Bait and switch deals, false advertising, totally illegal. State and federal law prohibits companies from using any false or deceptive advertising practices. They will not honor deals advertised by their employees. I will be filing a complaint with the Federal Fair Trade Commission along with partnering up with an attorney ☺️Updated since Cricket left a generic response: I have already reached out to several managers who told me theyre not willing to honor their deal, I have also reached out to Cricket on Facebook. I will be taking it much higher and getting the desired outcome.

We were helped by Katie, she was awesome. Helped pick the phone I wanted and very knowledgeable of the phones. Helped us set it up, back up and make sure my info transferred. Asked if we needed anything else before we left. If you need help to see Katie, she super helpful and fabulous.

Ive been with cricket for a few years never lose signal here in Florida and when I travel it if state I almost always have a signal unless Im in certain spots in the mountains were nobody is getting a signal. There service at the zephyrhills Gall BLVD. Location is excellent Will is always such a big help. Hes an excellent worker i like working with Will when I go into the store because hes always do helpful and curious and always solves any problems I may have. Very honest and helpful. I was looking to upgrade my iPhone and wanted to find someone to help me decide on the best one for me. I found a great deal at Cricket in Zephyrhills and an even better rep to help me! Anne was AH-MAZING!! She walked me through everything and helped me find the best deal for what I needed. Anne was polite, very thorough and took her time while explaining the products to me. We switched to Cricket after 10+ years with Metro and couldnt be happier. Anne helped me remember the best part of switching!

Did you know that you can buy your simcard from Walmart for $9.99 and activate your phone on crickets website for free.Crucketwireless.com.Stop spending $35 for activation fee plus $15 for the simcard be smart is what i did and saved alot of money which otherwise this store charges and does the samething youll do at the comfort of your home.

I brought over three lines from metro and added one told me it would be no problem just put the card in my sons iPhone and it would work on the network not the case. Ive been to metro the Apple store T-Mobile I get the run-around from everyone. Also told me I couldnt do 4 lines for a hundred it would be 30 per line I went to a different cricket store to find out they just added insurance to all my lines after I told him no. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE CROOKS!!! THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW IVE EVER WRITTEN IN MY LIFE

I had an excellent experience when I first came to this store to transfer my number to cricket. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and courteous. I visited the store again to add a line to my account and the sales rep working wasnt as knowledgeable about their offers and I had to asked for a supervisor. I guess is a hit or miss.
