Lady who helped me in the front was very helpful. She got me a unit and signed up with all the paper work in a very timely manner. Was helpful with everything I had questions for. Only slight down side was that there is not a 24hr access option

Border Self Storage has always been there for me when I needed them most! Super reliable place to leave your expensive belongings and very nice and helpful customer service. The storage unit has plenty of space to go in with a trailer and in a clean protective area. The storage units have lights to grab what you need when the sun is down. Best storage unit in town in my opinion and in a convenient area!

Theyre a little expensive but theyre easy to deal with. Right now if you want to rent from them they make you sit outside in the heat and fill out the paperwork instead of walking in even with a mask on. Elsewise its a good place.

Horrible customer service. Couldn’t understand what the gal was saying thru all her face shields and glass door she was trying to talk thru. Asked me to go see the storage units and opened a door to some long hallway then ran away without showing me the actual storage unit. Weird!! Went off on me saying I had an attitude when all I was trying to tell her was that that I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Needless to say customer service is not her thing and I will be renting 3 air controlled units elsewhere!

Got this storage because close to our location. The gate keypad never worked. Asked several times to fix light and timer inside storage. Did not fix. Smell like cat pee, raised rate with out sending notice. And said had a different address and we filled out applications twice.

My 5 stars is based on my signing up experience. Initial phone call was answered, questions answered. I drove down, the manager was pleasant and fast. The data entry was simple and the price was good. Facility was clean and seemingly secure. I’m very happy so far!

Fast and friendly service. Went in and was greeted by polite staff. Great service was provided by even making sure I was getting the appropriate amount of space for what I was storing.

Ended up using them for quite some time now. Never had any issues and they send billing reminders after the first to remind you. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating with our requests. Property is kept clean and the security seems fine. Would definitely recommend them.

Horrible and rude! Lady in the front office had told me to go to a unit and then proceeded to rent it to someone else after majority of the unit was already filled with my things. I had to argue with her in order for her to rent it to me! Absolutely terrible customer service! She had a terrible attitude and demeanor!

Understandably, during the COVID-19, there are extra measures to be taken place. The woman talked to me and a gentleman through a glass door and only opened it a crack to get our cards and our information for the units. All I want to point out is that the woman failed to mention that if we had masks we could enter the building one at a time to process everything. It was 100 degrees outside today. Poor customer service. Solid prices for a unit though. Strongly suggest getting info and payment stuff online!

We moved our things into this storage facility around a month ago. Hannah was the staff member who helped us. We got a discount that was shown on the internet. Hannah was very professional and kind. She was very caring and considerate. The unit we got was perfect for the items we needed to store there. It is a very clean place. The only downfall to the facility and most storage facilities is that you can barely fit a moving truck into the small driveway. It was difficult for my husband to maneuver the large truck in. But eventually we made it in. Today I went to make a payment and was greeted by Ed from the Peoria facility. He was professional and polite. Overall weve had a good experience from this facility. We highly recommend this place over some storage places here in town.

Wow! Where to begin. The people working at Border Storage are AMAZING! First among them is Aidee. She was so helpful. SO kind. And SO understanding.I flew down to Arizona from Washington State to help my mom with this move. On a Wednesday I rented a large, climate-controlled unit for my mom as she was moving into a retirement community. So all day Wednesday and Thursday we packed her out. Friday was the big move day. Before they finished packing it all up I told them that I had rented a 10x15 unit. They said there was no way all of this was going to fit in there. They suggested another 10x15 unit. It was late afternoon and I called Border Storage just before closing. Aidee was very understanding and asked me to come in right away to make the arrangements. When I got there I was greeted with the warmest smile. We hopped in the golf cart and she showed me the nearby available units. After choosing one, we went back to the office. She had already begun transferring all of the information over from the other unit I rented earlier in the week.The people at Border Storage are first-rate and top-notch. I HIGHLY recommend them.
