Amazing costumer service. Last minute trick rental. They Applied discounts and worked during the heat to get the truck ready. Highly recommend just based on the service alone. 👍

Friendly staff, nice clean truck, penske always has nice trucks. Very well put togther operation at western products, they called to confirm reservations and had truck ready upon pickup.

Ran our card for $1800, twice! told it would take up to14 days to cancel the second transaction. That doesnt help the fact that they just locked up our fuel money that we needed to move across the country. So now we dont have the money to get the moving van to its destination, which negates the purpose of renting it in the first place. Not happy in the slightest with our experience.
