Ive been coming here for years and usually get my plants here.Lowes is also a good place to get plants. Both stores have certain plants and building materials that differ from each other. I shop and both regularly.

We recently purchased a home here in Yuma. Gustavo in the paint department was so kind and helpful. He really went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we were doing. Then the cashier Jose also made us feel welcome. He was just as friendly. I really love this location. I will be shopping here again.

Came to buy some tools and “Dukes” the MET Supervisor here at the Home Depot in Yuma was so helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we found everything we needed & he’s very knowledgeable. There were plenty of shoppers, but he treated us like we were the only ones in the store, taking his time to help & hunt down products. He made sure we got the best deals and we really appreciate how friendly and professional he was! Great Customer Service! Thanks!

This is the Home Depot in our City. It would get 5 stars but I feel the customer service has gone downhill. I worked at home Depot in the early 2000’s and we were taught to be 100% customer service friendly and ask people for help and accompany people to get the item they were seeking. It seems that at this particular store employees will avoid customers and ifyou need help I’ve gotten the “I’m helping another customer” but they never offer for me to wait and they will help. The Store is maintained an I typically find what I’m looking for. It’s just the customer service that’s keeping this place from being great.

As busy as it was this morning I managed to get out within 20 mins

Jason, the manager of the store went above and beyond today. I purchased a refrigerator and the item was oversold. He found the item in different color and had it delivered within 2 hours of ne talking to him. This store is lucky to have such a manager with great customer skills

Its ok. But for more nicer home decor, I prefer Lowes.

Micheal Sanchez from flooring dept provided one of the best costumer service experiences I have ever had while at home depot. He made sure even 15 min to closing time that I received exactly what needed before I left home depot he did not compromise service and made sure I was well taken care of as customer in flooring. He moved moved many pallets to get what I needed without complaints and with enthusiasm. I am greatly appreciative of his service at home depot it was extremely helpful.

Home Depot is a great store, typically you can find a person to help you that has some knowledge in the project you are doing plumbing, electric, gardening, etc. BUT. not every time. That’s when google or customer service comes in handy. Although my rent experience was very good.

Feel there could be more of a variety on there decorative cabinet knobs. There is no crystal, glass or porcelain ones there. Also on some of the merchandise they are a little high on.

Getting flooring installed isnt easy with Home Depot. I bought flooring hoping my son would put it in a small bathroom. After a year I decided to have it installed. What a nightmare its been. And for alm9st $500 for a tiny bathroom and $190 worth of flooring, I hope it at least looks nice once its done.

They lost my online order but they made good on my purchases though.

I was on limited time and had no problem getting in and finding what I needed quickly. I usually use the home depot app while I shop in store so I know exactly where to find whatever it is Im looking for. Unlike other stores everything is always where the app says itll be. Got in line at self checkout but luckily the cashier in lumbar waved me over to checkout there as soon as she had nobody there.

I went in with an agenda and couldnt find anything.... VERY difficult to find help, as they were all busy with tasks given to them (where did the customer help go?!) Finally after walking around the whole store a couple of times I stopped someone... Just as I was speaking with him a guy on a forklift and a guy walking in front of the forklift asked me to move out of the forklifts way 😮... I told all three of them at the same time that I had been trying and TRYING to find help... The guy in front of the forklift actually interrupted me and asked if I could let them through... The guy that just started helping me told him how rude he was... (The guy did not care).… After I got some help... I realized that I couldnt find anything, because they didnt HAVE anything. And here I was only looking for closet/cabinet organization, shelf paper and a few cleaning supplies.Next time LOWES! Better supplies, Better help!

I go to home depot more than the grocery store. I love this place. Only one complaint and I know it is due at least in part to he pandemic- service socks. Its hard to find help, I hear they are on lunch break but almost impossivle.to get expert advise like a c I unless Yeats back.

Nice big store with clean restrooms. Parking lot is big too and I never had a problem with parking with a semi truck.

My mom asked me to write this review about her experience. She was there about 10 days ago and when she went to load her car there was a young man putting carts away by the name of Aaron that was very nice and helped her load her car. She was very impressed with with his positive attitude.

