I came to this store after being disappointed somewhere else I wont mention the other store but when I came into this store I instantly felt welcome first of all let me just say they have nice beautiful stuff that you can see if u driving by or walking. that was the main reason why u came inside to check them out I ended up with a whole new couch set and a bedroom set for my daughter.

Please beware of this family owned company. This is not a franchise nor do they have a corporate office. Be careful in your dealings with them. The owner of this store is one of the rudest people with no customer service etiquette. They are running a fishy business and constantly lying to customers . You are better off elsewhere!!!! It took them 1 month and going to the store in person 3 times for me to get a copy of paperwork. Do yourself a favor, go where the business is actually legitimate and it is professional.

Once a happy long time customer to NEVER RETURN. Purchased a cabinet that had some sticky residue that I almost had to blow torch off. I ended up having to use a very strong and flammable solvent called Goof Off and a lot of elbow grease. Called and complained to the manager and was told they would come and inspect and replace if need be, and that they know me as a customer and will take care of me. Never heard back after I called twice and was told by a rep that someone would come to inspect when they returned from their deliveries. Supposed to be in a box and was not upon arrival. Glass has several scratches and paint on the wood, along with the glass shelves. These people will never get my business again. They have nice furniture, but the customer service is less than desirable and I will tell everyone I know do not go there. I am super disgusted. If you say you are going to do something, follow through and STOP LYING!!!

Didnt really have much expectations about going to a furniture store but they sure showed great customer service and there motivation to sell is what made me want to buy something from them. Glenda was a great sells rep. She explains in great detail what you are about to get yourself into and the dos and donts about making sure you pay on time. I was left with no questions towards the end because she made sure to explain everything perfectly.

Found a really nice loveseat at a reasonable price. They even lowered the price about $25, which felt like a win. Accent pillows included at no additional cost. Decent selection and small helpful staff. Im pretty sure its family owned and operated.

I’m not happy with this place. All they do is lie. The manager has lied to me many times. The quality of the bed was different then the one I wanted when I bought . They also didn’t change it When I called to them, they lied.

I had a wonderful experience at their Woodbridge location. The owner’s son was very professional, friendly and customer oriented. I ended up getting a very good deal, delivered, professionally installed and laid-out . I will highly recommend this establishment and wishing them all the best in their endeavors. I bought a kingsize extra firm mattress for my room in sept.2020. It has a 10 years warrenty. Within few months, it start sinking. I went 2-3 weeks ago at the store. Talk to a lady at the counter, she said, some one will visit and check this issue. No one came on the promised day/ time.They are not honoring their warrnty. Will not go back to this place. Waisted my money.

I bought a bedroom set for my mom for mothers day. Big mistake! worst gift I have given mom. The bed frame broke within a couple days of having!Called and spoke with manager to see what he could do told me he could not do more than to order a new piece. Told me would call me back when piece arrived never did. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Even if you have to pay a couple dollars more go to a well trusted furniture place like I have in the past. Not Even one star worth!! 👎🏽

Worst place ever. You purchase your furniture, promised 4x on a delivery date. 2 out of three came LATE, THE 3rd we were told AFTER our purchase was coming 7mths later. Nope. We canceled that . They are working on a solution, but very disappointed in this company.

I bought a bed 6 months ago from this store and the manager lied to me many times the bed that they gave me was broken and the delivery guys damaged my wall and my stairs but they didn’t fix it after I let them know for 6 months and they still did not solve my problem . I don’t recommend buying a anything from this .

I bought a coffee table which was my biggest mistake it started scratching in less than a month very low quality staff they sell for big prices the 10$ IKEA coffee table was much better than the one I bought for 250$ from furniture for less store. Never trust them

My mom had just moved here from the west coast and needed to furnish her entire apartment. We stumbled upon this place and took a look. Their prices were outstanding and we chose the delivery option for $99. They delivered the very next day and even assembled everything!!! From dining room furniture, living and bedroom all in about an hour. They hauled off all the trash and even asked if we needed them to take trash down they didnt bring! Everything came in great condition and they really made moving easy. So thankful we found this place. Awesome prices,awesome furniture, and awesome customer service!

I came in this store just to look around and ended up leave with a whole new living room set, the staff are nice they didnt push me to buy instead they were helping me decide which set would look better in my place. They dont follow you around like other stores. They work with you as far as pricings definitely will be going back for some other stuff 🙂

They will be nice to you upfront. But it is all a scam. Thier furniture it cheap for a reason. They sold me a moldy mattress and the bedframe i bought from them which they set up did not have any feet on the supports so it was sagging and bent....i discovered upon moving. It is cheap for a reason, it will not last and you will spend more money to get replacements. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable place that sells quality furniture that will last you.

Grab it while it is still there. The managers worked with us to get us the best mattress for the best price. We are sleeping beautifully.

I was sold a used mattress (was told it was new) and discovered black mold inside it. They refuse to cover their product. Needless to say I am taking legal action.
