Very friendly, professional team. I was nervous due to never going but they did an excellent job. My car looked like new again, cleaned inside and out and the repair work restored back to factory condition.

Very happy with the service. I had never used a collision center in Pennsylvania so I was anxious about the experience. They did a wonderful job and I was informed from start to finish. I would definitely use them again if this type service is needed.

Tony was fantastic to deal with while my car was being repaired. Professional yet fun. I appreciated the updates via text and phone calls from Tony. The work done by the technicians is amazing. Pretty sure they are magicians not auto body repair technicians. I am pleased with their exceptional work. Nice woman at front desk is friendly and helpful. Having my door smashed was not on my list of things to do. Grateful York Collusion turned a negative situation into a positive. Bonus, my car was cleaned inside and out! I went into this knowing it still can be difficult to get parts because of Covid. Non issue, fortunately. I appreciate they were able to my baby back to me quicker than estimated. In addition, they made sure the paint protection film on the fender was replaced which I had forgotten needed to be done.

DO NOT take your car to York Collision.I took my car to them after heavy rains and they COMPLETELY ruined my car. They were suppose to replace the molding around my door, well they did replace it but attached it to the fender so now my passenger side door DOES NOT open. There was also a ticking noise in my air conditioner and they sent it to Apple Nissan (without my knowledge) who dont work on cars of my make and they screwed my car up even more.They held my car for 37 days and when my rental ran out, NO ONE would assist. For 7 days I had to pay for an Uber and they didnt care but was insist on getting the issuance deductable. Now my car is being repaired from the poor job they did and its costing $2,800.00.Jeff and Stephen have horrible customer service. As a customer you would think they would keep in contact with you to let you know whats going on, right? WRONG! I continuously called them and frequently NEVER got return calls. They were always unavailable and called back two days later after my first, second or third call.IM WARNING YOU, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO YORK COLLISION unless you have money to waste! Id buy a new car before taking my car there for service.

York Collision did a great job on my minivan! They kept me informed every step of the way either by phone or text. They worked very well with my insurance. They even finished ahead of the originally scheduled finish date despite saying they would need more time than they thought. And they cleaned the inside of my van! I would recommend them to anyone needing body work done to their car.

I am very happy with the work that was performed, the speed in which it was performed, and the customer service that was provided. I had an aftermarket part on my truck that they tried to fix because they couldn’t find it new anywhere...they told me about it before I saw the truck and then when I told them where I got it they immediately ordered the part. I told them I could put it on later, but they insisted they do it, because they wanted to make sure I was completely happy. And I am!!!

My Highlander was in for repairs caused by hitting a deer. They worked with my insurance company and rental car agency and my suv was repaired to my satisfaction. Even a day earlier. I was very happy with their professionalism and customer support. I would use them again.

Someone hit and ran my boyfriends car so he sent it off to York Collision center to get it fixed. He was told he would get it back at the end of that week. When that time came they called and said it wouldn’t be ready till Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and they call AGAIN to say it won’t be ready till Friday. They had his car for over a week. Clearly no consideration of their customers lives. No clear deadlines. Very unprofessional. Go anywhere else you can.

York Collision did a fantastic job on my vehicle following an accident. They were so professional. They contacted me within hours of the accident and got me in the next day for an estimate. In 3 business days the car was in their shop getting repaired. It looks great. Clean inside and out and the paint job is perfect. Thank you!!!! They said my car will be ready in 11 days but it only took them about 6-7 days! They even clean my car and it smells great! Quality work with poor customer service.

Very unprofessional, returned the car with defects, offered it to me unrepaired when asking what was occurring to my vehicle after no communication, and cut off communication after reporting defects and asking for call back. The manager Jeff knew about what my car was going through with regards to repair delays, information on changes, etc., but forgot to tell my claim representative, Tony, who was also very unprofessional and was the one who offered it to me unrepaired. No business has ever been more cumbersome to deal with even after reading good reviews. Moral of the story, don’t go here, there are much better places that get the work done right the first time, efficiently, and have drastically better customer service to make a customer satisfied with the repair of their investment.

They got the work done well, however the staff is very cold. When you walk in, there are multiple employees working but no one will even say hello or ask what you need? It took them almost two weeks to fix my broken window. But they worked with my insurance and got the job done, so thats what matters the most.

York Collision did a fabulous job on my 2010 Honda Pilot. It looked like new in the place that was fixed and the detailing inside the vehicle was super, considering all my junk inside. The inside also had a smell of newness and leather. They were professional and kept me updated. I felt proud once again to get in my car and drive it with the dings and scrapes gone.

I have been there twice. Once for my black SUV after somebody backed up on the passenger door. The repair and service were both perfect. The second time was for my brand new Rapid Red 2020 GT 500 after somebody inadvertently scratched the front panel above the passenger front wheel. York Collision center removed that scratch like nothing ever happened. Great service, great people, definitely a place you can trust.

York Collision Center did a very nice job after my car was involved in an accident. It was ready a day early and the staff there even returned my rental car back to Enterprise for me.

