Whoever works the front desk and answers the phone needs to learn social skills and not hang up on people in the middle of a sentence. Garbage service dont even try.

I received Great service. The part wasn’t in stock but they drove to their store in Bartow to pick it up and bring it back the same day. The parts were exactly what we were looking for. It was not the most complicated order, just some front rotors and brake pads for the front and rear. I would definitely go back for any parts in the future. The prices were definitely reasonable. The staff was very friendly and polite, they knew what questions to ask to make sure we got what we were looking for.

Worst customer service possible... the guy in there is rude and acts as if the customer is a hindrance to his day. This is not my first run in with him. If it wasnt for work, I would not even go back to this store. If you have to visit this location, get one of the girls, they try their best to take care of you.

I love placing online orders and picking them up here! Ive only had 1 issue where I was given a wrong part on one of my orders. The staff is always friendly, and the store is usually empty.

They had my part in stock when another company had to order/ship, and I was able to use my AAA discount. In and out in less than 10 minutes and the people were nice and knowledgeable.

Dont buy from here... If they are unfaithful in the little things, they will be unfaithful in the big things...They advertise being open to 5 on Saturdays but they close BEFORE 4. Ask me how I know...GRR!!!

Nice place for parts. They have a huge supply but their prices are high.

Staff was friendly, prices were 50% less than any autozone ive ever been too. Spent 25$ to change my oil (full synthetic) with lucas oil additive at autozone i would of spent 45-50$
