Everytime I go to buy what I need the young women there ignore me and last longer talking to the other customers, they take soo long that sometimes I have to just leave what I wanted to buy and go elsewhere. I have broken bones in my knees from being run over from my ex husband and torn ligaments in my ankles so I can only stand so long, I just want good service without the long wait, I dont think Ill be returning to buy anything.

Price for curtains for my kitchen would be to expensive. Not a big selection. And not that well made for the price. I thought they tear easily.

I received a Bed, Bath & Beyond sales flyer in the mail and noticed flannel sheets on sale, and so went to the Yuma, AZ store hoping to look at and buy a set. A sales persons said no, they did not have any flannel sheets in the store, but that I could order some. I said thats fine, but will I get this advertised sale price and will I have to pay shipping? Salesperson said I would have to pay the price stated online (more than sale flyer price) and pay shipping, but that I would be reimbursed afterwards. I said that sounds iffy, and would another salesperson do that for me? Oh yes, we do that all the time!Well the sheets arrived, and they looked fine so I washed them, and the seams started to come apart after one wash. I decided I would repair the sheets myself and keep them, but now really wanted to be reimbursed for shipping, and wanted the advertised sale price, as was promised to me. So went back to the store, and of course the person who I had talked to before wasnt there, and the young man who I spoke to said no, no and no, all those things the other salesperson told me were wrong, and I wouldnt get any reimbursements.So, I went home, gathered up the sheets and returned them. At first they were going to refuse to reimburse me for the shipping, and that started to make me angry, so the clerk called a manager and I did get all my money reimbursed, but it was a huge waste of my precious time.I tried to say to the clerk, that I thought everyone at the store needs to get on the same page, but she kept interrupting me saying thats not her job, and I should speak to a manager. Well, if I was her, I wouldve had the courtesy to at least let me finish my sentence. Oh, and the young man who I spoke to previously, needs to have an attitude adjustment, or he needs to get out of retail.Long story short, between the false advertising, and the abysmal customer service, I decided to never shop here again. I did find very nice flannel sheets elsewhere in town, and they cost less...

Well, I was not sure at first as to the quality, and quantity of the store but, well impressed with the layout and goods available. They do need check out signs on the registers though, bit confusion on store staff as to where to check out, ... Hint, not at the customer service desk...

The store is organized and clean but it has limited items. I would rather buy at a different store or online. Ive visited other bbb stores with full of display items where I bought things that I had not planned to buy. From my experience and the reason for four starts is their customer service. The employees are really helpful.

After unsuccessfully searching for a smaller size bath rug at several stores, I found what I needed at the Yuma Bed Bath & Beyond store. As pleased as I felt to find the right color & size bath rug, the checkout clerk granted my request to get a 20% discount without even having a coupon!! Score one for me!!

Somewhat overpriced but you can find what you need.

We were able to purchase a pizza pan with perforations in the bottom. Makes crispy crust. Easier to get out of oven than when pizza is placed directly on oven rack. Well stocked store.

They usually have what is needed at a fair price.

To hard to figure out how much stuff cost. I wish they would just put the prices on the items. I spent a good five minutes looking for a price for sheets never did and left.

They always have what I need and always make things work for me! I looked for an automatic or electric wine bottle opener as a last minute gift and they made it happen for me! Ill go here first next time.

I like BBB, I can always find what I am looking for. My peeve is that have items with no prices and that after I carried around a piece of yard art, I did not buy it because of the price. Had I know, i would have left it on the rack. Friendly staff

What I wanted once again was available ON LINE. No wonder brick and mortar stores are not doing so well. They all carry the same things and a lot of it is not available in the store. I spend money on gas to get there and energy to shop when I could have sat at home and ordered it ON LINE myself.

This is a good location. For Bed Bath & Beyond, it is one of the medium to average sized locations. The staff was very friendly though. I was able to locate the items I was looking for without much effort.

Bed bath & beyond is an amazing shop, there is great sales and deals, and overall is very organized. Theres also very nice people there. Jessica is muchly one of them.

I went there looking for a wedge pillow and cover and a utensil organizer organizer for a kitchen drawer. I found exactly what I wanted.

Heather was amazing . Today my fiance & I went to register for our wedding & all I can say is I am very impressed with how smooth she worked & organized she was . She answered every question I had & never made me feel rushed . I recommend anyone who is looking to register for a wedding to stop by & see Heather .

Small store limited selecting. Coffee syrup selection dismal. Asked to find cooking string dispenser she couldnt. Got the boss and showed him that the app said it wad in Stock and finally found it. PitifullyCame again this year and even though the website had five scissor sharpeners they have none. Again small store very limited selection. They will order but amazon is much quicker and cheaper
