From start to finish this was a top notch outfit. Elyssa was extremely helpful with the appointment. There was a 5 guy crew that moved a 700 pound hot tub for me. It was not an easy job but you could tell from the start they knew what they were doing. If you are looking to get things moved safely and efficiently look no further.

Fresh start did an incredible job on a complicated 3 part move which involved moving delicate, fragile furniture out of my house to two storage units. Items had to be sorted and carefully fit into both units. The crew of David, Bryan, Patrick & Christian were extremely patient, polite and careful with the moving and sorting. Many heavy boxes needed to be stored in a third floor attic and placed in organized rows. The crew did an incredible job and we are very satisfied and would give a strong recommendation. I would also mention that the booking, confirmation and payment was handled accurately and efficiently by Elyssa. Great job by all !

The entire process with Fresh Start was easy and smooth from the beginning. Elyssa set me up with a quote and took care of the booking which was simple. Mike F and his crew of Marcus R and Edwin M arrived on time and were professional and fast. My three flights of stairs were no problem for them and they took away the furniture I didnt want without hesitation (make sure you include clutter capture in your quote, its great). The guys packed my U-Haul rental for me and when I arrived, everything was neat and in perfect condition, you couldnt tell I drove from Worcester to New Jersey over our awful highways. They even suggested ways to load things better so they wouldnt be harmed. I highly recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation! Fresh Start is a stellar company from start to finish. Owner James willingly came out to my house in Worcester to start my quote, and then Kristen took it all from there. Elyssa was also very helpful when called upon, too. On move day, Mike, Christian, and Christian were punctual and thorough with the entire moving process. They always did their job with a smile and laughter, which made the day run very smoothly. They even moved additional items for me that weren’t on my original list. We used Fresh Start this past weekend to move my girlfriends items into my condo and to bring other items to a storage unit. We moved from a house into a storage unit until our new place is done. These guys worked so hard and it was hot and humid. Never a complaint. They were fast but careful and thorough. I cant say enough about the Fresh Start moving crew that helped me move They arrived on time and worked tirelessly and efficiently all day. Im a senior and they showed me the upmost respect. Even when I tried to carry a box downstairs, I lived on the 3rd floor, they would take it and say let me do that for you. After accepting the quote online, I never heard from anyone. 24 hours before the scheduled move, I had to contact the office and make sure everything was all set and I was actually scheduled. The crew worked so hard to fit our things into a too small truck. They were amazing.EDIT: they only provided us with labor to move into the truck. That includes wrapping and disassembly. They made ZERO effort to keep the hardware for our furniture with the pieces or make the hardware accessible. Most of the pins and screws for our furniture ended up loose and on the floor of our moving truck. Some pieces were lost forever.

Nico and his crew were excellent, easy to communicate with, professional, fast, helpful, and overall a delight to work with. They moved our whole house quickly without damaging anything all for a very fair price. This is the second time Ive used this company to move and both were excellent experiences.

We had a short 3 mile move but a lot of stuff. David was reassuring and extremely professional and made a great supervisor. Bryan was the Tetris master who was fantastic at packing boxes into the truck and visualizing getting stuff through doors and whatnot! We received a post card in the mail from Fresh Start Moving when we listed our house for sale. I kept it aside because I already had another mover in mind. As the closing time was getting closer I decided to contact them for a quote, even though I had a quote from the other company, who I had used years ago. From the get go, they were very polite and informative. Because of Covid we did a virtual walk through of our home with the estimator. I received the quote and it was lower than I expected. I checked out their reviews and I liked what I saw. The crew, led by Rainell arrived on time and did a walk through of our home . They were very respectful of our home and the furniture. The hardwood floors were covered, furniture was wrapped and carefully put on the truck. When we got to the new home, they did the same thing....walked through the house and showed the same respect for the new home. What impressed us was that the crew was intentionally careful with our belongings. The crew, Caleb, Tyler, Nate, Emanuel and Jake were fun to have around. They enjoyed the work, and they all got along and worked well with each other. We loved watching the interactions among them. They were funny and they all got along. I would highly recommend this company. They are far better than any company we have used in the past.

The process from beginning to end was very easy and took away all the stress that an August 31st move in the city usually has. Sean and Conor were very friendly, helpful and courteous. They handled our things with great care and asked questions if needed for any clarification. The only feedback is for the estimate; we ended up paying a bit more than what was quoted despite going through what I thought was a thorough tally of the items to move. To be fair, the actual amount was appropriate to the time spent (just a lot more time than what was originally planned for, in part due to a lot of rain). All in all, great company and I would definitely recommend them!

I used their service for moving within the city. The crew were well behaved and helpful. But unfortunately they were very slow with the move. It took them 9 hours to finish the move that was only one block away. I was expecting 5 hours maximum as estimated.

