst part I cannot get a refund or even exchange the phone screen. Would not recommend if you want your phone to be apple certified or if you have an iPhone 11