The store had so much merchandise on the ground. You couldnt get down most of the aisles, there were machine blocking other aisles, banners blocking aisle without anyone working in them. All of us as customers were trying to squeeze by one another just to shop. I do not recommend shopping here. And the store was extremely hot.

When I bought carpet for a room here the lady there at home depot gave the information to another person not me. I will not ever shop home depot ever again I should gotten the information not some guy not related to me.

Once again I have attended the big Box experience and once again an enormous disappointment. The store never has what you want And if they do have what you want you have to buy 50 of them. 3 of them. I write this about home depot. However recent experiences as well as past experience gives the same result to Lowes. I am always disappointed when I visit those 2 stores.

I like HD but dread going to this particular store when I know Ill be needing help from a floor associate. From my experience, there is never anyone helpful around; they are either helping five people ahead of me or non-existent. The only exception is the stores customer service dept. where employees are top notch. Overall, HD is a great place to find just about everything youd need, in store or online. And you cant beat their 90 day return/exchange policy and one year on some items.

It was an extremely busy morning and my husband and I needed help with a few large items. The assistance we received was greatly appreciated. The young lady that checked us out was very nice and explained things very clearly. A great big THANK-YOU to the home depot staff. Youre the greatest!

Not happy to shop there. Went to buy bolts and nuts. Shelves were purely stocked, hardware was mixed and it looked as though nothing had been done to clean the shelves. Not only was I struggling to find what I needed, another customer did as well along side me. Id recommend Lowes or Tractor Supply for hardware needs

They were blocking the aisles with the forklift two isles at a time to where you could not get to the lumber. The guy on the forklift had a bad attitude and took his time I would have been better off talking to the wall. I was ready to spend about $1,500 in the end I went to Lowes much cleaner nicer people bye-bye home Depot

They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The store is clean, neat, and the layout was well thought out.The prices are competitive with any other local or online hardware retailers. I found everything I was looking for. Its like Toys-я-Us, but for skillful adults!If they dont have what you need, Im sure they can special order it for you.

Horrible customer service! I went for a curbside pickup and waited for 1 hour. Then i was told to take my car to the loading section nobody was there . I went inside the store and saw that my items were just left on a cart. I just got them and load them myself. Boxes were heavy(patio furniture set) One employee was passing by and didnt offer help. Last time i will be shopping at Home Depot!

Normally have good experience at HD but had an associate that was not only inexperienced but had terrible customer service skills.

I always find what I need at Home Depot, but I didnt realize wood had become so expensive. A 4x8 board that is 3mm thick cost me almost $13 each. Any other board was prohibitively expensive.Whats up with that Home Depot? Im usually really pleased with everything I buy there.

They never answer the phone. So frustrating when using curbside pick-up. It takes them hours longer than Lowe’s for what I expected to be a ‘quick’ pick-up order (that’s only one item). Save your time and frustration by just going to Lowe’s instead.

Horrible, horrible customer service. We were there to buy a refrigerator, a big one for our home. The attendant at appliances was so rude. We waited and she was in the phone, not caring about a sales. At the same time was another couple and they’re err treated the same. She never gave us attention and told us that it might take a month for them to deliver these units. Never asked if we needed assistance. The other couple were surprised to be treated so bad. We all walked away. I ask for the manager at customer service and they told me his name is Rick, but he wasn’t available. I’m taking my business somewhere else.

It is Home Depot, need I say more?If I cant find it at Lowes we definitely go here. It is nice to have a second option in Yuma. Ive bought a lot of building supplies here over the years and we bought all our pool fence supplies at HD.

Sergio is the best! Needed help finding a specific light bulb. I had ordered online for curb side pick up. Then received an email cancelled. So called and found out they didn’t have light bulb. Then received a call from Gina they did have. So called back at 4:40p and N/A. Decided would stop by in morning and check on my own. Could not find so found Sergio and he went high and low to track down this case of light bulbs. He did and I was able to buy 2 cases! He cleared aisle for lift to get down. Thanks Sergio I would of hugged you if no covid. 🤩

Ordered online and picked up at the Big Orange Box just outside the front entrance. Took 3 tries to open but all was as I expected. Easy to get to just off of I-8 exit 1 Yuma, Arizona. As a retired fulltime traveler (snowbirds) this was an easy way to get packages.

