The customer service is great however the king size memory foam mattress i purchased caved in on my husbands side of the mattress. My husband is not a heavy man. He weighs less than 200lbs. At first we thought it was our bed frame, we have a platform bed. But then realized it was in fact the mattress had gave in. My husband has been sleeping in a hole. Ive tried calling Solid Furniture on several occasions with no luck at taking to anyone to have the issue resolved. I have been trying to reach someone there since the beginning of April. The mattress was purchased in November so i need to address the problem as quickly as i can at this point. Does anyone know how to reach these people?
