Staff was helpful. There was a line so we had to wait, not much of a wait though. We got a good deal on a moving truck.

I would be lost without my U-haul. Very helpful & accommodating. Occasionally there may be.an issue with a truck but usually easily resolved. It would be so much better if it didnt take such a long time having to wait to speak to someone direct

Co.puter system antiquated. Online reseveration a nightmare when short staffed. Employees call in silly on fridays for some reason. Reservations go to front of line before waiting customers. Main guy busts his behind keeping mad customers happy and dancing fine lines when employees dont show up. Do your employees not care that much to let a single guy struggle? I see theres a hiring sign its probably always outside. Probably very durable in good uhaul fashion too. I would work this job personally, if it ran better, or even if you had a kiosk from 2012 to bypass the antiquated SYSTEM. but likely too stressful. Again antiquated co.puters. one might even assume corporate is well aware of these ideas. Local especially. They live it! Basically it took 2 days for me to get a truck and trailer. Which Im not mad one bit about had a good time there.Jeebus, get you stuff together corporate. Minus 3 stars for corporate. Add 2 extra for the main dude running the ENTIRE show. That dude needs to get paid for 2 people if no one shows up. How stupid is this situation? Corporate feel free to call your allstar and hammer it out. You might lose him some day. One thing your system does allow is plausible deniability, but you know this as insurance people, right?. Whoever the head honcho is running the show.
