Horrible customer service and policy. The store manager made his own rule. They know very well how to cheat people. Charged me additional price after placing the order then neither deliver the product nor refunded the money. Asked for 30% of price which was not delivered. Never buy from this store. Better products are available in many furniture stores in this area with lower price. This is a worst possible store I have ever visited.Terrible place.
Dont buy from these guys. They will run the transaction take your money and forget about the furniture order, they dont care once they have your money. Worst store to shop from. Worst customer service, dont stop by thinking you will save some money this is not a place you want to shop for your furniture. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Had a great experience instore with staff helped me everything I needed.. Had to pay delivery because they told me I was not allowed to pick up at the warehouse, okay no problem.. Delivery scheduled for the today and furniture was not even placed where I wanted in my house.. Witout effort the delivery team said they only had a 10 minute window and they can tell my furniture would not go up the stairs.. They told me if I wanted taken up the stairs, to hire professional movers and they could do it for me.. At that point I told them to leave it where was.. Terrible way to finish the experience..
Decent spot and the quality of the furniture is ok. I feel the price are marked high then slashed to make you think theyve given you this massive discount...BS. Dont bother to finance with them because who they use is Synchrony Bank and their rate is 29%...duh with a 850 credit score. The financing would have been for 18 month 0% financing if paid off in 18 months which was no problem. I initially purchased the furniture and then canceled the order because I decided it wasnt worth the cost. And last thing, they continue to follow you around which I dont like. If I need you I will ask for assistance.
I will NEVER EVER shop at Regency Furniture and Marlo Furniture. The salespeople run something akin to a crooked scheme. They never ever tell you when your furniture will be delivered until after you have singed (and they do require that you sign before they tell). They tell you that the delivery date is known only after you have signed. If you ask for an estimateD date of delivery, they will tell you something like “……no later than next week….”.Once you have signed, you will find out that they cannot deliver until several weeks out, a statement that will continue to be repeated. In the instance with Marlo Furniture, most of the 4 complete bedroom sets I purchased on Saturday, March 20, 2021 has still not been delivered. And they constantly tell me the remaining items will be delivered in the next 12 weeks or more.And the worst thing is that they will never give you a refund. You are stuck with Regency Furniture and Marlo Furniture once you buy something from them. NO REFUND EVER. Only “store credit”.

Customer service was not very respectful. i was treated as if they were doing me a favor by selling me something. i know commission work can be a pain, but you’re going to get anything by being rude.
This is by far the most incompetent people I’ve ever seen in my life. They can not be trusted, they don’t respect even if you are giving them the respect, they talk to customers anyhow and do not fulfilled their delivery date promise. I have regretted doing business with them and do not recommend them to anyone. For the experience I had with the Woodbridge store, if there’s any rating besides zero, that is what they deserve ( negative rating number).

We recently went and ordered some furniture which will most likely take 16 weeks. One of the items we bought only because they had it in stock and could get it to us within a few days. This was done but when I showed to pick up the beautiful ivory color suede sofa, it had black stains all over it. I incurred rental teuck exoense and food for 2 helpers. Of course I refused it and because we needes something to sit on we got another sofa elsewhere. I called to cancel even though I am not blaming them but they refuse and are giving me the runaround unless I agree to pay 10% for something they didnt give me in a brand new status. Seems like you have to think of every possible scenario and have it typed on the contract and hopefully then they will work with you. I am still waiting for a call back with a resolution. I just hope and pray the rest of the furniture comes timely and not damaged. They are delivering that and I am glad I read some reviews about them washing their hands when you pick up if something is damaged. On a good note, the salesperson Nolan was cool and knowledgeable. Will update review when warranted but so far I am not impressed.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First after 4 months they delivered the wrong product and now when i want to return the wrong color chest they say i have to bring it back to the showroom. Its their responsibility to take it back. Neverrrrrr ever buy anything from here. I wish i could give less than a star.
After waiting 6 weeks for the furniture, the salesman ordered the wrong color. Still waiting but, they said within the next week it should be in. Fingers crossed

Most of the furniture was damaged or completely broken. Glass shards everywhere. Horrible location, parking lot was covered in birds.
I bought some furniture and initially they told me it will take 2-16 weeks, but it is very unlikely to take 16 weeks, and when I told them that I am planning to move to new house and need the items ASAP, they told me that most of the time they will deliver it after couple of weeks, well, I waited for 16 weeks, and each time I called them, they told me that they will follow up, but nothing happened, finally after four months, I received the furniture with the wrong color. Still waiting for the wrong item... what rating would give if you were me....

Thanks to the manager and Alice my sales representative I was able to purchase a beautiful living room sectional along with the coffee and end tables at a very affordable price. They were very professional, patient, customer friendly and pleasant. Not pushy at all. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend them to all.

