So I brought my Audi here years ago and then moved a little further away and forgot about them. Then I needed service for my Lexus and decided to make the drive and try them again. Thank goodness I did. I wish I could give 10 stars. The level of service they offer is second to none and the customer service far surpasses that if possible. You walk in the door and you are immediately greeted. They are genuinely happy to have you there. The whole process is seamless and when you pick up your car they actually thank you for your business. The whole experience is something I never ever get at Lexus. What an unbelievable experience. 2 weeks ago my 2006 328i Started stalling on me every time I stopped. I went to my mechanic Jackson tire plus in Lake Wales and He recommended that I go to Empire Imported. He said he recommends everyone that comes to him with import cars that need to be looked in to a little bit deeper. I called Empire to make an appointment and was blown away by the customer service. The gentleman that answered was Very warm and welcoming. I felt very comfortable going in and leaving my car, just by the way The phone conversation went. Upon arrival I checked in my car and it was the same exact feeling, everyone was very nice and very professional super clean and very welcoming. I received text messages emails and phone calls for everything regarding the cars progress. I got my car one week later and it was running amazing. About 20 minutes later while driving I get a call from Empire saying that they accidentally Charged Me Too Much money And that they were very sorry. These people won me 100%. I just want to say thank you so much and you guys were worth every penny like my mechanic told me, When it comes to imports theres nobody better than Empire I promise. Cant wait to set up the next appointment.

Had my 335i BMW diagnostics tests. Was it needed a new ECU, #2 fuel injector was the main issue. Cost $3400, a week later I get a call saying the ECU wasnt available through his suppliers. We were going to have to purchase straight from BMW now the price is $4500. Took it home replaced #2 injector runs like a new car. I believe they were trying to pull a fast one. Would never recommend these con artist.

Empire possesses State of the ArtDiagnostic Equipment, they provide photos of any faults found during their inspection and provide recommendations to solve the issue, not once didI feel under pressure to get anything done. I live approximately 35 miles away from Empire Automotive Service, but the distance means nothing when compared to Services rendered. Everyone there is SO FRIENDLY! I have never been to a mechanic that actually shows pictures of your car inspection, which is so helpful. They went out of their way to take time and fully explain everything that needed to be repaired, and didnt pressure me at all. This is hands down the best auto shop in area, I dont even live relatively close but I make the 40-50 minute drive because they are so good. Professional service, they always keep you in the loop even if theres a hiccup (which is rare), and great quality work. Could not reccomend enough that if you care about your car take it here.

Had strange experience with my car taking in water on the floorboards both front and back passenger side. Found out it was the dew wipes on the inside of the windows that were leaking. This took a little long, but the problem has been solved.

My mother had a very sporadic starting issue with a ‘93 Mercedes 300E and they were able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue in 24hrs! Their knowledge, honesty and fair prices have earned them another loyal customer for life. The system they use to keep their customers informed electronically is truly state of the art, and one of which I’ve never seen even at car dealerships. I highly recommend them!

My neighbor recommended Empire for repair on my Smart car. I was completely “gobsmacked” by how they treated me. They were friendly, professional, and did a thorough job on my car. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get me in this week, and also that they completeled the work before the end of the day. I was also impressed that they kept me up to date on things through text messages and sent the results of their exam —including pictures of each of the areas they inspected and had to fix. I have never had such a thorough work up. They also are reasonably priced, which is a bonus above everything else!!! I will defin8tely take my car back in the future for any work. Excellent service on front end, shop determined that issue was warped tire if the test drove the car they would have realized that the issue was no where close to resolved. For 185.00 and moving a tire I would have expected that the tech would have put my small hub caps back on and not have left my trunk in a mess or leaving my jack out on the trunk floor vs simply putting it back where they found it... Sloppy work

True Professionals. My car ACURA TL 2010 had an ELECTRICAL leak. They traced it down and found it. My car starts when needed and purrs when driving now. Im happy

Great customer service start to finish! This is the second time weve used their services and have been very happy both times. This time, they gave me a great price for a huge repair on my BMW, gave me a loaner car to use, and had my car repaired well and FAST!

Super nice and considerate. Good looking shop. Little bit of an issue with fully listening and trusting our findings. They ran a full diagnostic but didn’t clear an error code as we asked to check a new part. If we had listened to their advice they’d have replaced an unnecessary part. I think it was just a miscommunication not a blatant error.

I know BMW maintenance is expected to be expensive, but this auto shop is professional and Is fair in pricing. Love their inspections of the vehicle.

I have used Empire Imports for vehicle service for 25 years. That speaks volumes all by itself, but I recently took my daughters car there to have the brakes replaced as they were squeaking and we felt the car was not stopping properly. I got a call from Kyle to let me know the brakes were still good, they just needed some TLC. As a long time customer, we have always been satisfied with the service performed on our 2004 Jaguar by Empire. After getting our car jump started, we took the car to Empire with no advance notice to get a new battery. Despite being busy and short-staffed, Kyle, who was managing the desk, took the time to install a new battery for us while we waited.

These guys are excellent! They immediately found my suspension problems and had them repaired in a day. They kept me updated with photos of the damaged parts and totally met their schedule and beat their estimate. They were half the price of my Jag dealer! Highly recommend.

I am so very thankful for the Empire team! As we enter this season of gratitude and giving, I have had to make some costly maintenance repairs to my Volvo S 60 T5. As a journalist and a female, I am often very skeptical when taking my car in for repairs, especially when its not at the actual dealer. Well, Kyle and Chris were very thorough in their explanations and service. In fact, there was a fuse issue with my charger after services rendered and they made arrangements to see me quickly about this. Not only did they identify the issue and fixed it fast, but they also said Merry Christmas and did not charge me.