I had to take my 07 volvo v50 here because my car got rear-ended and needed a bumper cover and taillight. I custom painted the sides of my taillights myself and assumed Id have to redo the new one once installed. Not only did they paint the taillight for me, but it is absolutely indistinguishable from the passenger side one that I did. I did not expect them to take this extra step, but they did, and because of that, the early finish date, and incredible service, I look forward to using them again. Even though I live 30 mins away in Lancaster, I will still recommend them and go there again. Well done, fellas, and thanks for a great experience!

Were very professional, and kept me posted on the progress of the repairs. Since I was going to be out of town when the collision repair was to be completed, they held the car for me and when I returned, they had it washed and cleaned for pickup. Very satisfied with the repair and would recommend.

I stopped by to tighten the rear bumper of my car. I was out in less than 15 minutes. I asked how much it was ($) and they didnt charge me anything!! The staff (Nicole) was very friendly and attentive. Its good to know that this is a business that not only cares about profit, but about delivering amazing customer service!

Theyve always been extremely good very prompt this last time though Im not blaming them as much as I am the insurance company vertie that took them forever to apologize and give me the insurance you see they canceled me and I had to go through the insurance governors office to get them to get a hold of Verdi and make them fix the car well needless to say there was a little bit more work to be done above what needed to be done and it ended up being totaled so the accident I had was hit by a deer November 22nd they just totaled the car two days ago ridiculous Verdi total ridiculous I wouldnt take Verdi insurance if you gave it to me for free your collision center a number one

Honestly wish I could give 0 stars. This place will rip you off in a heart beat. Their estimate is visual only. They DO NOT even pull it into the garage to figure out what is really wrong. I had to fight like you wouldn’t believe for a simple alignment. Their “service center” is Beasley Ford. Stated they took my car there to have an alignment done. When I picked my car up, it was still driving to the right. Was able to get a 2nd opinion and go figure the alignment was more off than what it was before. My car required $700 more to fix it. Also when I picked it up the door was not adjusted correctly. They took 7 more days to fix it than what they had estimated. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else if you actually want your car fixed.

Awesome experience and service. I took four fender flares in to have them paint matched. I dropped off and they were done in a day and a half. I also had a rust spot that Ram wouldnt cover to fix. They got me in the next day to fix my driver side fender. They found the problem, fixed it, and painted. The job looks incredible. I also had a shadow in my paint from taking off the Hemi badge on the opposite side to put on the flares. All I did was mention it and they said give me a minute, completely took care of it!

Husband took his car to get fixed after he had been crashed into. Thought they did great work until a few days later the headlight that had been hit; that they “fixed” was no longer working. He went in the shop to let them know so they could fix wherever they went wrong and they told him they would not. Do not go here.

My car took over a month to complete. I had to call every few days to get an update as being without a car you must make arrangements. 7,000k of only exterior damage and an alignment. I finally get it back and now have to get the paint fixed somewhere else. (Live almost 2 hours away) As Im updating over a year later this is my 3rd time using my warranty to fix the paint that York collision center did. Unbelievable

Had front end damage that was originally quoted for a weeks worth of work, they had issues getting OEM parts which extended the time to close to two weeks. When I picked my car up the bottom plastic tray under the engine was improperly installed and fell off the car on the way home. I called immediately to inform them of the issue which I was told to bring the car back in the next business day for them to look at and was given a date to bring it back in for them to fix. I was told they had ordered the new panel and bring the car in. I picked the car up and due to a time constraint I couldnt look to see if the panel was fixed, as it turns out it wasnt fixed or replaced, its still under the car, and still broken.I will say they did a great job matching the paint and blending it but they massacred the clear coat is really fully of swirls.

Avoid at all costs. Geico uses them as a repair shot and if geico was smart they would get out, makes them look bad. Stated your alignment from a accident can not be moved unless your hit directly in the tire, which as any person should know is false. 7 days to fix the car turned into 14, always had a excuse. Finally picked it up and its still not driving right. They made a estimate without even taking the car into the garage. Hoping geico wont make us take it back here to figure out the real problems but more than likely will. Maybe this time they will do their job

Are you looking for prompt service? Would you like your car back when it was promised? Are you looking for a company that communicates with you during the repair process?Then dont take your car to York Collision Center. They are not very good at any of these things.

Quality of work is good, staff is not outstanding but is generally friendly, and they are very slow and arent great with communicating. They failed to meet their self-set deadlines four times. They had some acceptable excuses, but they still didnt communicate it all well with me. Dont go here unless youre fine with the job taking a long time and you have a deductible with insurance, because its very expensive, too.

My wife got her 2012 chevy sonic back today their was a bolt in our tire cars all scratched too hell. body work looks good however our car wasnt taken care of the way i feel it should have been

Not a helpful place at all. After my car Was hit and could barely be driven I Was sent to them by insurance company. I get there and told them I was from out of town and asked if I could get an estimate on my damage and have my car repaired I was told the estimate could not be done for 5 days they were booked up. I again asked could it not be done today I have a 3 1/2 hour ride and I dont think it can be driven I will leave it to be repaired was told no again come back I 5 days.If I could give less than 1 star I would.
