Phone flew out of truck. Went to get fixed or replaced as I had it insured. Only available option, because I couldnt wait 2 days for a refurbished replacement, was to payoff another phone in my plan and purchase a new cheaper phone.Had to pay activation fee again, and Armand advised me to get insurance again for 6 months then cancel it.Commission makes these experiences difficult for customers. Especially when were lacking some technology skills.The store was clean and well stocked. Employees were well educated in cell phones and the technology. Happy to help customers with purchases.
If I could give one star, I would. I bought two new phones and I was told it would be 10$ less a month with the promotion. I understand we have activation fees and all that, but for two new phones, a 422$ phone bill? That doesn’t make any sense. Called to get it figured out, was told nothing was wrong and i have to pay it. New phone bill monthly showing over 300$ which is over 100$ more than what I was told. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED GOING TO VERIZON. NOT ONLY DID THIS BRANCH LIE, BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE!
Upon walking into the store I was greeted by a young man name Armin. He took us immediately to his desk and I was amazed at his knowledge of every possible question I would have about getting a new phone and changing to Verizon from AT&T.He handled everything for me, and walked me through all the steps, updated my new phone, and explained everything to me about the new phone. He was patient and yet professional with all the process.I was very thankful to have his assistance.
We were flat out lied to about the cost of adding another line. The salesman told us we would get a $450 gift card if we added it for a year. He said the 5th line would only cost $5 per month. Just got the first bill and it’s $28 per month. Several other lies and shady stuff later, the phone bill went up too much to be worth the Verizon gift card. I would say I’m shocked but if you Google Verizon store reviews you will quickly see a pattern emerge because all across the country this is happening. I guess we need it to happen to some lawyers or judges so we can get a class action lawsuit going because the company will continue to reward these employees and do business like this until they are held accountable. It’s sad that we have come to expect . this from any sales business now. Shouldn’t be this way. I will say that we got a pretty good deal on our phones but the guy completely lied about just about everything else. I will not say his name because I don’t want to hurt anyone financially ever. Just know that you may get lied to if you shop here.
Our rep was Amrin, I’m so sorry if I spell your name wrong the paperwork isn’t in front of me. We went as a necessity and got amazing customer service and he was just a wonderful individual in general. We will be using him for our verizon needs in the future and would recommend him to anyone else who would like such an experience!
Ruth. What can I say. She is the sweetest, and most professional Verizon representative Ive had the pleasure to work with at Verizon. I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for quite a long time. All the representatives at your location do a phenomenal job, but Ruth takes it to another level. She went above and beyond to help me set up my new Motorola Edge and was very helpful in my selection of a new tablet for my grandson. She was as patient as could be with my lack of knowledge in setting up a new device. She showed me tips to make the transition to a new device as simple as ever.I wish to express my gratitude to Ruth and hope she receives the credit she deserves for a job WELL DONE.
This use to be one of the best stores. Now they are rude and to busy to help you even though they dont have customers. I know customers are as fun as playing on insta but we are customers. Do not buy from here! They also charge bogus fees!. So sad as they did have great service at one time.

I understand not being a Verizon customer and coming in asking about data issues because I was told to come in to a Verizon store to see if they could see what might be wrong. The associate that walked up to us after being informed of this information by me became stand offshore, hands in pocket, no eye contact, tone in voice. Kind of gave me the impression he was thinking I cant make money off of you so Im not dealing with you. He didnt even try to ask or try to sell me on switching over. This is why I dont go through stupid phone companies like this and use these no contract companies such as Straight Talk, Metro PCS, Total Wireless or Cricket. I have not yet experienced rudeness from these companies.

Dont use Verizon they say something then when you get your first bill its totally more than what you were told and when you call customer service they give you excuses and wont work with you to fix the problem. Verizon doesnt need to go to any kind of events where they put up a booth and have reps like BRANDON FLYOD that entice you with sweet talk and lies to you after confirming your question over and over to find out that was just a lie. I did a little research prior to going to the store. I also had some questions I was going to ask. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable of the phones I was interested in. He didnt try to push the most expensive phone on me and let me select the one that was best for me in my own opinion. He advised me of the pros and cons of each model I looked at and didnt rush my decision. He even went as far as to set up the phone to sync to the bluetooth in my car for me.
Came in to exchange a phone we purchased two days ago that we werent happy with. The salesperson, Arman, was great. He broke down everything and made sure we understood everything before we left the store. We have never had such a great experience in any Verizon. I highly recommend seeing him specifically. Very disappointed. My work have me a flyer about a discount to med workers and the clerk said I was not eligible. I went down the street to a competitor and had no problems. Verizon really should do a better job training.

He helped me during this crisis while staying respectable of my personal space. I was having a really terrible day when all the sudden my phone started having a lot of problems. It was turning on and off on its own and was not wanting to charge. I had no choice but to stop by a Verizon store right after work. Ive had nothing but poor experiences in Verizon stores from sales people trying to hit their quota and not caring about the customer. I went to the Zephyrhills location in Florida. As soon as I walked in Brody was greeting me and happy to help. I explained what was going on and wasnt sure what I should do. He helped me try to fix my phone FIRST and then when that didnt work he helped me find the perfect phone that fit my budget. He was very caring and provided the best customer service ive experienced in a very long time. He even was even careful to watch his distance and whatnot with all the social distancing and COVID regulations. He was very polite and was very knowledgable about each plan and each product. I could tell that he truly cared about my situation and made sure that I was comfortable with my new phone (and even that I was comfortable with getting a new phone). My experience with Brody completely turned my day around. He changed my viewpoint on Verizon completely, I am very happy and not worried about ever having a problem with my phone and/or phone company ever again.

I have been putting off upgrading equipment just because I hate the experience and confusion. Ruth helped me make choices based on my preferences, she didnt push to upgrade me to a phone that I didnt need. Hope she remains employed there and acknowledged for her great attitude and customer service, as it is so rare to find today!

Salesman make salary, not commission. They sell you what you want not what they want. Prices are definitely for the upper middle-class at least, if it would have been cheaper it would be 5 stars.

I came into the Verizon store for a case for my iPhone 11 Pro. Brody greeted me at the door and quickly assisted me in finding the perfect case. We maintained a 6 foot distance between each other and everyone in the store has masks on. Brody asked if wanted to be placed on the preorder list for the iPhone 12 so I can be the first one to have it. He was so helpful I’m glad I came into the store rather than shopping on Amazon for a case

I went in this past Tuesday to get my wife a new phone. Jacob was the associate that helped us. He was probably the best associate Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with during all my years of getting new products from Verizon. He really knows how to treat a guest with respect and was so helpful getting everything my wife and I needed.