Not much to say (which is good) meaning...thr staff was helpful, store was laid out well, floors clean, everybody wore masks. My only complaint was the self-check out. It was an awful little booth thing where you are jammed into a tiny pocket w/a pricing gun on the left...too awkward .no space even for someone left-handed..I ended dropping everything on the floor as there was no counter space. I understand what they are trying to do...good effort...but reality...fail! 😠

I just got a house so I have invested a lot of time into fixing things myself when I can because lets face it money gets tight. Friendly people most are very knowledgeable and willing to help. You can usually find what you need for everyday and even most specialty projects.

I have been there numerous times, only because I have gift cards I go back. The Isles are so full of junk there is a literal traffic jam of shopping carts trying to go through the store. After you navigate that catastrophic event, you have to checkout. To the new standard one checkstand with a person and the rest I have to check myself out ...i have never received a paycheck from homedepot .

Prices are fair. Good atmosphere during these times. Just a short drive from where I live at.

They have curbside pickup and are usually cheaper than other places, but their selection isnt as great as other home depots Ive been too in the past. Could use more stock options like other stores. This store seems to have good business too, always crowded.

As always, Home Depot customer service strikes again. I was walking around for 20 minutes looking for someone to direct me as to where I can find some flash tape for a liquid leveler I have to throw down on my home project, with no one in sight. If I got a glimpse at a rep, he would walk away. I finally found someone at the very back and finally got some help. Why does it have to be this way????

Employees very helpful, but the store no longer carried the one thing I went in to find. It seemed to be otherwise well stocked, but I didnt have a lot of time to spend there.

I prefer home depot over any other hardware store. Ive noticed that this home depot doesnt follow any safety regulations for the employees as for the customer. Items are always out of stock, hardly ever theres an employee on the floor that knows where to look for over stock.

I walked out of Lowes (it is closer) after terrible customer service (see my review of them). Home depot provides fantastic customer service every question I asked was answered in a helpful and even a bit cheerful manner. The cashier at self checkout was very friendly. Showed her my military ID and gave me the discount (Lowes told me i need to sign up for it online and come back). Overall a better experience. I always determine atar rating by averaging out each interaction with the employees and they were all top notch.

Today, I had a small return ($6.48,) to make on a purchase made in Dec. 2020. The cashier who processed my return couldnt have been any more rude if shed tried. This is not the typical attitude of their cashiers, so I can only assume she was having a bad day.

To be totally honest. My latest visit to Home depot was not for the purpose of shopping but instead it was for a job interview, which sadly I believe they chose another candidate for that position. Still and all for me 9 out of 10 visits to a Home depot had ALWAYS been a positive experience. Theres someone to assist me when needed. Its become my belief that all of their employees,take part in some type of rotation training. Because most of the team members have the knowledge to assist their customers in whatever department you happen to be shopping that day.

Hi, I bought a carpet for my bedroom and had to ordered it in person. They said it was going to arrive in store for pickup. A week passed and my order had arrived so I went over to home depot to pick up my item and waited for an hour to finally realized that they didnt have someone specialized or licensed to drive a forklift to get my item so they told me they were going to deliver it for free. They told me Monday. Well Monday came and never received a call from them nor my item. I am not happy with this service and I will get my lawyer to help me through this case.

Terrible service. I asked four different employees to have someone cut my wood and no one came. I finally had to complain to get anywhere with these people. No one is helpful, and no one seems to know where anything is located. I have a bad experience every time I come to this store, which is unfortunate because I love home depot. But I guess I am starting to rethink that opinion.

The woman who is assigned to hardware completely went above and beyond to help me figure out how to attach legs to a table ❤ she probably spent 20 minutes teaching me what to do🤗 oh and at the self check out area, the associate assigned there, must of cleaned and wipes down the ENTIRE area, machines scanners AND the Plexiglas like 3 times while i was there. And did i mention Plexiglas? Home Depot isnt messing around, even the self check out machines are isolated. Cleanest and safest looking buying in person area ive seen established since covid started. Just saying a 5 for service and a 5 for safety. This home depot gets a 10 🤓🤓🤓