Ive worked with Fresh Start - The Moving Crew on two occasions: Once, to move out my home after I sold it into a storage unit, and then to move the contents of the storage unit into a moving truck (to move myself to Canada). Both times the crew was professional, attentive to detail, and courteous. I also am very impressed with James, the owner/manager. He particularly goes above and beyond. The crew led by Tom was friendly responsive helpful the whole way through.They systematically moved all my items like a well oiled machine from start to finish. And one real important thing Tom and fresh start movers understands the real estate process meaning timelines can change. They will adapt on the fly to any situation.

I cannot recommend Fresh Start Moving Company enough!! Kristen was incredibly helpful getting the move scheduled and running me through the process of how the day would look. The move with Ron and Gene went quick and efficiently despite it being a less than ideal 93 degree day. Unfortunately, there was a a little scratch on my apartment floor but James the owner was incredibly responsive and took the time to come by and fix the floor and deal with my awful landlord prior to my lease ending so I would not have to stress any longer. If you are looking to move you should definitely call Fresh Start!! The most affordable price for the best service around!

Fresh Start was really amazing for us. Their crew showed up, worked their tales up and even had a little fun. Five young guys with strong backs and great attitudes. They did everything we asked and Id hire them again in a heartbeat.

I am so so so glad that we hired Fresh Start for our move! I had a great experience over the phone with the moving coordinator (Kristen) and crew (Will, Angel, and David) were incredibly professional and hard-working. They had their work cut out for them! They moved us out of a third floor walk up apartment on a very hot day, and we have a LOT of furniture. On top of that, our move was scheduled in the middle of a global pandemic, so these guys did all this while wearing masks and following social distancing protocols! Even with the stairs and the heat, the crew was unbelievably efficient and treated all our belongings with care and consideration. They got the entire job done in time to match the quote we were given, which was affordable and well-worth the money. I will absolutely be hiring Fresh Start for my next move!

What a great move!! Never would have expected the process to go as well as it did. We required a two day move to two different locations. I cannot overstate how great our experience with Fresh Start was. The owner came out for an in-person quote. The office staff was super easy to work with, and all of our scheduling needs were accommodated. We were incredibly impressed with the care and attention that they paid to our possessions. Nothing was damaged or broken, and we had some really challenging items. More than that, they were pleasant, responsive, and asked lots of questions to ensure that everything was exactly how and where we wanted it. Rainell was our crew leader, and he, Tyler, John, Jake, Mike, David, and Dio did an amazing job. Price wise, their quote was the lowest we received and our total price was within the original quote. In the middle of November I received a flyer in the mail from Fresh Start Movers, filled out the online form, and received a quote pretty quickly. I did the same thing with some other moving companies and ended up booking another local company. 3 days before my move on December 18th, I called that moving company to obtain their Certificate of Insurance (COI), as my destination address requires one. I then learned that they do not carry insurance! My stomach turned. How had I backed myself into this corner?? So I called Fresh Start, hoping they could find space in their schedule. By some miracle, they had a cancellation on the day of my move because of the huge snow storm approaching New England. Elyssa was the original person who helped me, and Holly was the one to book my move the second time. Both were professional and awesome. The day came, and David and Jake showed up right on time, ready to work, and had me on my way. They did an excellent job, and I cannot say enough nice things about these four people as well as this company. I will always use this moving company. They were courteous, kind, on-time, professional. Complete white-glove service.I bought a new refrigerator at Home Depot. He was able to fit me in same day, and remove the old refrigerator as well. Choose these guys you wont regret it.

Fresh Start moved us from Worcester ma. to Wilmington nc in the middle of a snow storm. They were prompt, polite, and professional. We lived in a 3 story Victorian and they did a great job with our things, including my husbands motorcycle. Moving is stressful especially out of state. They reduced that stress by following through with every task in a timely manner. We arrived at our new home in Wimington 15 minutes early. They were there withen 5 minutes of our arrival. Super job guys.

David and Christian moved myself and three other roommates from a 3 bedroom in one part of Boston to a 4 bedroom in another part of the city. They did it in under the quoted time and price. Both movers handled everything with care and purpose, communicated effectively with us and with each other, and even added in extra boxes at the end since they had some extra space in the truck. We moved the weekend of September 1st, typically a very stressful time, but the moving itself was the least of our worries thanks to Fresh Start. Despite the distance from the Worcester office to Boston, it was still significantly cheaper to use Fresh Start than any other quote I got from movers with offices in the Boston area. Would highly recommend, and would definitely use their services again.

Amazing start to finish. Had to get new movers within 24 hours because the original ones we hired lied to us flat out! Called Monday and by Tuesday at 9:00 AM they were loading us up which was exactly when they said would be there. Moved us from Worcester to Florida and got to Florida to my door at 1:00 on the dot to unload which is when they said they would. Amazing! I paid forIt but it absolutely blew me away. These are the folks to use and this company has amazing people!
