Had a Friend that Had car troubles here. car wouldnt start and when they where tiring to contact the insurance company to get a tow the owner despite running a car repair shop didnt even offer help, had the car towed, this will cost them $355 because this store owner doesnt care.

Wasted $2 for a vacuum that didn’t work. And $5 for a car wash that didn’t have water. Had to drive home with a dirty and soapy car. I am owed for a waste of money and time!

Went in today to have them test for an issue I’ve been having. They were very pleasant to work with and didn’t try to charge me for things I didn’t need. I very much appreciated this consideration and honesty. They got me in and out in a timely manner too!

They deserve zero Stars. The first time their vacuum stole my money. I left my name and phone number and never got a return call. Today I was there and put $10 into their car wash only to have it spray soap all over my car. The manager that runs the facility knew that the car wash was in disrepair and left it running to steal peoples money. Then when the employee on duty called to try to get him to refund my money he yelled at them employ and hung up on him. I was told he said he was far away and that nothing would be done. Never, never use this place they will steal from you too. The only good thing at their repair shop is the employee who was polite and actually tried to help. The older man who is the manager there I suppose...is absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever had in my life. I have never seen a manager get angry when somebody tried to get their money back that they deserved. My plea to havewhat was rightfully mine returned to me, was met by him yelling and screaming over the phone at his employee and acting annoyed that I wanted my money back. I have left my name and number again to try to obtain my money back. I suppose if I dont receive it by Monday Ill have to call the sheriffs department and file a complaint.

In a place full of crooks and thieves this shop is the only one in Polk county that I trust and go to faithfully. The owner Mike is always honest with me and often he is out there working on the car himself. I can count on Luis to explain to me everything that is being done to the car so I’m not left in the dark. I also love the fact that they keep me updated on my balance as they work and there is no pressure to do any unnecessary work. I am a forever customer of hi performance car care of Winter Haven!

The guys here are very friendly and professional. At one point my sugar dropped and they took great care of me until I felt better. The price for fixing my brakes was very reasonable and I will definitely be back if I need any further work done on my vehicle. Great service by Edward! 👍♥️🇺🇸

Best place for a simple thing like an oil chance. Best place also for a more serious issue like check engine light. Engine lFlush or tune up.

We had a issue at their car wash Wednesday evening and wasn’t able to complete the wash. I went back this morning and explained our experience, and they quickly asked me to pull around and provided me the deluxe wash that we paid for! “The best in customer service!”

Paid $5 for a pressure washer that was only spitting air and had soap all over my car, decided to just go through the machine and pay $6 more just to get all the soap off, let our little to no water and left with dried on soap bc it literally didn’t wash it off, super upset about having to go spend more money so I can just wash it at home. I want my money back!

Crooks! Mike treats all his $7 employees like trash! Tells you he is going to put new parts on and just paints over them! Painted my old ball joints and tried to say they were new! Nothing works in the place! Do not go

People were awesome! Service was affordable. I broke down at the Walgreens next door and they had me up and running in ten minutes. They were so nice to me and my son (two year old, answering all his curious questions. Absolutely recommend.

My family owned a Goodyear franchise when I was growing up, so I know the ins and outs of the business and know when these express places are trying to rip people off. Since I arrived in Winter Haven over 10 years ago they are the only quick change maintenance center I will go to. They are honest and friendly.

Mike, the manager, was very rude. I will not go back there again for service. All this because after the oil change the oil indicator light was illuminating and he didn’t want to take the time out to figure out why. He was very defensive from the start of the conversation.

The car wash is absolutely terrible. half of the vacuums dont have hoses and the ones that do dont even work properly. On top of that the automatic wash is completely worthless and doesnt even have brushes it cleans your car with water and soap. Waste of time and money

Drove my car to shop (running rough) 9 days later..had to call tow trk, to transport car to another shop (Auto Dynamics )..Hi Performance, did not honor, their obligation to repair vehicle. Wasnt a big deal to them...would of gotten better results, using a near by shade tree mechanic ... Cost $243.00 to repair, what they were supposed, to repair... Auto Dynamics, found gaskets not installed correctly... bolts missing..no gasket on PCV valve..general consensus is, they have no clue, about auto repair.. would of taken them to Civil Court...would be useless, as they wont be in business very long. Major mistake, on my part, to trust them..
