I am sprint customer needed to swap phone i try from home, was not able to do it came to the store and there was 3 guys here who were realy nice and frendly, and patients with me am 59yrs they sweet guys.

Nothing but sales pushers here, came in for a simple battery replacement like Ive done before at other tmobile stores, but they told me that they didnt do that here and instead offered me an upgrade, then when they saw that there was no available upgrade, they tried to offer me a new number to get a new phone! I usually have good things to say about tmobile customer service but today was a fail tmobile!
If I could give a zero star review I would. I went in this store with the purpose to open two new lines on my Sprint account. When talking to the representative she explained that the Sprint towers would eventually shut down and we would lose signal, so we need to switch to a T Mobile plan. Long story short, she used misinformation so we would open a new account under my husbandβs name with all new lines. All of this hassle could have been avoided since I found out today that my Sprint account could have just been migrated to T Mobile and no headache. This store only cares about commissions and sales. Awful experience.Update: This store is still lying to everyone. If youβre reading this and have a Sprint account wanting to move to T-Mobile, DO NOT go to this store and go to the one in the mall. They are a corporate store and will actually help you. This store is a third party only trying to make a quick dollar off you.

This review isnβt specifically for this location but all I can do is suggest anyone to go with a different phone company! Iβve been with T-Mobile for almost 10 years and Iβve been overcharged and straight up lied to countless number of times itβs not worth the headache Verizon has better service anyways.

From the moment we stepped in the store were being helped by the nicest guys that I have encountered in a T-Mobile store. Jose and Nestor were great they even had an answer to the question that I havent been able to find at any other store. why do they keep making cell phones with a glass back? They are the first ones with the answer because of the new charging systems. It makes sense now. This is the only T-Mobile store that I will use now. Kudos to you both great job
I was thinking about switching to T-mobile because I travel internationally and planned to move to the east coast. Brandon was incredibly helpful, and very honest about everything from the set up process (including ending my AT&T plan) to the expected cell service Iβd receive when I walked out of the store. Support didnβt just stop there. He was just one text away, incredibly helpful and responsive anytime I needed anything.
This foothills T Mobile store is less crowded versus the one in town.I live in town but I rather drive to the foothills to get any service done.The staff here are very attentive and friendly. The best part is no wait time and itβs worth the drive!
The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Im a very technically savvy person and the questions that they couldnt answer, they found me the answer quickly. They kept conversation with me while there was several minutes of down time waiting for the new phone set up. They made me feel at home and the sales reps really did relate to me and made my buying experience an easy one. If you are looking to switch the T-Mobile I would suggest this store. I hope Im not over selling it, they are just that good.

I was disappointed as I went in knowing I wanted a Galaxy Tab S4 specifically but they dont carry them in stock, only the cheaper models. They offered to ship me one, but Im traveling and wanted one now. They explained, only the larger, busier, stores keep those in stock. I couldnt believe they wouldnt even keep one. They didnt even bother with the display one. When I switched from Verizon, TMobile told me you can do anything at any store, unlike Verizon where many things have to be done at main stores and the others are all but useless. Starting to feel that way with T-Mobile.

I was in they had two employees and both working on one customer I was the only other customer. They did say hi and would be with me in a minute. Nothing happened another customer came in and they got the same service. Nothing l left

Make sure to review your account after you do an upgrade. They could add features or accessories telling you is free but is not.
