The entire team at this U-haul location have been fantastic to work with! Tammy has done a great job and their customer service is terrific. We recently moved from a townhouse to a nearby senior park and had to move ourThings around a couple times, downsizing to different size units. They were able to accommodate our needs at a busy time of year. They have been so amazing to work with and we heartily recommend This location to anyone who needs storage.

When on deployment and left some thing in this storage. Came back home and hats, shirts and jerseys where missing. Didn’t think nothing much else but only that I miss placed them. Reading the comments now and I’m pretty sure they have something to do with it.Check other people’s comments. They’ve had there stuff damage and taken from this place too. How when it’s supposed to be monitored and locked by there own locks.

Couldnt have a friendlier crew. They went out of their way to try and get us a truck. Although they were unable to get a truck it was last minute. I works definitely tri again if i needed a u haul.

I do not recommend this storage facility. I had broken, cut up and missing items. I collect Antiques and they were broken. Find another location. Do not use this one. Washer knobs were gone. Shoe rack thrown away damaged. Antique painting all cut up .hed my advice. I had A40 and someone had a key. My wooden shelf had a broken shelf. Mexican imported wine glasses broken. No explanation for this Damage.

I put my furniture in this storage unit in 2014. I return in 2016 and added more furniture. I relocated from out of state. I have paid every month due to my situation. I return to remove my furniture and I have damaged items. I gave alot of furniture away and everyone saw the damage. Operating knob on the washer is missing. Shelving top is broken. Glass imported wine glasses broken. I advise you put 2 locks on the door. Someone got in my unit and destroyed alot.

New to this business, but they are very friendly so far and business was very clean and protected

Checked on these units . Great staff. Staff drives around checking all units everyday unknown as to how many times per day . Only negative response I’d have with this location, not temperature controlled.

Very friendly and convenient. Spent 19.95 to rent the pickup for 1 day and .69 cents per mile so its very affordable to use if youre moving across town. Also found out from an employee you fill out all the necessary info on the app so you can just show up to pick up the keys/truck.

I rented a storage unit here in 2017. The property was clean and well kept. The managers Richard and Tammi and staff Pablo and Alex were all great. They were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide anything they could to make my time there easy and convenient. I plan on renting there again. The woman that runs this facility (Tammy) is amazing! The units are clean and secure. They offer many extras from online payments to moving supplies to moving trucks and friendly staff.

Great place. Better than some of the other places when it comes to friendly helpful people. The check-in process is faster and less intimidating than some of the other places, which make you feel youre signing your life away. Also, theres no administration fee like some places have. They require one of those round pad locks, so dont forget to pickup one up at Harbor Freight for a good deal. Otherwise Uhaul will sell you one for 10 dollars. Their rates are fair and they have climate controlled buildings. In my opinion, Uhaul is the place to go.

Pricey, insurance not included, and larger units aren’t temp controlled. The place is small which makes driving and parking tight.

All staff members are so helpful and accomodating. We had a slight hiccup with our reservation coming all the way from Dallas, TX. Thankfully, Tammy and Richard were incredibly understanding and helped us to the best of their abilities. Very pleased with quality of customer service. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

A great experience, I have rented from U-Haul numerous times at different locations and this has been my best experience. If needed again I will definitely come back to this location the manager is great!

Great friendly staff and clean and well maintained rooms

The storage units are a little over priced for what you get. This location also has a very limited range of vans and trucks to rent. We had to drive to another location to pick up a truck and then come back to get our stuff from storage.
