Bad experience. No one acknowledged me or anything. Good thing another worker came in and helped and I appreciate him for that. But Im not going to give any stars because I didnt like how I was treated when I first entered store

Terrible customer service, waited 15 minutes as the next person in line while 3 people were working but only 1 person was assigned to the front counter. While waiting, calls continued to come in and the line grew with folks on their lunch break waiting to checkout. I counted 7 calls before walking out and in between each call I was told they would be with me in one minute. If you are looking for a place that values your business I would recommend going else where. This establishment obviously values potential business over a guaranteed customer waiting to checkout. If you are looking for a part, this is the place. They rather take a call then make a transaction in the store. Good luck picking it up though. I ended up purchasing what I need for much less with same day delivery from amazon.

If they dont have the part in stock your looking for they normally can have it for you later the same day.
