This place is awesome. By far the most knowledge of the products offered compared to any other place in the mall. Probably in the whole area to be honest. Went in with my brother to buy my father a watch. Staff was friendly, professional and really educational as well. Definitely recommend this spot. Will be going back for more watches for sure.

I just went to this place today to have the battery in my watch replaced. The tall young man who talked to me declined to change my battery and just said the watch was broken, even though I told him it was not. He asked me to leave. I went down the mall and had the battery replaced fir $10.00 and the watch works as new.I have talked to the owner of this store before, and he would have never turned me away. It’s a shame that this young man is turning customers away, just because he does not want to work.Do not go to this store unless you want to be treated as dirt by this arrogant guy.

I wasnt sure where this was located in the mall and it isnt listed in the Mall directory on the Potomac Mills website, so I called the store. The gentleman who answered gave me very helpful directions and when I arrived, fixed my watch quite quickly. He replaced the battery and suggested a lifetime pricing option, which was really the cost of two battery changes. It was a good deal and excellent customer service. I will be returning.

I like to come here on their clearance days. Cheap is understatement.

I always make a stop here when I’m at the mall

Had two watch batteries replaced on my watch Saturday 11/23 before I left I looked at TW STEEL watch and was told that if I bought it today or tomorrow it would be an 80% discount and the price would $130 dollars. Well the older Gentlemen refused to sell it but would do me a favor and sell it to me for $280. Very quick to say it was a mistake which it wasnt because the other Gentlemen also priced out two other watches for me. And took time to explain way it was an 80% discount.

I went here for an Invicta Pro Diver and got what i wanted with an Free Invicta Bottle; Just in and out for me this was my first purchase into the watch world and i was not disappointed with the service. He was respectful and had loads of knowledge about the brand which i like, because Ive researching for an watch and once i felt it was right i bought it. It was an great experience and i would buy from there again.

This place is BAD, don’t bring your business to this place, I’ve was using them before the store back when they had a kiosk in the middle of mall . The customer service was bad then and has went to hell since the store has open. I paid $$ for 3 watch batteries, repair on 1 watch and 2 bands one leather one canvas. In less then a month I was back with 1 watch breaking with the same issue. Needless to say they don’t stand by their work, after talking with them I sent my watch back to Bulova co for a repair. The customer service is non existent

This is a family owned business. Every experience has been a good one. Always polite, professional, and efficient.

Although they always have signs up to show they have good discounts, prices are way higher than many other stores. Customer service is really an issue there, dont seem to care about customer satisfaction. I Wouldnt recommend it.

I went here to get an adjustment on my watch, simple procedure. Or so you would think. I went there with one full hour to get to work on time and the clerk tells me that its a particularly difficult watch to adjust. Im an understanding guy, so i ask how long itll take. She tells me 15-20 minutes, and shell call me when its done. A half hour goes by and i still havent gotten that call so i return to the store to see whats going on. The clerk have switched shifts but my watch is done, but they only managed to remove 3 links because it was so difficult. So they tell me they cant manage to remove any more, but they have a guy who works there who might be able to but he wont be there for a few days so i let them hold it for the weekend so they can adjust it. 4 days go by and again i havent recieved the call they said they were going to give me, so i call them and basically they made me wait the whole weekend, didnt bother to call me AND they didnt manage to remove even 1 additional link. Obviously not a great experience.

I have been a customer here for past 20 years, have always received excellent service and they have the best selection, competitively priced and knowledgeable about the product they carry. I will highly recommend them to everyone.

I bought a watch from this store and the seller sold me saying he gave me a 20 percent discount and I trusted him. I went a head and took the watch home and checked it on amazon to find it 100 dollars cheaper. I came back next day to return it but he refused to return the watch and to give me the whole discount, only partial discount. in anyway in this era people you should be able to return the watch if you get a cheaper deal come where. overpricing will make you lose customers specially amazon being at the tip of every ones fingers.
