This is unlike any other storage facility Ive ever been to...I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Value Store It! These guys have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family every single time weve had an interaction.If you need storage space, and you need personal service like I do, then ignore the neighborhood and go see these folks. Value store it, is awesome, we had a very bad experience at the first storage facility. We decided to cancel that one and go to value store it, we showed up and the manager promptly came out and escorted us to the different available units. The place was very clean and neat, we decided on a unit and were allowed to start filling it while the paperwork was getting done. We used a service elevator that the truck was able to drive up to, and got everything done, and the manager was so nice through the whole process because we got lost a couple times as its a big building. He kept redirecting us and was very pleasant about it. Im exceptionally happy with the whole process. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Strongly recommend value Store it self storage in Worcester, Mass. Was granted by Eric who was very knowledgeable and polite upon my arrival....I was surprised by how patient and understanding he was due to my loving friends daughter who happen to be a bit cranky and tired. He was very resourceful about helping me with discounts storage and moving products....highly recommend for cheap and clean storage with convenient parking...thanks again Eric you were no B.S amazing 👍

Very fair and excellently run business. Worked with our crazy, unorthodox schedule through a certainly unprecedented time and made storing and retrieving our items much easier. Graciously gave us a complimentary lock because we lost ours. Very kind and understanding people. Would certainly recommend these guys if you need a storage unit.

Very welcoming business, and also located in an easily accessible area in downtown Worcester. Currently no climate controlled spaces, but they have been very accommodating in their services and are doing a lot of renovations. Overall great experience.

Cheap storage units that do not go up in price after a promotional period... it would be better if their employees showed up on time the open at 8 a.m. like theyre supposed to though thats the reason why they dont get 5 stars Plus a moth problem

The should-be simple process of renting a storage space took up a good 30 minutes of my time. They charge you an administrative fee for more or less forcing you to sit there and listen to an infomercial-style sales pitch even after youve decided on the unit. Personally, Id prefer to pay an administrative fee for express service.

I wanted to take the time to explain what an amazing experience it was dealing with the 2 agents working today at store 6258. They were kind and patient and friendly. I have had a very rough few days but the were able to make me laugh and smile..very personable...it was actually therapeutic..they really lit up my day.Their names are Keshena Graham and Lilly DAmbrosio. They should be recognized for their attitudes and delightful personalities...Charles K Williamson

The check-in process was great and the storage space seems that it will work well. My only concern was in having to make a second run to drop items off, all of the dollies were being used and the location was closing promptly at 8 PM. So in returning the next morning instead, the location did not open until 8:30 (versus 8:00) which cut close my need to drive to the airport for a flight.

Ive been using them for about 6 months now and every time I walk in there Im greeted by this really friendly big guy. Hes always made things easy for me and answered all my questions in relation to my storage unit. Plus hes pretty funny. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Completely Opposite of so called competitors. Here, they seem to have an understanding of the needs one has. When they say theyll work their best, they do just that. At the end of the day, everyones happy.

Staff is great! But it still could use another elevator. When I moved in the network was down but Sean kept calling IT and trying different things til I could my lease and unload. The huge old freight elevator is a bottleneck, but the staff will bring it back down and make sure everyone can use it.

I have been using Secured Self Storage for 5 years. The people there are always very pleasant. The building is very strong and I do not have to worry about storm damage. They also deliver records if I cannot get there. The location in downtown Worcester is very convenient to my lawyer and accountant.

Ive been storing there for a few months now and every time I come in there they always great me like theyre so happy to see me. Also this gentleman Sean is always extremely helpful

Older building that has been cleaned up and storage units are solid and large. Dont let the building fool you, inside everything is neat and orderly. They quick clean out units that are unpaid and leave no trash or mess behind like other storage facilities.

Absolutely Terrible service, We were told at renting the unit the elevator closed at 8pm. The guy working there by the name of Angel closed the elevator before 8pm and refused to let us put our belongings in the storage or to even place a lock on the storage. We explained that we had a house fire and we had absolutely no where to put our things and the storage was a last option. This guy was so rude to us and had no care at all about helping us. At one point he asked us if we were done talking yet so he could leave. and then he just walked off to his car and left us standing out side. we asked for a managers phone number and he refused and acted as if we call the manager on him it would not have any affect what so ever. I will never deal with this company again. Be aware of who is working for you.

The manager, Sean Whitehurst, went above and beyond to help me during a stressful period in my life. I had recently lost my home and had nowhere to store any of my possessions. He stayed around to help me during my first time here, even though it was about 10 minutes after his shift had ended and the facility was closed. He talked me through the storage process and operated the lift with me. He also offered some extremely kind words of support when I told him what I was going through. Sean is the rare kind of individual that shows true compassion to complete strangers. A+ service, and I wish him the best.

I am helping my brother move into his cube, and i want to move my unit and his unit together and Sean Whitehurst was so helpful. You can tell he cares about helping people in need. He told us about the facility and how long its been here.. So it seems to me he cares about the facility as well. I will be refering friends because of his service

Small, no frills storage unit. But none of the attitude I got at the other storage places.

I recently had ah HELLish day and checked into Cubesmart WAY later than I wanted to and I just wanted to say that Tye was absolutely AMAZING!! She went above and beyond what was required of her and she was extremely sympathetic to what I was going through and what I needed to do. Not a whole lot of people in customer service like that anymore. She is truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you Tye for making a horrible day a lil bit better.

I like the storage but they do to much illegal stuff when ever they want for me thats no no at the moment theyr not a good stoarge till they stop the illegal movement i like the costumer servicethey charge me 2 times rent fees in one month and thats unaceptable ive been a costumer there for a while and never got charge 2 times rent in one month im going to bring this matter to get attention and with proof.
