My S7 just shut down mid-call and wouldnt turn on. I went to 5+ stores including uBreakiFix, and they either told me its a lost cause or a battery issue. I got the battery replaced, but the phone still didnt turn on. Finally, I called Fast Fix, and they said they would look at it and actually diagnose the problem. They found that it was a problem with the motherboard. I imagine that the problem was highly technical, so I was very happy when they called to tell me my phone was fixed. I was able to recover all my contacts and my photos at an extremely affordable price. I would highly recommend Fast Fix for anyone whose phone needs work. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

I tripped on my evening jog and smashed the screen of my iPhone11Pro. When I got home, I called Fast Fix to schedule a repair and the owner asked if I wanted to swing by right away. Within 10 minutes of my arrival, the phone was good as new! He even stayed late to do the repair on a Saturday. I cannot recommend Fast Fix highly enough. Great service, reasonable prices, and extraordinarily responsive.

Customer service was excellent at Fast Fix in Worcester. Eliana was very helpful to me, she made me very comfortable with an uncomfortable situation. I did not realize the android glass was more expensive and complex to change out on the Samsung S20. She explained it to me in such a nice way. They ordered the glass for me and installed it without any problem. I dropped it off at 1:30 and they said to come back at 4. It is perfectly fine. Thank you Fast Fix. Sept 2021

They even made my iphone home button stop vibrating- it was just a loose screw, but he still took the time to notice it and fix it after my phone turned on! Theyre great!

Went to 911 IPhone repair in auburn and they charged me $179 to change my screen and it never even worked properly from day one.
