Great customer service very helpful. Showed us the unit and did everything quick. We was satisfied with everything. It was nice and clean and the elevators was working and clean thats great. I also like the way we can drive in thru the back side and start loading up and the elevators are right there and we can stay parked right there. Great set up!

Quick online reservations. When I got there they took care of the paperwork in a timely manner. And the price is the best I found in Worcester. The elevator was broken but theyre working on fixing it. If the elevator was working it would be 5 stars. Lol

Sam was wonderful and so helpful with the process of moving my things into a storage unit. Sam helped me navigate finding a unit that I could easily access and fit all of my belongings into. He also made sure I was paying the right rate for me.

Elevator to access my unit on 2nd floor has been unoperational for several months. No notice to me as a unit renter. Only found out each time I came to move items. Had to move items up/down stairwells. Lack of proactive communication and no reduction in fees during this limited and inconvenient time has been very disappointing.

The unit was clean and secure, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the process was easy. I would definitely use CubeSmart in the future.

Employees need to be taken better care of all ways litter around property and maintenance needs to keep up with doors & elevators and anything else needed. You call corporate and they dont even care they just try to send you away when not recommend this place if I can get one and a half Stars I would

Worst experience every.First Interaction - Move In Day.The only employee working that day was several hours late to work and I was forced to wait to sign my contract.Second Interaction - The FloodMy stuff was flooded in your climate controlled facility. The manager knew my unit was wet and didnt contact me. I found the damage after hours and your company failed to send anyone to help per your own policies. Your district manager in Pennsylvania told me to go buy a tarp and come back tomorrow. I had to end a vacation early to come back and deal with this issue. I moved units within the facility and was credited for half a month (45 bucks).Third Interaction - The Flood Pt. 2I requested repair documentation related to the previous flood after noting water on the floor near my new unit. I wasnt contacted for this instance either. After contacting the new district manager and asking for some form of support, she gave me 30 days free and then I had to move.This facility should be avoided at all costs.

The storage sucks because I’m unable to get in my storage and the elevator was broken for days. No emergency stairs for me to get in. Wasted my $. Do not use this place if you want to have a storage on the second or third floor.

I went to the storage today. This is my few times I stopped by and the elevator is still broken for days! Wasted my $ and time for nothing. I couldn’t use the emergency stairs because the time is very limited with the assistance.

I was truly overwhelm with finding a storage . I needed to get one immediately as I was moving out that day. I spoke to Patrick and he realized I was overwhelmed and he took his time with me. He explained everything and help me get my things into storage. I could not ask for a better place to store my things and Patrick was an awesome employee and person. Kind, humble and easy to understand. I am also a Hard of hearing person and he understood this. Thank you Patrick and Cube Smart Self storage.However now that prices are continuing to go up every few months. I am going to have to remove my things from storage. Not very fond of prices just going up just because.

The unit is becoming too expensive a d the staff is impossible to reach.

My experience was quick and I loved it. It is just one thing I got a notification that my online account was already activated . I tried the account and it was not activated .In order to activate the account I need an account number and no where on the paperwork I could find an account number in order to set up my online account.

The staff was so so nice! I never leave reviews, but this store really deserved it. Getting a unit was easy and affordable, way better compared to spending 5X the money on having your dorm items picked up by a service.

Contents we stored in this facility had extensive water damage. We were never informed of a moisture problem by management at the site.. It is outrageous thst we were paying for climate controlled storage by a firm that cant even prevent water entry to storafe units on the second floor.

I really enjoy this location. I have rented from here twice no issues. The last time I rented I felt like I could have used a bigger space. I went with what was recommended. Only issue I have is that the door to get into the actual storage facility seems to always be broken and I wish they would have went up a size in the rental unit, all my things did not fit but I overall love this place. Workers are kind, storage is climate controlled and its overall nice.

ZERO STAR - I went to this place to ask information about the storage and this woman, Marie Acevedo - the General Manager - was so rude and made me feel that I was asking her a favor to rent a unit there! Horrible customer services!

The Staff at the 345 Shrewsbury Street, Worcester, MA storage facility were very accommodating and efficient. The faculty itself looks brand new, has easy access and is exceptionally clean.I did experience an issue with my reservation (double booked), but the CubeSmart team is working hard to resolve the issue ASAP.With the exception of the double unit booking error, it has been a great experience so far.Michael

This is the second CubeSmart facility I have used. I used one for my job in NY and recently move to MA and wanted to stick with this company as I had a good experience. I am a pharmaceutical sales rep and need a unit for materials relating to my work. CubeSmart is secure and the staff signs for my shipments and places the items in my cube for my convenience (They have a copy of my key in the office and I signed a form authorizing their entry into my unit). Manager Howie made it easy to find a unit and lease that worked for me and my budget. The brand new facility is clean, secure, and easy to use. I especially love the enclosed parking area (requiring my key code to enter). This way, I can transport my items easily from my car to my unit without having to worry about the elements outside. All of these conveniences and a friendly staff for a reasonable price. I’m very pleased with this CubeSmart location and the company as a whole.

I’ve never used a storage facility before and I was surprised how easy it was to use and the staff was very helpful

This place was good when it was fully staffed and fully functional. But now....Doors are broken for months at a time while they file a claim. Customers dont care who broke the door or when you are being reimbursed.....we just want the level of convenience we paid for. Also, being understaffed directly impacts level of service and cleanliness of the facility....both of which Ive witnessed deteriorating over the past year. I understand the desire for ROI from this place from an owners POV but the high turnover of units only adds more stress to the already dysfunctional system.

Was exploring what CubeSmart had for space as I had ran out and needed more at my Uhaul unit. After a quick walk through of the price points and facility I was sold! I moved my entire 8x12x6 unit the next day. The access, large entry way, load in/ load out garage, and price point made it a no brained! And it’s super clean!!

My experience was amazing!! The manager there was very pleasant and even accommodated moving my unit per my request. She was very informative and patient although she was the only person in the store that day and it was busy. The units are clean and easily accessible.

*Shrewsbury St.* The overhead doors to get in and out of the loading area are constantly broken. If the entrance door is working then the exit door wont work and vice versa. I think in the time Ive been there both doors have only ever worked at the same time for maybe a week. Also half the time I go there the elevator doesnt work; theres constantly an issue with the door closing properly. The climate control is also inconsistent. Sometimes its very hot and other times its kind of cool but its never the same temperature for more than a couple days in a row. I honestly dont know whats going on there. They went up on the price has recently but still nothing gets fixed.

Kevin was insanely helpful, I went in on my lunch break and we were able to pick out a unit, get the keys in my hand and have me walking out the door with enough time to stop and get something to eat before going back to work. 10/10 would reccomend cubesmart, 12/10 would reccomend kevin.