I recently purchased my new sectional from here and returned today to purchase some accent pieces for my living room. Tookta was there again to help me choose several coordinating pieces that were affordable and ready for delivery! Again, I have to commend her financial and scheduling skills.
Super disappointed in this place. We spent over $2,000 here and were told our couch and table would be 2-6 weeks. Received a phone call a few days later stating our furniture will not be ready until AFTER THANKSGIVING!!! We purchased the furniture the first weekend in September. THREE months later our furniture will be delivered?!?! Insane.
Please be aware Do Not go to this furniture store....I purchased furniture on 4/24 and it’s now 7/6 and I still don’t have my furniture. Plus no one is answering the phone. Completely unprofessional and a ripoff

Would give less stars if I could. Purchased two desks from here that were the same and they delivered the wrong pedestals with the correct top. I kept the desks in the box’s because we were moving. We didn’t catch the mistake until we opened the box’s at the new house. This place would not swap them out! We now have a hideous looking desk that will not assemble correctly.
My husband and I needed help with furnishing our rustic basement. We were so fortunate to get Hanna. She made our experience stress free by going over everything together even pics on my phone. She gave us ideas etc. So much help!! We cant wait to go back to Hanna after we get all the measurement together. She was so professional, kind and respectful! It was a very bad experience ever. I bought several items, beds, dining set and two sectional sofa. After three days, the sofa was broken. I was trying to reach for fixing settlement. A person called me for appointment on July 11, 2019. The same day another person call that they did not set any appointment with me until I submitted the photos of the damages item. Before July 11 a lady called again for the photos and said no appointment is set until receipt of the photos. The same day again, another lady called to postpone the schedule on July 11to July 19. I double check with the lady who called me for appointment to make sure that she is calling in related to the furniture from regency furniture. She said yes. Her company (saw enterprise) is contracted with regency furniture for fixing the broken item. This is really confusing me. However on July 19 the guys came for checking and fixing it. Unfortunately, he said the sofa could not be fixed. He will report to the store and I will be contacted for further settlement. Since then and till now, July 28, 2019, I don’t hear anything from the customer services or the store, whether I could return and replace me with new one.In addition, the delivery guy was so rude. He crack the front door, and when told, he said he was not the person who open the door, it was open ready for him. Of course, the door was open for him if not, how can he came inside. But he brought the furniture in, he was pushing the door wider so that he can bring the furniture inside. We did not ask him to pay for that broken door, just ask him to help fix that crack if he can.
Just watch out people because I order furniture Sunday and went back to canceled it Tuesday they charge me 30% return find. I was planning ordering from them when I move but this not worth. Watch out for the very small print. If you take something off the floor they will not take it back. Believe me it cost me $432, on a return.
Regency furniture should hire more saleperson like Nadia because when I walked into the store she came with a Positive attitude and greeted me .she found me the bed I wanted it. I will always come back because of nadia. Thank you so much Nadia .
Alexis was super helpful! Almost as soon as we walked in she asked us if we needed any help. We bought some couches online from you guys a while back and were looking into getting new cushions for them. I couldn’t get them in store unfortunately but she explained how to get them online. My husband has been wanting to get a new bed set. Even though that’s not what we were there for (and weren’t planning on buying that then) she graciously walked us through some of the sets you have. When we are ready to purchase a new set we will DEFINITELY be coming to see Alexis!

I have worked at Regency under a Senior Manager Mr. Musa. He has been an excellent manager. He has been outstanding as a manager and with coworker s as well as with customers. He has brought professionalism and diplomacy. He has age and wisdom that took years and years to obtain. A New young manager cannot compare with this type of wisdom that only age can develop. He is truly an asset to Regency.
I have to say regency is one of the best furniture stores I have encountered yet. They have the sweetest associates too. The young ladies in the office Crystal, Sadia, and Lisa were of great help to me. All together the atmosphere at regency is excellent as well as the furniture. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for good discounted furniture.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I bought a sofa set that looked fabulous in the store, but when it arrived, it was just too big for the sitting area. Regency was great about picking up the newly delivered/unused furniture. They also arranged to have the replacement furniture delivered at the same time the other furniture was picked up.
This furniture place is definitely different it’s not as shiny as most but it will definitely make up with the prices and staff! Same stuff as Ashley’s and Marlo but marked down and they will beat the competition if you show them the ad! This is our third time shopping here and as long as we’re in the area we will continue doing business here!

My husband and I were looking for a sectional so dropped by regency to check them out. We were greeted by Hana, and she showed us where everything was. She was great help and even worked out a perfect deal for us. Hana is extremely friendly and efficient. The warehouse is huge with tons of inventory. They also have everything 50% off. Hana found the sectional in stock and they were able to schedule delivery within a week. I definetely recommend this place.

I placed my order almost three months ago I bought a couch and a queen bed, I keep calling them to give me update about my stuff no one even cares. It been almost two months that I move to my new apartment I didn’t bring my old stuff to my new apartment, because they told me that my stuff will be ready in two weeks. Since I have moved I don’t have any couch any bed I sleep on the floor and when I have guest the sit on the ground. Once I call them to cancel my order they said it 30% charges! Wow seriously careless managers and staff poor customer service please don’t buy anything from this store. I am super exhausted right now.

Very bad Experience i buy on December living room set with protection plan they sell from second party company. I start having problem with the love seat with the recliner mechanism also with the center console loose, i call the protection plan company they only cover the cosmetic damage, BE AWARE when you buy you furniture. they toll me call the manufacture i call the manufacture they toll me to call the store and the store won over$100 for come to my house to evaluate if its factory problem or drive with my furniture all the way some where in Maryland to be inspected.
Regency is the worse place ever! I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and right before my surgery i went to order a full bed set to come home to. First off. My set is full of mirrors (glass) and i asked for Warrenty and Stephen told me he added it and that if anything happened i could replace it. The movers were terrible and broke some pieces and i had to go back and forth and never got them replaced. I was told warranty last 5 years this is only the 2 and a half and they won’t allow me to replace my set! Value city has more value and treats customers better than this place! I wouldn’t recommend coming and also they tried to act like they couldn’t find me in the system until i told themTo put the address they delivered too then all of a sudden they found it!
